Its gonna make you sweat

I love Billy's dvds all of them are extremely challenging. I recommend it to anyone to maintain an active lifestyle. I did however problems with the dvds not being damaged. Beware of that.

To early to Tell

30 Jul 2008 - CB of Baltimore, USA writes:

I have used this product the past two days and could only get through the first DVD. Which for me is fine since I have not worked out in a while. Also you are sweating by the end of the DVD and ready for a break. I plan to do them everyday and see. I am a size 16 and trying my best to get back to my size 12. If not a 10!! And to most that still seems big but I am tall so any smaller I would look a bit sick. lol So I will have to keep you updated on the progress. I am focused because I refuse to buy any more clothes unless they say size 12 or smaller.

Ouch, I think this works!

8 Aug 2007 - Steph of Osaka, Japan writes:

Bit of background - I'm 31, somewhat overweight, active (walk 3 miles a day, work at a kindergarten - plenty of running and lifting) but not a gym bunny. I bought the basic DVD pack (3 discs, no bands or extras) and have only used it for 2 days so far. I found it fairly hard to keep up, and you do need a fair amount of floor space. Second day in, I feel like you do after a long swim - that sort of glowy not-quite-an-ache feeling in all your upper body muscles, so I think this is going to be effective. Although it's far too soon to see any results in terms of toning or weight loss, I did notice as I walked down the street about an hour after working out today that I was walking differently to normal - I felt like I was holding myself straighter and had better posture. I think I'll stick with this one!

I love Tae Bo.......can do without Boot Camp Elite

1 May 2007 - Ray of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

I love Billy Blanks, and am willing to try any workout he comes out with, but doing this for several weeks just bored me. No matter how much Billy says work it, or pump it etc., he just can't keep me motivated on this one. I just feel like he is too worried about injuries with these new Billy Bands. He was very free with the old Billy Bands, but seems very cautious in this one, and it annoys the hell out of me. I'll just stick with Tae Bo II for right now.

Kicks my butt

26 Feb 2007 - Dee Jay of Maryland, USA writes:

If you're already a hardbody, I can see where this wouldn't be a very challenging workout. But if you're a middle-aged office worker like myself, this is a great way to defy gravity. The bonus lower body workout, in particular, is a killer. I definitely see new arm muscles and a tighter behind, but the ab workout really isn't all that effective. My biggest problem is the bruises the Billy bands leave on my arms. There are several exercises where you wrap the bands around your body and they rest against your upper arm. This leaves huge bruises that have actually provoked comments from strangers - "My goodness! What happened to your arms??"

I love taebo, but this one isn't as challenging

31 Mar 2006 - Kayla of Georgia, USA writes:

I have been using taebo for the past 4 months as a way to get toned and I am truly addicted. It has gotten me into shape and Billy has tons of energy, however this system isn't as good as the last bootcamp. The mission 2 is okay but $60 for one good workout isn't really worth it. The new bands are bulky and they leave blisters on my small hands and they are hard to keep adjusted. I would recommend this bootcamp for beginners but not for advanced exercisers.

I LIKE THIS

17 Mar 2006 - Alana of North Carolina, USA writes:

I love the program. Its not really as cardio based as the first one but they go hand in hand. I would get the deluxe package because it has a pure cardio video in there that is just awesome. It has some really neat new combos. But the basic pkg. is more toning. I like it though. My rear delts are starting to show some definition. Elite in my opinion is more like a follow up to the original BC. The Elite Abs video is awesome. Mission 2 left me sore for a week and Ive been exercising regularly for over a year.....I would recommend this to anyone.

Taebo elite

9 Mar 2006 - Sheila of Alberta, Canada writes:

I have been doing Taebo for 4 years now,and have recently started using Taebo elite. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I don't 'feel the burn' as I did with the orgiginal Bootcamp, even though I've shortened the bands to increase resistance. I feel the first Bootcamp (using the resistance bands), is a better workout DVD, based on my experience.
