You cannot compare this product to an actual workout at the Gym. Although, it is a good product to start with and get in the flow, and has certainly given me the motivation to move ahead and join the Gym for more rigorous workout. I doubt if the product would help without an actual meal plan combined to it and most importantly the commitment to lose fat and tone the body. Also, the product does seem a bit flimsy. I had lost the instruction manual that came with the product. I was lucky to have found it on the net at : academy dot com/images/pdf/abdoer/abdoer_extreme dot pdf ofcourse replace the word dot with an actual dot and remove any spaces. Hopefully that helps.
