I have been a Stair Master user for over 15 years and been looking for something comparable to do at home with the same results. The Air Climber works just as good if not better than the Stair Master. I absolutely love it. The DVD workouts that came with it are very challenging, motavating and extremely fun! I have recommended it to all of my friends! Great buy!

I received the air climber 4 weeks ago.I use it everyday. The 20 minute workout seems to fly by. The 30 minute workouts are intense but I love them & Brenda's encouragement. Just as important to me as the 6 lbs. I have already lost is the fact that I am sleeping much better at night. I am very happy with it.

I got this thinking that it looked like a lot of fun. I actually do like it, but my feet ache while I'm on it. I also find that during the workout, the bellows lose air, not totally, but I have to jump off of it and re-inflate them every 5-10 minutes. I did not buy it directly - got it for half price on the internet. I will try and see they will honor the waranty.

I ordered this item after seeing it on an infomercial and when it came I thought it was a waste of money and nearly gave up on it, however, I persisted. I use it in conjunction with the instructional DVD and it WORKS! Within minutes, my heart rate is increased and by the end of a workout, I am sweating and every part of my body feels stretched and pumped. I have been using it for 30 minutes a day for over a month now, and the results are beginning to show. I am fitter and have lost a few centimetres. If you use it CORRECTLY and follow the workout DVD TO THE LETTER, I can't see why anyone would think otherwise. Thank you Brenda Dy Graf, for an inexpensive, uncomplicated fitness product that works!

I ordered this product in December 2007 an early Christmas present for myself. When I received this product I was thrilled. You can get a good workout and I lost 2 lbs the first week. In January my counter stop working. I contact the vender and [] and I have not received a replacement yet. That's the only complaint that I have about this product.

I bought this product through [] figuring that I would return it if it didn't work..well to my surprise it works well!!!... It looks cheap but actually does what she says it does... it is a nice 20 and 30 minute workout and you feel the burn by the time you finish!!!....So I think I'll be keeping this Air Climber to use when I need a quick workout.

I ordered it from [] and received it in under 2wks. Used it the next day, and much to my surprise this lightweight, plastic thing gave me a workout that I was not expecting. I followed from the beginning doing the introduction, then went on to the next phase which is Super 7 Pump. After just that, I feel lots of upperback, arms, and calf soreness due to using the band. I sweat and then sweat some more! Ms. Degraf talks a lot feeling it in your butt. I think with more use and increasing the intesity, I will begin to feel it in my butt. It didn't roll around on my wood floors, though it's a bit noisy due to the chambers swapping, thats a small distraction. So far so great!

I bought the airclimberand the bellows would not stay inflated. I have the 6 year warranty and they have replaced my airclimber twicw now. This third one is not working either. The bellows will not stay inflated. I called them again, and now they are telling me that I must pay for shipping to have it replaced but NO REFUND...At this writing, i am trying to contact BRenda the maker to see why the product doesn't work.

This item was purchased as a gift, so I had no expectations. When I opened the box I thought, ok I hope my friend didn't spend alot of money because it seemed to be just a big piece of plastic with resistance bands. The instructor's voice was a little annoying but my body annoyed me more. I loved it but my knees started to hurt. I made some adjustments on the way I was pushing down, (in other words I listened to her instructions more closely) no more pain. The bands add a nice variety. I like that you can add more pressure easily for a more intense step. I work up a sweat & see quick results. My entire body feels it. I only had to refill the air once in 7 months. Great for all ages. We're thinking about ordering another one, so we can work out together. Do it CORRECTLY & you WILL see & feel results!

I started using this product for the first time yesterday. I began with the highest setting (5). I did 15 minutes and it worked great. I got on this morning and 10 minutes into what was a good session it blew out. I took it apart this evening and saw the problem. One of the hoses connecting the bellows to the adjustment valve ruptured. It is an obvious defect given the rupture site was as thin as a sheet of paper whereas the other parts of the hoses are approximately 2 millimeters thick. I'm calling the infomercial folks in the morning.

The total package is reasonable. It is better than trying to spend hundreds of dollars on something that really does not work or you never use. The product is light and you can take it anywhere to work out with a DVD player. I am 60 and don't need heavy equipment and I have bad knees. I do not do over 20 minutes a day. I really would have liked options for more work outs and a follow up program.

I've had this product for a couple of months. It looks easy on television but at home I found I could only do 7 minutes the first time and I had previously been training with a trainer at my gym so I am in good shape. The motion takes getting use to, like stepping on a treadmill for the first time. Once you get the hang of it, you can find the rhythm that works to get to your target heart rate. There is a noise from the air being pushed out of the bellows, but it is not loud enough to wake a sleeping person in the next room. It is very light which I like because it can be put away easily. The plastic is sturdy. It is a great workout and much more fun than a treadmill. My only complaint is that the bellows do not seem to inflate as much as they do on the infomercial.

It took about 3 weeks for my Air Climber to arrive, and I immediately put it to good use. I was able to follow along with each of the video sessions - alternating 1 each day - and got a great aerobic workout. I have very bad knees, and am 69 years old, but feel very good with this exercise. However, right after the 60 day warranty expired, the air began to diminish and now 2 weeks later, there is none in the bellows. So, I will be testing the value of the 6 year extended warranty very soon.

Great concept, poor workmanship. I had hopes of a great workout, wrong. I tried this and my knees and ankles hurt. It offered little resistance even on the highest setting. The bellows have a lot to be desired. Say yourself the money. I'll keep using my treadmill.

Bought the air climber just over a week ago, received it within 3 days. I have now been using the air climber now for 2 days and doing 2 x 20 minutes workouts, one in the morning and one in the evening. I can honestly say this product is great. I am already on a calorie controlled diet and losing weight on that. But really wanted this product to burn fat and tone my body. It certainly is a low impact workout. I also have the lateral thigh trainer and found that it was hard on the knees. Not the air climber. I am going to continue using the air climber for the next few weeks and see what kind of results i get. The workout DVD is great and has 4 different options for your workout.

I purchased the product becuase the infomerical states that there is no impact. that is wrong. i have bad knees to begin with, i use the product for two weeks and my knees got worse. i kept thinking maybe im doing it worng, NOT!!! i sent it back it cost alot of money and they dont refund shipping, waste of the money that is spent, they better refund everything back or ill challenge it on my credit card.

For the money they charged, this product is so not worth it. It came in one large box with no packing material wrapped in clear plastic. The horror stories about broken pieces are probably not true --the unit doesn't have many parts that could break easily on shipping. Once I got the bellows inflated, I stepped on; it was so flimsy. I felt there was no way it could give me a good workout after moving my legs on it up and down for a few minutes. There is also the loud, annoying hiss of air coming out of rear as you're pumping the bellows. The unit is awful, cheaply constructed, and not worth $112+ shipping for being 100% plastic. I'm sending the Air Climber back on my own dime to make sure I can track its return and get credited back my money. This piece of equipment is a rip off. Buyer Beware. Not recommended!!!

I ordered the air climber and recieved it 2 weeks later. Today was the first chance i had to use it and i loved it! I ran track in high school and injured my knees so i am unable to run. This is a great, low impact exercise, yet effective. I was worried about the cost, but it is great. It is good for those who don't have a lot of room to work out in. It is a little noisy from the air refilling in the hydrolics, but after a while you tune it out. Brenda is a little anoying at first, but you get used to her to. I would recommend it!

I liked the feeling of this workout, it seems fun. It is so loud though! I have to wait until I'm alone to use it. Does anyone else have this problem? If noise isn't a concern, go for it. However the air noise coming out is too loud for me.
