When I got the product I was really excited. I followed all the instructions. The product should work for anyone who is able to give up a normal eating for a new way of life. For me, it really was difficult. I found my self cooking a lot. I tried preparing food for the whole week. But for me, is not easy eating 6 times a day. Cutting fat, salt, and carbs. The theory and exercise seamed great. But you have to be willing to change your eating habits, and also change those people surrounding you. Is not easy.

After receiving the product and looking everything over, it appeared to be just another bodybuilding diet. Of course, eating health foods often and exercising will help you lose weight. But, the restrictions were too much for me and I sent it back. Unfortunately, it took me close to three months and the help of my credit card company to get my refund back. I would recommend this program only to someone who truly wishes to lose weight (and has lost all interest in food).

I am 49 years of age and have tried just about every program that has ever hit the market. I have never had such wonderful results as I have had with the 6-week body makeover. After 8 1/2 weeks on the plan, I have lost 42lbs. It's true that you don't eat LARGE amounts of food in one setting but knowing that you are going to eat every couple of hours, as much as 6 times a day, certainly takes the edge off of the thought of going hungry. I have recommended this program to co-workers, their kids, and others. The results have been the same. WONDERFUL! This is a plan for life, for me, personally. The 6-week body makeover is worth every penny that it costs. I would have paid 10 times the price had I known up front the reality of how this would transform me and my life. I am a believer ... I've been on the plan ... the results keep coming and coming. I have 20lbs. to go. I'm on the home stretch and feeling mighty good!

I tried the 6 week body makeover, and stuck to the whole program down to the letter. I did lose some weight (12 lbs over 6 weeks) and felt a little more toned, but nothing as dramatic as they advertise. I returned the product and got a full refund, in a very short period of time. Their service dept was great. I did gain back 7 pounds within the first 2 weeks. Unless you are going to stick with this program the rest of your life, you will gain back your weight. I felt like I was eating the same thing everyday because of the restrictions, and I got really sick of chicken and rice.

I bought this with SUCH high hopes. The personalization thing really hit home with me. Unfortunately, after going through all of the machinations and gathering my "personal" plan I realized I just paid $160.00 for information I already knew. I sent it back. I realize the structure might be good for "novice" dieters but for those of us who have researched and battled this most of our lives, it was simply a basic low calorie, reduced carb, increased exercise plan put into a nice little notebook - but one that IS NOT worth $160.00. I was disappointed.

Too time consuming. I had a lot of hopes for this program because it is tailored to you, uses regular food, and includes exercise. But I was disappointed. I kept telling myself that If I just tried harder I could do it and it would work, but it did not. With my job and life it is difficult to eat 6 times a day. It is to difficult to be constantly preparing meals that may not fit for both my boyfriend and I. I also never got to the point where the exercises only took 20 minutes. I lost more weight, eight more enjoyable foods, and did exercises more suitable to be on the weight watchers program.

I have been on this plan for 2 weeks and lost 14 lbs. that's' a pound a day! I am not a novice at the dieting system. I lost 80 on my own from being educated on my own about nutrition. But my weight loss stopped. I got this plan and I am eating sooooo much food. It does take some adjusting to the no salt life. Believe me I am, oops, was a bigggggg salt user. This plan is great. I am so pleased!!!! If you fail with this plan you just plain were not ready to lose weight.

This is money well spent. I just completed the first 6 weeks, having started out at 5'10", 226lbs. I am now down to 203lbs. and lost a total of 21". Yes, it required a change in my eating habits and presented some challenges. But as I overcame them I am now more organized in my food prep and exercise. The reward is that I feel healthier and more energetic then I have in long time. I will continue to use this program and will be satisfied with a 2lb./wk. loss until I reach my goal and have confidence that maintenance will not be a problem.

I started the program August 11, 2001. Today is March 6, 2002. As of this morning I have lost 63 pounds. The program works. If You follow your plan for your body type you can't help but lose. I have enjoyed many health benefits from applying this program, not the least of which is an over 60 point drop in my total cholesterol. I feel better, look better and now I can wear a size 6!!!!!!!! I started this program October 7,2001 weighing in at a whopping 291 pounds. As of March 3, 2002 I have loss 77 pounds and now weigh 214 pounds. This program really does work if you follow it like it says. If you tweak the program your results will be less than desired but most likely you will still lose weight. I am never hungry eating every 2-3 hours and drinking the required amount of water keeps me satisfied. In the beginning it took some getting use to not using salts or oils to season my food. With time like anything else you learn how to make the adjustments and become quite creative. I recommend it to any one that is serious about losing weight and making a lifestyle change. We all know that losing weight is sometimes the easy part keeping it off is the tough part. With this program it is a lifestyle change and I believe that that I will be able to keep my weight off once I reach my goal. So far I am on track I plan to be at my goal weight in mid July.

I think this diet is very good in concept. However, I found myself burned out on all the cooking, dishwashing, and measuring/weighing foods. If you have to eat 5 or 6 times a day you have to cook ahead and divide into portions so you end up eating the same foods at least for a day or two, possibly longer depending on your body type. I don't have a dishwasher and I had lots of microwaveable dishes to wash by hand each day. My husband wanted to do it with me and his body type was completely opposite of mine so I had to prepare different foods for him and for me daily. For the price, I would not recommend this diet.

I ordered this program in the hopes that I could lose some extra weight that I had put on after having my 3rd child. The infomercial made sense to me, so I was really geared up for it. Unfortunately, after I received the program, I looked through the meal plans -- and actually tried some -- but they just did not appeal to me. Also, I have 4 other people in the house to make meals for, and I just thought that it was too time-consuming making meals for myself and something totally different for the rest of my family. I think that this program would be fine for a single person or maybe a couple, but not for someone with a family.

I am now into my 8th day of the 6 week body makeover program, and have already lost an amazing 3cm off my waist. I am getting a little impatient right now, as I just cant seem to grasp on to the fact that I need to eat tuna 3 times a day. I mean I love tuna, but 3 times is a little too much. So I have decided to be a little more flexible. I have never been one for turkey, but am about to embark on eating it, if it is going to help. So far, I recommend this, though I am finding it hard to see the shrinkage on myself.
