This is the best money I've ever spent (Total Gym was the very best). This product gets right to the areas that you want reduced and toned. It didn't take long to see an outline of my muscles. The only thing that could possibly add improvement would be a small back curve rest to really target more movement without the slight back soreness. Guess you can't have it all!! Great product Tamilee!

I found the Ab Away Pro to be easy to assemble and relatively sturdy. It is quite effective for upper abdominal work. The one major flaw withthis machine is the length of the seat back. I am 5'7" and the seat back is at least 6" too short. In order to fully support my head and neck while using the machine, I was forced to slide forward on the seat bottom thus arching my lower back. This put a substantial strain on my lower back and the resulting pain continued to affect me for days afterward. I would not have ordered the Ab Away Pro if I had been aware of this major "shortcoming" (literally). The manufacturer should definitely consider lengthening the seat back (& bottom as well) if they wish to make a truly quality ab exerciser that can be used by everyone.
