This plan shows you how to loose weight. The reason we are fat is because of how we eat already. This plan is not how to loose weight by eating like we did do already. We are fat because we dont want to change. Quit blaming programs.. If you follow it you will loose weight .If you want to complain and keep eating like you do then just remain fat and stop blaming. This plan a real effort but that is because i was changing my whole view of how I eat. Ive lost my stubborn 15lbswhat goes in reflects how you look on the outside. You arent starving yourself you are eating but "differently".. and as for headaches.. it is most likely something you were addicted to bad foods all have a million ingredients.. odds are you are withdrawing from one of those .. eating fresh whole foods is healthy .. saying you get headaches not eating bad foods is silly.

I have been on countless diets and have probably lost the same 20 pounds 20 times. One day I watched the 6 week body makeover infomercial. I had seen it before, but had always written it off as a glitzy packaging scheme. The comprehensiveness of the plan appealed to me and I sent off for the program. I love it! So far I have completed the first 6 weeks and have lost 14 pounds. I have no desire to change this way of eating. I just spend one day cooking in bulk, and then put everything in the freezer. I keep protein bars at work for those days when I just don't have time to eat. I am in control now and I know how to do this. I listen to the CD's on the way to work to help keep myself oriented to my goals. I would recommend this program to anyone who really wants to lose weight.

Ok I have read alot of reviews and I realize why people think this is so hard. YOU make it too hard. Eating whole foods gets really simple and is quicker than preparing regular meals. I have lost 35+ pounds already and am losing everyday. Zip lock and out the door. Rapid results meal option works best and is easiest. At first I had a hard time leaving out all of the extra sauses and oils and dressings that we are used to but then realized that is exactly why I am over weight and decided to go for it and actually take the power into my own hands and change my life. It works and shame on all of those who think this is fake and say that its too hard. It is you who are not ready to put the effort to change the habits that currently don't work. Seriously do it.

My husband and I both made this program our "lifestyle" during the fall of 2005. There is NO doubt in my mind that this program will work for anyone, BUT the amount of time involved in the preparation of food combined with the TOTAL absence of salt, butter/oil, and dairy products is EXTREMELY difficult to maintain long-term. In three months, I literally lost over 50 pounds. I went from a size 20 to a size 14...nearly a size 12 when I started gaining back... I won't go back on the program again... I will use the things I learned...eating six small meals a day..combining protein with carbs or fruit at all meals...drinking lots of water... Those things I can do but still have dairy and salt in my diet... I may not lose a pound a day, but maybe next time, I'll be able to maintain the loss. Good luck!

it works. I slaved in the gym for a long time, read about nutrition, and adjusted and readjusted my diet but could not lose it at 48 yrs old. Its difficult but you are given enough variety that you can be creative and make a lot of good food if you take the time to do so. As far as the reviews regarding headaches... I would say that their bodies are detoxing because this is good clean food going in and if you've had a bad diet incl sugar and/or caffeine withdrawal may give you a headache. So the headache is a good sign your dumping bad stuff. Fasting has taught me this. I've had no headache but I have been a healthy eater to no avail until I tried it this way ...

I could actually feel myself lose weight, but I could only stick with it for a week or two.I was sick all the time and had terrible headaches. You must be very strict person to follow this diet. I don't recommend this product. Even though you lose weight the bad side effects out weights the weight loss.Beware of this product before you buy it. Don't waste your money.

I think if you don't like food, this is good for you, but if you enjoy to eat but still want to lose weight, this might be a tough one. The food is bland to a degree (you can only spice and manipulate chicken, fish and turkey so many ways without using the many restricted items like oils, butter, etc). Going without any oils or dairy of any kind has dried my skin out terribly (on their forums they even mention dry skin and possible hair loss are just part of "adjusting to the plan"...hair loss!?! that's not a normal diet "side effect"!). I've lost 14lbs in 3 wks on the plan but really can't stick with such a restrictive program and it's not realistic long term. But this is really just a quick fix and if you have a large amount to lose you're going to have to be very dedicated.

I feel that if you want a quick fix you are not truly committed to losing the weight. I have lost 25-pounds in 31-days on this plan. I never feel hungry and even my husband and MIL have found success in this plan. We have visited the support forums for recipes, found some great ones that will be a part our lifestyle even once goal weights have been reached. Yes there is prep work needed and the purchase of some spices you may never have heard of or thought of using but I have found it to be worth it. For the first time in 4 years I am under 300 pounds (5ft10in). I have not felt tired or anything. I have energy and plan on this being a lifstyle change. If you want the little pill that makes you lose weight look somewhere else but if you are serious and want a new lifestyle that will work look to 6WBMO.

I bought this product, wanting to lose weight fast for an upcoming vacation. The materials are thorough, if not very repetitive. I stuck to the diet during week 1 and lost 10#. At that point, I ran the calorie counts, and realized that I was only eating 700-800 calories per day - no wonder I was losing weight at such a rapid (and potentially unsafe) rate! Also, the plan calls for approximately 4-6 hours of exercise a week, which is still substantial for someone who did not exercise at all previously. While the product works - I'm in my 3rd week, and will certainly ask for my money back if I don't lose the guaranteed 30 pounds - it is extremely restrictive and high-maintenance with all the meal prep & exercise. Hard to fit into someone's already busy routine. I think that the tag line "Eat more, Exercise less" should be changed to "Eat more OFTEN, Exercise less STRENUOUSLY".

