My sister and I were going to use the Ab Rocker (since I've had it for 2 years). After much confusion, we never could figure out how it works, and fell over backwards more than once. The only reason I haven't thrown it out is because the cat likes to sleep on it, and the handles are great for air drying bras.

It looks pretty cool. My wife tried it and went over backwards within 10 seconds. then she tried it again and it was better but stilla bit shakey.

I dont see one bit of difference in the abs area but have to admit it toned up flabby arms. Uncomfortable to use though...unsteady. Needs re-designing somewhat.

I bought this for $40 when it was on the store shelves and got it home. I assembled it and worked with it for a month. I dident find an results and dident like it. The exercises were refreshing but i dont know how anyone can see resutls with this piece of work. Im sorry but i give it a 2 on a scale of 1-10. I dident like how it worked and dident find any results off it.

I bought my Ab Rocker, body by Jake off e-bay, now I know why they wanted to sell it, it stinks. It is very difficult to use and uncomfortable, it also puts un-necessary strain on your back. Go back to the old conventional Ab Roller and avoid injury.

I find it to be good. The only bad part is that it comes with only two rubber band and I need to make the exercises a little more harder. My request to those who throw it to the garbage is to send me only the rubber's band, because in Romania I can't buy them separate.

Well I suppose I purchased the Ab Rocker that someone donated to the Goodwill. I was excited that I got a deal for $3.99 but when I got it home and sat on it I tipped right over backwards. This product is quite unsafe for the novice...Great is caution recommended for the daring.

Like for any fitness equipment, if you don't do it properly you will not see any results. Nada, zip. I've found pleasure in this product and I've lost about 45 lbs by rocking back and forth for 30 mins to an hour. I've used it for two years and I'm in great shape now, better than I was before.

This product is an extreme waste of money. Its complicated to use (like you really have to focus on using your abs instead of just rocking)& even when you do it properly theres not much burn. Sit-ups and crunches are easier to do (even with the back pain) and more effective. I eneded up throwing mine in the garbage.

I'm one who is relatively in good shape. I have tried it and didn't get much out of it. I get a better workout doing 2 minutes of good crunches. However, it was too hard for my wife who not in as good of a shape. The coordination to do it correctly was too confusing for a beginner like her. So we gave it to Goodwill.

Bought one cheap and thought I'd give it a try. It's difficult to maneuver. Everyone in the house tried it and no one liked it, mainly because it's not that easy to use. Funny thing, when Jake demonstrates it, it looks so smooth. When we tried it, it wasn't that easy. After about three days of use, it now sits ever so lonely in the basement. Maybe I gave up on it too soon, but I really thought it would be easier and more enjoyable to use.
