I bought one of these 3 weeks ago and have been astounded at the results. I have suffered back pain from disc degeneration for many years (I am 82) but since using the Abswing have discarded my walking stick and feel years younger. I think its main advantage is that it builds back and abs muscles without strain.

I recently had a boob job & I wanna emphasized it by working on my abs. I bought mine cheaper.  I religiously use it daily for 5 mins then I increase it now to 10 mins.  I've seen result, now my old dresses fits me again and I've got the perfect body with my new boob job.  Very happy with the product...

My wife bought the Ab Swing last year.  After complaining that it did not work, I thought I would give it a go.  After using it for one solid week, the only thing I felt was extreme agony in the area between my buttocks.   This machine made my backside red raw to the point where it was actually painful for me to sit down.  I felt no burn in my abs at all unless I sat further down on the machine, which was more agony for my already delicate buttocks than for my abs. It also hurt my ankles. It works your arms and your inner thighs but that's about all.  We gave it to my brother-in-law who has since suffered injury when it collapsed and sent him flying backwards.  My advice is to steer clear of this cheap fad.  There are better things to spend your money on - these machines are just gimmicks.

Like most other "junk" on tv-shop, its worthless. Fortunately i got mine cheap locally, so i didnt waste that much money. Browse around the web and search for natural AB training. Not all can do them on the floor the hardcore way, but there are methods that helps those. The abswing helps nobody but the manufactors economy.

I have had this for over 6 months, I use it and my wife uses it and it does exactly what is described in the all the product documentation. The unit is sturdy and I cannot see any evidence of wear, it used every day and I'm well over 200lbs! The key to this working is reading the manual, when I use it I only get burn in my abs, no impact on legs or back. By sitting in varied positions as described in the manual this works upper and lower abs and lats, and I can do this in 15 mins.

You really loose weight on your rearside -where you keep your wallet. I have now tried it with all possible combinations of the footbar and location on the "swing", and there is no way you are gonna really train your ab's with this machine. Its simply designed wrong for that. However a nice side-effect is that you can train your upper frontside thighs (and arms too) with it, but not the abs. The way you sit on it, locks your stomach = you dont use your abs, instead your forced to do the swing with arms and legs instead. Not working, not very solid, not recommendable.

A real piece of garbage, the support bar under the seat cracked.  When I called the company they gave me the run-around.  When I got someone to finally listen, they told me to send the broken part to them which cost me over $20.00.  Nobody from the company picked up the part, nor did they send me a new one.   The Ab-Swing is bogus and so is their customer relations.  Buyer BEWARE!!   Especially if you already own one and it breaks.

Im from Texas and i can tell you the ab swing does work. Many people say it doesnt work because their just not using it porperly. I use to think like this at a stage but then it hit me. You have to sit at the bottom of the ab swing for it to actually work. try it yourself.

I purchased the Ab Swing and received it today.  It was extremely easy to put together, but the infomercial said that it comes completely assembled, which isn't true, because if that were the case, i would have been able to just pull it out of the box.  while, i have felt slight burning so far, im sure i may be more sore in the morning.  i have had a lot of fun turning on the radio, and working out to music, so even if this doesn't work for me, im going to keep this product cuz its fun!

Like many products, the Ab Swing doesnt work. not only did it not give me any results, but it really hurts my tail bone and back, which i feel alot more then a "burn" in my abs. Save your money, dont buy this product.

I personally did not like this product I tried different positions and none of them made me feel my abdominals working only my legs and arms felt the burn. It is a great concept for people who cannot get on the floor but in my opinion when you do a proper floor crunch you will not feel anything in your neck or back so maybe people should just get on the floor and work on proper technique instead of wasting money and time doing something that is nowhere near as effective as a crunch.

I4ve used the Ab Swing a few times now, and everytime after my workout, I get, what I will describe as a large burning wound, between my buttocks.... It happens everytime, and the wound takes forever to heal up again. It seems there is only one way to work this machine, and I4m doing what the video tells me to do. dont buy this - You4ll end up throwing the damn thing out!

I just got the ab swing from a friend that never used it, I was a personal trainer and I know when something works and when it doesn't. And as far as im concerned it works, I felt it in my lower abs and that is a great sign, although I have heard a few negative on here you might want to adjust the leg extension to get the results you are looking to achieve. I know many thing they should do it without reading the instructions, and then you wonder why you don't get the results you are looking for, your beating yourself.

My grandmother gave this to me a week ago. It is so easy to use that I use it off and on all day while watching TV. After a week of use I am proud to say that I can already see results. At this rate I will have a completly flat ripped stomach in a month!! I would recommend this product to anyone!

I have used the Ab Swing for several months now and I am very happy with it. I prefer it over most of the ab machines I use at the gym, and definitely over doing crunches. It is easy on the back and very effective at isolating the abdominal muscles if used properly. It is so easy to adjust the intensity by how I position myself on the seat. I love that it is so easy to just pick up and tuck away when I'm done using it. After all this time and use, it is holding up very well.

I have had this product for nearly 3 months now and am very pleased with the results. I spend about 30 mins a day in front of the telly. I have noticed real definition in my abs and are increasing their size by adding wrist weights to the foot holders. The infomercial suggests 5 minutes but who really believes what they say anyway. My Ab Swing is sturdy and I think if some of the complainants on this page actually put some effort into their exercising, they may see results. There's no such thing as effortless exercise - even if that's what the TV tells you (sometimes infomercial endorsers are just trying to make money believe it or not).
