This item, when used right, works. I have used it as per guidelines and i can see results. If u arent getting a good and powerful pulse, try changing the battery or increasing the power. Maybe you have a faulty unit? I use mine every other day, one light workout and one full power workout. Highly recommended. *****

This machine feels likeit is working but in effect it has been scientifically proven that IT DOESN'T. Danoz Direct has been ordered by Australian courts to return all moneys paid by users as this product is a dud. I personally had a machine and although using the machine for a while, the belt started to wear out. There was no effect to using the machine apart from the tingling sensations you get when you turn it up.

I have been using the Ab Force for about five days now and I can honestly say that it does work. When I first recieved the ab force, I was not sure on whether or not I should return the product. However, I do have sore abs and when I flex my abs, I can see muscles I thought I never had. The only complain that I have is that there are some spots showing up on the grey sides. It has not affected my workouts though. I have had very fast results because now I am eating right, running, and using the ab force.

After waiting eight weeks, I finally received the Ab Force. After two uses, one of the velcro attachments on the belt tore half-way off. I fixed that up with some adhesive and the unit worked great. The different modes worked my muscles different ways and at different intensities. It gave me a very good work out and I was well pleased. This all lasted about three days and the unit stopped working. I switched the batteries and had followed all of the directions correctly. The unit stopped working. I am not pleased at all and feel ripped off.

I have been using the ab force belt for about a month now and believe me it works. I used to have love handles and a little fat on belly. But if you can just take the little bit of pain that is involved you to could loose fat. The belt is highly worth the money. The only problem I ran into is that I am almost out of the gel.

I got my Ab Force after about 1 week and a half (rush deliver). I'm skeptical but was amazed at the potential strength of the product. However, after using it I noticed redness on the right side where it was. Perhaps I did not use enough gel. I was amazed because I did not order any gel and it is not supposed to come with it but I got a tube anyway! Considering the price of the others, I got two for about 1/6 the price of some other competition. I will try to keep you update to let you know how its going.

I ordered my ab force about a week and a half ago. I had rush delivery, and the delivery was very prompt! I am actually wearing right now as I write this. I love it! I hope that it works..I am a little skeptical, as most are. But, I will give it a try and get back with you all. The thing that I love the most about this thing is that after the workout is done, it automatically shuts off to let you know that you are done! A little painful yes, but as they say, "No Pain, No Gain (smile)." Good Luck!

I've just got my new Ab Force. For those wondering about how the EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulation) or "soft massage" - as they call on TV - feels: it feels like someone very angry grabbing your belly and poking you hard. If it is a massage maybe their massagist was having a bad day at work or fought with the girlfriend or something. But you can get used to that I guess. As they say "No pain, no gain." You can feel your belly moving, but would you tone up up your ab just by being massaged?! Also, with the User Manual (which is only 1 double sided letter size paper) says that "AB FORCE IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE A RELAXING MASSAGE"..."NOT intended for medical use, for the treatment of any medical condition or for any permanent PHYSICAL CHANGES". There is no promise of inches off - not any like the AB-Energizer brand (which "guarantees" 2 inches out of your ab in 30 days). I'll try to submit a review in 1 month to let you know if it works.

I received my Ab Force about 1 1/2 weeks ago and have been using it everyday. Brown spots began to show up on the silver pad after two uses, and yes I have put plenty of gel on it, as well as taking good care of cleaning it after each usage. No burn or shock with these units and you can really feel the soreness afterwards at level 7. It worked great at the beginning. I started off at level 5 and soon was up to 7 and getting a real good ab workout. But the unit simply loss power just after one week, even after I changed a new battery. Now I can't even feel anything at level 8. I guess that's why it comes with two belts instead. I put the old battery into the new unit and it works fine, so I am guessing it's not the battery. I am used to doing 150-200 crunches/day, and I am just using this as a supplement, and that's all it should be. But the qualities of these EMS belts sure could be improved, and I mean all of them. Good thing I only paid $20+$5 (S+H) for them, because I can't imagine getting products like this for $60-$100+. I am even considering returning these before the 30 days is up. I will definitely call them to complaint about the unit that stopped working.

Me and my buddy Dan ordered the two for twenty dollars and were extremely excited to get them so we had them rushed delivered. On our first night of working out Dan's crapped out. He tried putting a new battery in but that didn't even help. We are a little disappointed in the quality of the product. Luckily we still have one good one left so we continue to enjoy that one. They sure are a lot of fun though. Sometimes it hurts more just laughing at the other person than actually wearing it. It's awesome.

Hello to everyone out there....well so far let me tell you about my encounter with the ab force. I was very interested with the product over the tv and I could not wait to use the ab force, but to my disappointment the ab force has not stood up to its name. As soon as I tried it I was expecting the intense level of force that was shown on the tv, but I was wrong as it did nothing at all but show a red light and that was all. Maybe I got a bad one I just ask that you think before you buy anything.
