I am disabled with spinal stenosis which, in addition to severe lower back pain, causes compression of both sciatic nerves, limiting my ability to stand. I have been looking for a way to do an arobic workout that would be compatiable with my physical condition. I don't know how effective the machine is in terms of abdominal reduction, but it works nicely as an aerobic workout machine. I was lucky in that I was able to buy it for around $20. I recommend it for other disabled folks who need a workout and cannot stand up long enough to do conventional exercises.

I purchased this product about two years ago. It is was an honest waste of money. I felt absolutely no resistance in working my abs or obliques. However, it felt good on my spine. I now use it as my chair for my computer area. I'm just happy I found this website so that I can warn others about fraudulent products we see on tv.
