I don't know why a lot you are complaining that 6 second abs isn't working. I bought mine last October, and I have fantastic abs like they said I would on the commercial. I found the Cardio workouts DID work otherwise they wouldn't have made the video right? They're professionals, and they know better then we do. I DO reccomend this product to people who want to get abs. And for all you who are saying that you're not getting results, you're probably not doing it right. Try it on the floor. It really works!

I don't know why you all are being negative on 6 second abs. I purchased mine last year in October, and I have recieved FANTASTIC results. I HAVE abs that I thought I would never have, and the workouts are GREAT! So all of you who are complaining, you are more then likely not doing it right. And if you are, it's not the product for you and it is for me and many others.

I bought this product about a week ago, and at first i didn't feel any burn and was using the orange bands, but then, i tried some of the crunch moves on the floor, and i immediatley changed to the lowest resistance and really felt something! i am in OK shape but really need help with my abs and i think this is really gonna work! the only problem is, those videos are awful! te guy is incredibly annoying and the cardio workouts suck! but im looking for a better cardio video, and if i can't find one, ill just play more of my Dance Dance Revolution! i reccomend this product to shorter people (like me, im 5'1) because it might be too small for taller people. also, it is great for anyone 14 and up because teenagers like me can do it while we are watching TV and it is simple! 3 out of five stars!~!

This past summer, before I came to college, I was looking for an easy technique that would keep me fit instead of gaining that freshman 15! I purchased 6 second abs thinking it would be something I could even use while studying because you can sit in a chair, but was very disappointed when I tried it. I brought it with me anyways and stuck it in my closet, until one of my friends informed me it really works if you do it laying down. She was absolutely right!! You feel the burn right away. I am so happy that I discovered this because I have a better stomach, more room in my closet, and now I know I didn't waste $60!!

I bought this at [] for 49.99 on sale thinking I would give it a try. I like it. I have always been athletic however a couple of love handles and so far I think it is one of the best ab machines out there. I feel muscle burn and the resistance bands really help. For those of you who say there is not one bit of resitance there has to be something wrong with your machine or how you installed the bands because on the orange I have to really work to get to the 3rd click. I am not too sure if I will get a 6 pack out of this however it is a lot more effective than doing regular crunches. I do 2 and if feels like I am doing 30

I bought the product several months ago. It didn't work-UNTIL I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX!!! (lol). I am fairly athletic, run 3-5 miles a day and wanted to tighten up my midsection! You won't get results by blowing through the movements haphazardly-you have to focus 'lt which the machine helps with' and go slow-that is the key-resistance and technique-as with anything will give results. BUT if you don't burn off the fat-you won't see your muscles. More of us have good muscle tone in our abs and don't know it because they are hidden under fat! I use the gazelle for cardio on bad weather days and it's AWESOME as well! Cheers! Rob

I read most of the reviews on this product and it all boils down to technique. You cannot lose inches if you do a crunch wrong, or a lunge wrong, or a pushup wrong. Same with the 6 second lounge product. I changed bands (orange from yellow) and I got no resistance. Then I realized I put the bands in incorrectly. Once I did, I s.l.o.w.l.y went through the "clicks" and definitely felt a burn. I only did 10 reps as I was just "trying it out". I'm sure to lose the "love handles" with this product and feel confident in the product I bought.

Ever since I saw the infomercial for 6 second abs, I had to have it. I'm 20 years old and I weigh about 115, and the tight abs that I used to have were turning to flab. I got the product for Christmas so I only had it for a few days, but I LOVE it! If anyone is telling you that it doesn't burn, then they're not doing something right. Lay on the floor, add some resistence and you're good to go. I've been burning for a few days now and I know I'll get that definition back in my abs in no time. Only thing is, like any other product, you got to actually work out (you're not cheating anyone but yourself) and eat right or you're not gonna see results.

I purchased the 6 Second Abs program about six months ago, at a [] nonetheless, and I have received results from its use. However, I feel as though the overall program is lacking in certain areas. The videos provide ineffective workouts, uninspiring hosts, and an overall sense of insulting the consumer's intelligence. Do yourself a favor and burn the DVD. Don't get me wrong, the product does have practical use, and if used properly, you will see results. I didn't follow the rules of the video, though. I adopted my own personal workout that makes better use of the product. The best way to use this machine is definitely in the prone position. I suggest that anyone using the machine should do four sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise(except Side Oblique) while laying on their back. Adjust the resistance according to your ability to ensure that your form is perfect. If you use this machine in the manner stated above, do 30+ minutes of cardio a day, and maintain a reasonable diet, you can acheive at least minimal results. I used the machine in this manner and I lost nearly ten pounds in one week. This machine can work, if you make it work for you.

I love this product, if you don't feel a burn you need to up the resistance, or you may be doing it wrong. Go nice and slow. I thought the product would not work, but I am getting my 6 pack now! Try [] if you want a good deal.

All I'm seeing here is negative feedback about this product...keep in mind when you aren't doing ANY excercise correctly, you aren't going to see results. If you don't have the proper diet going for you...no results. I workout 6 days a week- cardio/weights. I'm a health freak as many would say. This product DEFINETLY works if used properly...excercising isn't about the burn. Lots to learn...!!! I started using it and w/in the first 2 weeks my boyfriend noticed a definite change in my abs. And quick note, you can always make this maching MORE difficult by hitting the floor and using it that way. You'll be talking about a whole other intensity. Or guys, just grab a swiss ball and try some crunches on that. I promise you you'll be burning like the Texan sky.

I just got this product two days ago. I am so disappointed. This product is a waste of time. I didn't feel any kind of burn. I am taking it back to Wal Mart today! Don't waste your money!!!

I have had the machine 2 weeks. It seems to be a good product. My family members have tried it and it was too hard for them with the bands at the highest resistance. I can do the highest resitance pretty well. Once I go to the advance level which I can't yet I will probrably need to order more bands. I also use the machine to work my arms and chest.

I bought mine on [] and found out that it was a counterfeit! The DVD did not work and the bands were not of the same quality as those on the product that I saw in []. I thought that maybe I was just unlucky, but when I went to the 6 second abs website to purchase the upgrade bands, I saw an article on counterfeit units. It said that signs were lower cost inferior quality and finish of resistance bands dvd does not work I recieved a fake! Purchase yours somewhere else like at the website. I would especially watch out for those on [] who claim that it was a demo model, so they can pass their fake of as slightly used and that's why things don't work.

Don't buy this product - They make money from shipping it and you pay to return it. Most importantly, it doesn't work. There is no "Burn" at least not in your abs (maybe in your arms!) - bottom line "Don't Bother".

Ever since I first saw the commerical on tv for this product i was really excited to buy it. However when i finally purchased the machine it did nothing. I felt no burn it felt like i was just bending over on my own without the machine. In my opinion it is not worth your time, effort and most of all money to buy this machine.

This is one amazing product, at first I was a bit skeptical rather or not this was going to work, but soon as I tried it my fears were laid to rest. The first day I bought it at my local sporting goods store, I could almost immediately feel the burn especially in my lower abs (pooch). I must suggest for the people who say it has no resistance to buy the red bands, it's a must! Another thing this product does wonders for is love handles, (I've had problems with this for many years) after a couple of weeks of using it there almost completely gone! (the instructions manual also comes with a diet plan for the week which I also followed rigorously.
