AWESOME!!! The workout is challenging and Billy Blanks is motivating. I am in week 4 of using the CDs and am still trying to master the Boot Camp. The workout is EXCELLENT for cardio and strength training. I enjoy the challenge of trying to complete all of the reps without taking breaks. I've lost almost ten pounds to date using his CDs with a healthy eating program.

I just tried the Basic Training DVD for the first time and it totally kicked my butt...in a good way. It is extremely hard and fast paced, especially for someone who is as uncoordinated as me. I did it without the resistance bands, I will have to work up to that. I will definately continue to do this regularly. I feel muscles that I never knew I had...already and it has only been 10 minutes since I finished. I can tell this will definately do the trick for me.

WOW!!! I bought Billy's Boot Camp after I saw the infomercial. I noticed results right away. I've lost 15 pounds, dropped from a size 14 to a size 10, and watched my energy levels skyrocket. I sleep better. I eat better. I feel and look better. The Basic workout needs to be done without the bands the first few times. Adding the bands completely changes the workout intensity.

Oh my god! These tapes are incredible. I noticed results instantaneously. The "Basic Bootcamp" isn't so basic. The first time I used the "Basic Bootcamp" tape, I nearly passed out. The tape is difficult the first time around but the work outs becomes easier over time. "Extreme Bootcamp" is still difficult because of the fast pace but I'm sure that will ease up as well.

Wow! These video's are very challenging... but awesome! I have played sports my whole life (soccer 12 years, basketball 18 years, volleyball 4 years, etc.) and when I went to college I got lazy and out of shape. I am confident that Billy's Boot Camp will help get me back to where I want to be physically. This is definitely not a workout for beginners, but if you are a beginner, do what you can... and eventually you will see more and more progress and you will be able to do some of the more advanced excercises. But you have to stick with it! (and utilize those Billy Bands!)

WOW!!! I've been doing this workout for three weeks and after the first two days, I was seeing muscles that I didn't know I had! Very true, the workout is hard, and even after three weeks, I still stop and take breaks (especially on the arm sections) but each time I feel myself getting stronger and stronger and progressing each session. I considered myself in fairly good shape, I only have 10-15 lbs to lose, but these tapes proved how out of shape I was! Don't give up, this workout is incredible and fun and I totally recommend it. Unfortunetely, I don't follow the meal plan, so my weight loss hasn't been drastic, but my body is definetely more toned. Awesome product!

I bought Billy's boot camp a few months ago and I love it. I've lost 29 pounds, and 6 inches on my waist. It's challenging but that's what I like about it. I don't want a boring slow workout. You can see that your making a difference. Billy modivates you and makes you want to do a little better every time. I highly recommend this product!

These videos are wonderful. I did the AB workout for 3 days an could tell a big difference already. I have only been using the videos consistently for about 5 days now and get a total body workout each time. After just doing the workouts the first time, muscles in my legs and back were sore indicating that they had gotten a good workout. If you are consistent with this workout for even a little while, results are evident.

The absolute best work-out you can do in the privacy of your own home! I'm in fairly decent shape, need to lose about 15 lbs but I work out consistently. These tapes have been the best investment. Yes, they are tough but it feels good to get better and better every time I do one. I'm seeing more muscle definition by adding these work-outs in about 3x per week. If you stick to it, you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish!

I wouldn't recommend this video for people just starting out with exercising. It's too tough. I have been doing Tae bo for 4 years and had a hard time keeping up with the basic training. It's easier if you do it without the arm bands. The other Tae bo tapes are at a slower pace, so you feel like you can keep up. I like a challenge, and don't like to give up, so I'll stick with them and see how it goes.

I purchased the Boot Camp tapes, and as the previous reviews states, it is fast.I have all the other tapes that began to collect dust due to discouragement. You will see results at your own pace in the beginning. I have lost two inches off my waist in two weeks. I use the tapes on the days I do not feel like going to the gym or for an am workout before work. The abs workout tape is the best. To all the other users do not give up. I began working out in Feb. at 257lbs, today I am 240. I work out 5x a week for an hour, watch what I eat, and treat myself to a cheat meal on Saturdays. It's hard work, but it is well work it.

I like to think i'm in pretty good shape - Billy's boot Camp has proven me wrong! I can barely get through the first dvd. This is one of the best workouts i have ever done. Here lately i prefer tae bo over the gym or other cardio. the program is great. I highly reccomend it. it is inspiring and motivating. first you get it - then it gets you! best 50 bucks i ever spent!!!

I love this program. I had the original Tae Bo tapes and I got bored with them very quickly. They seemed so repetitive. These videos are not like the original. They are very different. I love the callisthenics. The addition of the Billy bands are great. You feel your whole body afterwards including the next day. If you start now you can definitely be in tip top shape by summer. I highly recommend these videos.

I just got the videos yesterday. I tried the basic training, but after the first 20 minutes, I felt like I was going to die! It was tough but effective. I felt the tension on my legs the next day. This product will work if you stick with it. I'll update this in a month.

I'm an advanced exerciser, and have enjoyed Billy's Tae Bo in the past...while the bands are a nice addition, I found the workout to be stale and "been there, done that," in feeling. I returned the set and the staff is agreeable and helpful. The tapes will get your heart rate up, but the band work goes way too fast to be efficient.....Billy is lovable and encouraging as always, but the workouts are just tired.

I love this workout! I have been trying Billy Blanks workouts starting with the basic working up to this one. I was 240 pounds two months ago and now I am down to 200 pounds. I have to let everyone know that even big people like myself can do all of his workouts, but do not try to keep up with the people in the videos at first, pace yourself and then as you keep working out you will build your strenght and muscles and you will be able to keep up with the videos. I read the other review from someone who said that she is having a hard time with this workout. It is tuff but you have to start out slow, and if you stay focused and keep doing this every day and stay consistant without skipping a day then after about a month you will be able to complete the workout. I can't stress enough how important it is to eat right and workout! Just exercising alone is not goint to give you the fast effects that you may be looking for! You must do this consisitantly. If I can do it, anyone can. I was the true definition of a couch potatoe, but now I have so much more energy and I don't want to sit around anymore. Billy Blanks gives you the tools you need to get fit and stay strong, its up to you to decide if your really ready. Even thought it looks hard at first it will get easier to do after you do it for a period of time. I gaurantee that if you do this workout you will see results! I love all of his workouts and I feel that he is helping people not just making money off of it, he gives you so much encouragement in all of his videos! I have tried all the workouts on the market and these are the only ones that I stayed with and have saw dramatic results. I now have all of my friends doing Billy Blanks workouts, and we are all losing weight without all the execess hanging skin, thats another good thing about this workout, you will tone as you go and you will start to see your muscle defined instead of hanging skin. Keep your spirits up and just do it!

I have no doubt that if you do this product, you will lose weight and gain muscle. Unfortunately, if you are like me - overweight and unfit, you will probably find it very hard to actually do 10 mins of the work out let alone, complete it!!! Billy is great, but after two minutes I actually ended up just looking at the screen thinking, oh my goodness, I have to get in shape first in order to do this workout!! My Husband who is fitter than me (although still needs to get in shape) managed to do half an hour of this and said he might have died if he done the whole thing!! ha ha ha this should give you an idea of how challenging this is!! On the infomercial the moves all look very do-able but from the beginning of the workout it's very hard to keep up with the speed Billy and his crew are moving at! If you already have a good level of fitness go for it. If you are just starting out and have a lot of extra weight, (I'm about 80lbs overweight if that helps) I would definitely look elsewhere, this is very tough!
