I liked the original tapes - now she has a gym bar that goes with it too. The breathing is odd, but it does work for me - more energy, firms up the body (I wasn't heavy but out of shape and flabby) and feels great to the tummy. The inches definitely went down. I actually look forward to doing the breathing and it's so easy to travel with.

I've tried to use my Body Flex several different times for several months at a time. And all I ever got out of it was a lot of wasted time...

4 weeks on Bodyflex so far for me = 4 pounds and 14 inches lost. The muscle gained weighs more than the fat lost, so I don't worry about what my scale says! My body fat went from 33% to 22%. I watch what I eat, drink 50+ oz. of water everyday and do my workout. That's it. My muscles and clothes are getting bigger, and I am getting smaller. That's proof enough for me!

I though the product was great. It does what Greer said it would. Very Effective Workout in Very Little Time.

I love this product. I lost 2 inches off my waist the first 4 days I used it. It is a great way to relax, relieve some stress and lose weight and inches all at the same time.

Awesome results! I practiced the breathing exercises at home but always seemed to "work out" in the car on the way to work. I went from a 6 to a 2. Results were achieved and I stopped doing the exercises. Big mistake. I try to remember how well this works whenever I gain a little. This program is easy, doesn't hurt, you can do it anywhere (almost :) ) cheap, good for disabled persons and it works! I can't believe they said it was a scam. Definitely not a scam.

I have been really lucky to have been given a couple of infomercial products, because, if they don't work, I'm not out of any money. This product is as "Scammy" as they come! I did it for a couple of weeks, and nothing other than a pulled shoulder muscle. I am beginning to wonder if the positive reviews on this product are employees of Greer Childress.

I was really shocked when I heard the news that the FTC had said bodyflex was a scam. I have done both Bodyflex and Oxycise a few times in my lifetime, No you cant go eat 5 bigmacs and expect these to work, exercise never burns calories as fast as just not eatting as many in the first place, but honestly I have found all the deep breathing programs, lite lift, oxycise and bodyflex to be extremely helpful to those who are just starting out. No they may not work absoulte wonders for someone already in good shape and no I dont believe they are magic and can melt away pounds and inches in a heartbeat, but in my experince with them the postives they do for endurance, skin, hair, mental states is amazing! I went off anti depressants which were making me gain weight in the first place using deep breathing programs. Maybe taking in more oxygen wont make someone loose 50 lbs in a week, but I tell you these programs are great for those whose bodies are sore, who are so tired, if I do bodyflex in the morning, I know my housework is going to be done, I know whatever exercise I choose to do on top of it I am going to do better, easier and longer. That is what bodyflex gives you, it gives you a boost that is not ephedrine, not dangerous, its a good thing. Get the program cheap off ebay and give it 30 days I can pretty much promise you doing it daily for 30 days you will see some sort of result, less pms, better skin, tighter skin, more energy and those things can all lead you to weight loss, people spend 1000s of dollars on herbal stuff for pms, fatigue, skin, ect and all you really do need to do is breath and get that circulation going, maybe oxycise wont raise metabolism enough to just burn off pounds without any other sort of work, but it does get to you a point cheaply where you feel good enough to actually get serious about weight loss.

I have had body flex for several years. My problem has always been discipline. I don't stick to it. Initially, my boyfriend would laugh hysterically when I tried to do it and I didn't give it a fair shake. I did stick to it in 2000 and lost several inches, went from a size 18 to a 14. I need to start doing it again, but I'm lazy even though I know it works. I recommend the product, when I do the breathing correctly I sweat a little and I feel short of breath. I like the old product better than the new, I have more difficulty doing the breathing correctly while sitting in the chair. Try it it works!

I purchased Body Flex back in 1998 when I saw the first infomercials. I, like so many, was very sceptical but thought it was worth a try. I am glad I gave it a chance. I went from a size 13/14 to a 9/10 in a matter of 6 weeks. This program is very beneficial for me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and suffer from weakness in my legs and arms. This program is a God send for so many that are unable to do other methods of aerobic exercise. This product is for real and it does give the results we are all looking for!! Thank you.

