I have now been using this plan for almost seven weeks. In the first 6 weeks, I lost 41 pounds and 48 inches. I feel tons better than I did before, and I have more energy than I have had in years. Everything makes sense, and the exercise video is easy to follow and do. I love this plan and I would highly recommend it!

This program ROCKS!!! I love it! I've been on it only 2 weeks and I have lost one dress size and 15 lbs. EXCELLENT - EXCELLENT PRODUCT! I laughed to myself when I read throught the reviews. Hello people - who gave bad reviews... don't you know who to cook??? Use your creativity and plan ahead. Spice up the food a bit if you feel it's bland. Just make sure you follow the plan exactly. It is not hard to pack up your food ahead of time and eat when you are supposed to. IF YOU BELIEVE IT - IT WILL HAPPEN. It's all about your attitude and your frame of mind. TRUST ME - it will work for you if you do it!

I started the 6WBMO at the beginning of May 2003 and as of June 16 have lost 17 pounds in 5 weeks!!! You do have to cook and you have to know how to cook creatively. A lot of reviews talk about how restricted the food choices are but I found that you can have a little bit of everything if you plan right. I do "cheat" and could have lost MORE weight if I had been more rigid. If you can look at this as a new way to eat and not as a "quick fix lose 40 pounds in a week and keep it off forever" plan, it will work. You can't eat ice cream and candy and lose weight. You also can't lose weight and expect to go back to cheetos and fast food for dinner and think it will stay off. The excercises are good. I haven't included the workout into my routine but am not new to working out. You have to be able to pick and choose and follow the book. If you are new to working out you may want to use something else to get started. The video has every excercise for every person and takes some time to sort through, but the excercises do work. 10 weeks on other diets would cost you at least what this costs. I rate it an A.

I was hesitant about ordering this product, but I'm glad I did. The program is NOT meant to be a temporary "diet". Instead, the program is trying to encourage LIFETIME changes.  The purpose of the program is to help you speed up your metabolism by using certain combinations of foods specific to your body type. With muscle toning (not building) and aerobic exercise you can (and will) lose weight. Also know that you can tweak the program to your liking (substitute foods, etc)--just know that your rate of weight loss may change as a result.  I think it's worth the investment--it takes time to change eating habits and other behaviors and this program is a great start.

I've never been one for infomercials but this one enticed me because so much of it reflected all the things different doctors have told me for years: drink lots of water, cut down on salt/sugar, eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones, go for the lean proteins, etc.  I began researching and actually started a diet loosely based on what I'd read while I waited for the box to arrive in the mail.  By the time the box arrived 10 days later, I'd already lost 12 pounds and one dress size.

The six week body makeover is the absolute best thing I have ever purchased! I am in my 6th week and have lost 40 pounds. Those people that are whining about how much work it is...are you for real? I cook/shop/prepare ONCE a week and then just grab my meals and go. This program teaches you healthy eating habits that you can use for the rest of your life and your family. Foods that you think are bland can be spiced up hundreds of ways. This program comes with literally HUNDREDS of forums full of support groups, general chats and recipes/cooking instructions. Whether you know how to cook or not,this program works. In my experience, the people who find it 'too hard' generally dont want it bad enough and are making excuses. There are tonnes of success stories by REAL people, REAL mothers with REAL families (and real fathers too!). Its all about whether YOU want it bad enough. I do! Happy losing everyone!

For those reviews criticising this product, I doon't think they gave it a chance. This program really works but it does take dedication and commitment. As well as the smarts enough to actually read the material they send you before assuming that by page 2 you get the whole thing, mess it up within a week and then blame Michael Thurmond for a rotten product instead of yourself for not paying attention. I've los almost 30 pounds in 7 weeks and dropped 2 dress  sizes. This is so worth the money and cheaper then any gym contract which you don't need!