I sent mine back for a refund. They did refund my money, so their 6-week money back guarantee was good. Other than that, it was too expensive for a program like this. Obviously, if you stop eating dairy you will lose weight. I can't handle eating meat and potatoes and no dairy, especially since I am breastfeeding a child. Even if I wasn't, it wouldn't be worth it to me. Also I noticed in the different body types success stories, they were obviously fake, because two different names with different before pictures had the exact same after picture. After I saw that, I lost faith in the program and didn't see the point of reading the huge/boring paperwork.

I am in my third week of the six week plan and I have already lost 20 pounds without cardio or the sculpting exercises. If you know your way around the kitchen and can dedicate a Sunday to food shopping and preparation, then I recommend this product for you! My household grocery bill has significantly dropped since starting the plan, and I'm saving money by not going out so much. Get ready to say goodbye to oil, butter and salt...but it's been a fun adventure re-learning how to make MY favorite recipes with chicken stock, white wine and exotic spices instead. The plan supplies you with recipe cards of some pretty good meals, and the online message board is a great place to search for ideas when you get cravings. Just tonight I found a muffin recipe using carrots, oats, egg whites, Splenda, maple extract...all things on MY eating plan. I can't wait to try them!

I purchased my kit, received it a couple weeks later. By this time it was close to the Holidays so I decided I was honestly going to start it 100% after the holidays. I lost 10 pounds that first week!! I was thrilled. It wasn't easy, but I was determined not to cheat and stick to the plan. I precook lots of chicken, hard boiled eggs, rice, potatoes on Sunday. It makes it a lot easier to get through the week. I miss fat and salt a lot, but I'm going to see this diet through. One thing I've noticed is I'm very fatigue. Into the second week I'm a lot more hungry earlier and more often. This diet works as long as you follow it. It's not for everyone, the food is bland but I don't mind it. Get creative and have fun!! Challenge your mind and body!!

I'm sure this product will work for some but I honestly could not find the time in my day to make this work. I'm a mother, a teacher and wife. I can't stop class to eat at a required time, nor can I put my childrens' needs aside either. It was just too unrealistic for me; I'm lucky I can have a moment to exercise. And then there's what to eat before a workout, what to eat after and how much, etc....Unfortunately for some of us we can't plan our workouts, we just have to stick them in when the opportunity pops up. I drink a lot of water but this amount was crazy; I can't spend my day in the restroom. It seemed to have promise though;I just don't have the time to do it.

This is a typical "eat better and exercise this way and it will work" plan. If we could do that, we wouldn't want the "miracle" it promises, would we? The tapes were boring and repetitive. The program does not allow any dairy products and Thurmon actually says that all milk is for is to make baby cows FAT!... has he not heard of osteoporosis?? Basically a low calorie diet plan and most people are the same body type according to the "blueprinting". I sent mine back for a refund.

For this diet to work, you need to be committed!!! Ihave found success with it and will stick out the whole 6 weeks. I like the foods I am eating, especially the veggies. My only concern is that I want to continue this healthy eating after the 6 weeks, but in order to do it, I am going to have to add a bit of salt and olive oil to my food to continue this as my healthy way of life eating style. What's going to happen when I add a bit of salt and oil after the 6 weeks? I am kind of in a panic here!!!!

This program does work pretty well, I noticed a little weightloss each day. But I did not like having to eat that much meat throught the day, I began to have Heart palpitations after only being on this program for about a week, I have no Health Problems before or after starting this program, it is just not for my "bodies" needs. I do however, workout very intensely 6 days a week. Although, I am glad it has worked so well for other's, but I have become a lacto-vegetarian I now do the Rice Diet program which is awesome and gives me tons fo energy to burn which I highly recommend!!

I saw the infomercial and bought the plan. I really thought at the time that I was falling for a scheme. In the past I have tried every diet you can think of and if they had been successful, well I wouldn't be looking for another one, right? This diet works if you follow it exactly. It does take some creativity especially with seasoning food. Use a lot of spices. So far so good. The only other thing I have done is to stop using artificial sweetner (on the advice of my friend who is a registered dietician). I have been able to stick to the plan and have lost a lot of weight. Thank-you Michael for such a great plan. Good luck to all of you in your weight loss journey.

This product does what is says. Most weight loss programs work if you stick to the guidelines. This one is not different. It is very well balanced in nutrition, the 5-6 meals/day is better for your body than than most other weight loss plans. The plan really is a life style change more than a diet plan. You can be as creative as you like with the meals. One draw back is that the meals can become very boring and repititive if you let it. If you stick with the plan it will work for almost everybody. Good Luck to all who are trying to be healthier.

This product was the first infomercial item I had ever ordered. I loved loved loved the diet. Sure I had to experiment with cooking to keep it exciting but I was never hungry, lost 10 lbs in two weeks and am still going. I never even craved junk foods. A true life saver, I have never felt better and the message boards on the provida website are very helpful! If you are serious about weight loss this product is a winner!
