I got my 6 second abs two days ago and i used it for the first time last night. I do feel a burn when i do the oblique and lower ab exercises, but its too early to see any results. what really annoyed me was when i put in the rock hard abs DVD and the guy who was supposed to be the "instructor" wasn't even really follwing the 6 second "tempo" the the company says is supposed to bring results, and in the total body workouts he wasn't even doing the movements correctly . How do they expect someone to believe their "formula for success" is actually going to work when someone they hired is even following the neccesary steps?

I try this product for a week, close to 10minutes every day, and I did not saw any results, I did a bunch of different positions and still no luck, this machine did not work for me.

I bought this product for my boyfriend who had to have it. He loves it and user it 3 times a day. I find myself using it to and I can feel the burn after just three crunches. It makes him happy and I am happy that I found something that really works.

I got my 6 second abs yesterday and used it for the first time last night and it was great!! I did the rock hard abs video with the machine and I am really sore today I am 5'9 250 lbs large frame male and I am exterimly happy with the feeling I got in just one workout. I think the negative people on here might not be using it properly or are rushing through it because I felt and feel the difference in my abs. I will let everyone know my progress. Yeah the $20.00 they soak you for is a rip off but I blow that in 3 minutes at a gambling boat VBG.

I have had 6 sec. abs for alittle over a week now. I have lost 1/2 inch in lower abs! I'm already a weight lifter and do not need to lose weight, but I needed a better way to develop my abs. I've tried many different routines, and this one is great. I'm bringing the product in to work to show the other ladies - they want one too!

I am very excited about this product. I have problems with my neck and no matter how hard I try not to, I always pull at my neck with regular crunches. I started with it yesterday and worked with the video. I experienced no strain on my neck, but felt like I got a really good workout. I'm hoping to flatten a post-surgery "pooch" in my lower abs.

I got my 6 Second Abs 6 days ago so far I have been able to do 3 workouts all three about 3 times as long as it suggests. I really see and feel the difference. It works great. The lower ab exercises are really difficult even with the lowest resistance. Anyone with moderate upper ab strentgh will need the upgrade to the red bands. It's a good buy.

After watching informercials and reading some of the reviews I desperately wanted this product so I bought it. I come to find out its worthless! Even with the both orange bands I can do 3 times the workout and still feel like I'm doing the 1st crunch... I would order the red bands but don't feel they're going to give me much more resistance.Another thing is that I doubt the 6 second ab machine is what really gets you into shape... you have to do another workout video for 30 minutes each day and you need exercise bands for it which are'nt included. I don't recommend this product its a waste of your $60.00!

I had the product for over a week and already see the results, the vertical lines down my abs and my little pooch is shrinking. It's rare to find an equipment that can effectively target the lower abs; this one works wonder with the lower abs. It will definitely give the stomach a challenge and I feel that my stomach is getting stronger already.

I received the 6 second abs as a gift. It is a very poor product. I am in good shape, working out 5 days a week. I have problems with my neck when I do crunches so that is why my husband purchased 6 second abs for me. We took it back to Oshmans. The product is a piece of junk and I can't believe what they are charging people for it on the infomercial.

This product is so useless. it does nothing for your abs!!! its a scam trying to suck in all of your money. I purchased the 6 second abs, not only did it take so long to get there, but once i tried it , it was just so useless. i tried taking it back but they wouldnt take it back. it is a terrible product!! save yourself the money!!
