My back went out on me again and my doc told me I had to strengthen my back and abs. I decided to buy the AB King Pro. This was about 6 weeks ago. I started using it doing 10 sets of each and have worked up to 40. I haven't changed my diet, but I do use the treadmill too. I have lost 7 lbs and went down one size. Neither were my goal, I just wanted my back to stop hurting. Not only does this work on the abs, but the back and arm muscles. I have a bad shoulder and neck and I find the exercising is helping that as well. For more than 20 years I have been suffering from the damage due to an accident and this machine pulls the right muscles to help my neck. I love this product and wish I had bought it sooner. My son laughed at me for buying it, but his back was killing him from moving things. He decided to give the AB King Pro a try and was amazed at how great his back felt after using it. What I like best is the time it doesn't take. Making time for 10 minutes each morning is easy. If I have more time, I get on my treadmill.

I was looking forward to work out on Ab king pro. I'm in good shape and needed to get those six packs some how.As i dont get sufficient time in the gym to work out on my abs,i thought that this product would help me at home i am utterly disappointed. the product was no where near the tall claims made by the company. it had little effect on my abs. despite of atleast 30 mins of work out, my abs remained the same. what irritated me more was the quality of the product. i weigh 72 kilos, and the supporting rod at teh base broke when i was working out.though i got the product replaced under warranty, there are still quality issues with the material. i rather make more time to spend at the gym, where i can work out with normal machines and do the good 'ol sit ups

I think like most men, I find the abs one of the most important muscles to work on to look and feel good. I have tried other informercial ab machines (such as the ab swing, which was preety average), and I have to say that so far ( I have had it about a week) I am happy with the product. After doing all the excercises in the manual that you get (which does take longer than 3 mins btw) my abs feel tighter and stronger. I do want to stress that don't expect it to work if you don't do any additional excercise such as running/jogging etc and eat takeaways 2x a week. I can't wait now, until I can hopefully show them off at the beach in the summer.

i have been using the ab king pro for a month. using it 60 times a day on the 200 degree motion. I have only gotten bigger, and not lighter. MY abs do not show any more and i have been eating less than normal.

I bought this product 6 months ago from a TV ad. Its cost was US$360 in this country, I find this utterly vulgar for a product that can be purchased for less than US$130 in the US. It works ok but you have to spend at least 1 hour daily in it and that if it lasts long enough, it is cheaply made and the materials it is made of are not strong enough to keep the routine. I had it replaced 3 times so far. Also if you want results you have to accompany the exercises with a good diet too. Do not recommend this product for beginners.

I'm happy with my purchase of the ab-king pro. Sure, i'm not fooling myself into gaining the 'ultimate' six-pack magically, but know it will develope over time, i can feel my abs working correctly and the support on my back helps me keep a good posture. the only bad thing is i get a head-rush when i go beyond horizontal on the way back down. results aren't solely on the use of the ab king pro, but this product definatley contributes to the process of obtaining that desired six pack, depending on your body. steven

Do not buy this! I wasted $240 on this machine, have been using it as directed, and it does not show any results. I feel a bit soreness in my abs after the workout, but thats all.. NO results! Horrible crap

I bought the equipment and have been using the same for the past 1 week regularly but not for 3 minutes as the commerical says but for a good 30 mins daily doing the routine for the upper, lower and the sides the results so far are decent as far as the upper abs are concerned but does not really show an effect to the lower abs so much. I wish it was as effective for the entire abs as stated.

Am completely dissappointed by it. I find the exercise very hard to do and if you are tall -like I am- it's near enough impossible to keep the whole of your body on the machine, which puts a lot of strain on your back. If you can manage to do it, it's probably effective, but I feel I will probably get the same results doing floor exercises or Pilates.

I purchased the Ab King in February or March 2005. My husband, myself, my grandson and son-in-law use the Ab King. You are experiencing wonderful results. I am so happy with my results as well as seeing results of my family members. It took my husband approx. 30 mins to assemble the Ab King. I would not trade in for any other equipment. I have regained my youthfulness. All of us started to feel the results from the 1st day. Problem: spacing between the two paddings created a pitch on the body. It needs to be modified. I suggest that your company include additional padding to be inserted. I used a large sponge for car washing to insert between the crease between the padding. We are please with the product.

after trying this product 3 days in a row the wheels on the back which permits it to slide up and down the back support along a specified track or path, started to deviate from its supposed path or track tragectory. yes the product was fully and properly assemble after aslo verifying that parts and pieces where in its proper place and then in effect it also deviated the back support and is off by at least 30% from its original supposed trajectory. i only manage to stop payment from my credit card after the 2 of 3 payment. i have received hassle calls non-stop daily now for over 3 months now requesting the balance of payment. eventhough i paid about 80.00$ from its original price of 120.00$ plus taxes, shipping etc. i find this product cheap and totally exagerated and over rated for its effect. do not buy this product