After seeing the Body Flex infomercial in 1998 I immediately bought it as I needed to lose 30+ lbs. & tone up. (During two pregnancies back to back in 95 & 96, I had gained 80 lbs. -- went from 120 to 200 during the pregancies). I had done some research & the system made sense to me. Although I got a lot of laughs from my husband & the rest of my family because of the "funny sounding" breathing techniques, I must say it was worth it. I did lose inches & weight. It speeded up my metabolism & I went from 160 to 120 in a matter of 6 mos. It also helped me with my running & I was back to running at least 4+ miles a day. I will tell you though that you must cut back on your diet -- I think that the program actually helped me to not be as hungry & eventually found myself eating a better diet & feeling better about myself. It gave me so much energy that I also added (about a yr. later) aerobics -- about 1 hr. a day. I would do the Body Flex in the am and the aerobics or running in the evening. I know to some of you that this may sound too good to be true, but it did work for me. In my case I found Body Flex to "get me" going again -- it was so much more easier to breathe when exercising & it helped me to eat better. I would suggest this program -- just remember to do the breathing properly & you should not have a sore throat & get out of the chair & do some walking after you start feeling more energetic.

I love body flex... Now if I would just be faithful to it. I tend to get where I want to be or the function I want to look good for passes and I gradually lapse. However I always go gack it is quick and easy and it works. Tones and tightens and you see results. Also I want to mention Tina in Georgia's review. Greer was advertising Body Flex long before the "Rider" infomercial and that fact was mentioned in the beginning. She also said that the piece of equipment was the only one that she recommended to use with the body flex as a resistance that increased muscle mass as Body Flex is Aerobic and burns fat the machine was for the other side of fitness. I suppose that The newest addition to Greers plan the resistance bar takes care of that so she no longer needs to worry about the resistance of the muscle building side. Try Body Flex it makes a huge difference but the breathing must be done correctly and if it doesn't feel really different when you pull in and up you may not be doing it correctly. I catch myself not and have to work at it to get back to doing it correctly but it makes a HUGE difference.

It works! Holy cow, it actually works. No diet, no sweating all over the place, and the inches keep coming off!! Even though you look really silly, and your kids think you're having some sort of attack, just do the weird breathing you can totally feel the workout! A+++

I have been using the Body Flex method for quite a few years, off and on. I enjoy it as it is very much like the Yoga moves I used to do. I never bought into the claim of losing 4-14 inches in a week so I was not disappointed. I think it's a good program. I feel energized after doing my routine and, yes, I do find a difference in my body from using it. Anyone who thought they could lose big inches by just sitting to exercise must be pretty gullible. Also, if they thought they could as much as they wanted. I didn't get that from what the product or Greer Childers said.

I have been using Body Flex for the past three and a half years and I feel it is great. I am 70 years old and it keeps me flexible and on the go. I don't know what I would do without it.

I truly liked the product. I was very disbelieving of the claims that you could loose inches, but it does work...and I didn't have to make trips to the gym (not to mention the expense). It really is easy to do and I could do it when I felt like it-morning or evening.

My Mom introduced me to BodyFlex a couple of years back. I really enjoyed it, but really didn't get into it. Now I've lost about 35 lbs. & had alot of excess skin hangin' around doin' nothin'. :). I had lost about 8 to 10 dress sizes before I tried this. I was wearing a 10/12 after the weight loss & was so excited I went and bought new clothes. I looked like an idiot doing the "Happy Dance" in the department store fitting room! I then decided to try and get back into the bodyflex & within 2 weeks my clothes were too big. I now wear an 8!!! I am 5' 6" & weigh 170 lbs & wear a size 8! People can't believe the results. I tell everybody about the bodyflex. In another department store I was telling the clerk about it. We were alone in the dressing room area & I was showing her the way to do it. We all know how ridiculous we look doing it, but that's okay, because nobody saw us. She was going to go home that day & look up the information on the internet & get her husband to do it with her. If anyone has any doubt about this product, please, please, please give it a try! Good luck & say goodbye to those inches!

I have been on this program now for 10 days and it is terrific. The first week I lost a total of 5 1/2 inches over all. I am now doing the program twice daily and have noticed a great deal more energy, less hungry and sleep so much better. I am 43 years young and weigh 262 pounds and in a size 22 but already my cloths are getting loser. I am so excited and will continue to follow this program for the rest of my life. I want to order the new body flex program with the exercise bar but it will have to wait for I am unemployed and cannot afford it at the present time. But it is on my list of priorities. Thank you Greer for this wonderful and easy technique. It is amazing.

This program was very silly! Save your money! All you do is make weird faces and breathe funny, it's good for stress, but you're not going to lose weight with this!

I saw the infomercial and something seemed diffrent about this one. So I spent the sixty bucks and couldn't wait to try it out. When I got it, I popped in the videos and followed it religiously for 2 weeks. The results? None. Nada. Zip. This was the biggest waste of my money. I even gave it the benifit of the doubt and tried it 2 more weeks...still nothing. And by this time the 30 days were up and I could not return it. Please, I want to warn everyone. Please save your money!!!! If you have already ordered it, send it back, or cancell!!!!! Trust me.
