Love this - it works!

17 Mar 2008 - Carol of Pennsylvania, United States writes:

I absolutely love this piece of equipment. You really have to focus and make sure you are doing it correctly and not just leaning back and pushing. Concentrate on the muscles your are focusing on. After using it I can barely sit the next day. You can do different exercises - working your butt - and your inner and outer thighs. I would highly recommend and it def. tones your butt and the area wear your butt meets your thighs. LOVE IT! TWO THUMBS UP. BUT - you must be consistent. I use it 5-7 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. You will see results - if you don't - you're doing something wrong!!!!

Thumbs up

20 Apr 2007 - Suzanne of Texas, USA writes:

I purchased this product after having my second child. Although I have not used it consistently, I think the product is good. It does have the tendency to travel across the room, but I find that if I focus more on the upwards motion, I travel less. I also purchased the arm extensions that are offered. I did not care for these at all and took them off. I found them to be too cumbersome and overall not that well designed. I enjoy this much more than using the machines at the gym. If you are considering this product, I give it a thumbs up, but don't buy the extensions for the arms. Instead, just purchase some hand weights.Overall, I think this product is good, but a body ball is better. As the body ball can be used for many different muscle groups and is cheaper. Plus, my kids think the giant ball is great fun.

GREAT!

6 Jan 2007 - Jean of New Jersey, USA writes:

OK, so when I first got this product, I also slid all over the floor, but I knew that I was doing something wrong and refused to just give up on it after paying $60 for it. The trick is you can't just lay on the roller and push back. #1) If you just lay there, you're too lazy to really work hard and #2) if you push BACK rather than UP with your butt, of course you're going to roll BACKWARDS! The trick is to push up towards the ceiling with your hips and squeeze your butt. Once I started to do that, I realized I was no longer sliding all over my carpet. This machine helped me a lot as well because I have a knee injury and can't do squats and lunges. This doesn't hurt my knees at all and it's great! I highly recommend this product. Just remember - push UP not BACK!

Burn thighs burn!

28 Nov 2006 - Lisa of Tennessee, USA writes:

Great product. I've had this product collecting dust for a while. I finally decided to "get real" with my weight problem. Just roll and squeeze those muscles! I've been using it 3 days and can really feel the burn! I use it while watching TV, easy on the back and neck, purely focusing attention where it's needed most, buns and thighs!

Save your Money

7 Aug 2006 - Susan of Tel Aviv, Israel writes:

My advice to anyone who is contemplating on purchasing this gadget would be to save your money. I purchased the B&TR 3 years ago and after many attempts to improve my derrier, I was very disappointed. It did nothing, except roll and slide on the floor. I felt no burns whatsoever on my buns & thighs. It has been sitting around in the closet just taking up valuable space and nobody wants to buy it. So... once again, save your money.

It works

3 Mar 2006 - Jordan of New York, USA writes:

I purchased the bun and thigh roller a week ago and i must say, i like what i see. I haven't used it everyday, although i will get back to doing it. When i used the machine, i relized that i was having more fun then actually excerising. The only promblem i did have was that it kept sliding. Also it makes this very annoying squeaking sound. Overall- i really like thsi machine and i feel the burn mostly in my back, but also legs, and stomach.

Great

19 Feb 2006 - Jess of Manitoba, Canada writes:

The Bun and Thigh Roller really works (especially if you do the one legged ones)...but I still slide around...how do you "push towards the ceiling" instead of "pushing backwards"?

Very Pleased

31 Jan 2006 - Sherri of Arizona, USA writes:

I bought my new Bun and Thigh Roller last night. Before deciding to go out and purchase the equipment, I took my daughter's large ball and rocked backward on it to try and mimic what it MAY be like to use the B&TR. That little demonstration is what urged me to go ahead and purchase. On my first couple of trys I slipped a little, but I tightened the bolt in the middle bar/back wheel where the bands slide on, moved the equipment to the kitchen floor instead of on the carpet, and concentrated on performing the exercise with my lower body. WOWEE!!! IT WORKS!! I feel every muscle group I'm supposed to this morning....ouch but aughhhh... you know?? Hahaha! Best of all, it's fun and I LOVE the neck rest. I'm looking forward to seeing results with the proper use of this machine. I'm very happy with my purchase.

It works! I lost a whole pant size in two weeks! If it didn't work for you, you were thinking about rolling and not concetrating and tightening AS you roll. It is dumbie proof!

I am suprised to hear such negative reviews about this product. I have never once had a problem with it slipping on me and feel that many of you are doing something wrong. I have noticed extreme results in a very short period of time and it feels great! It is an aid to your workout and is not going to do it for you, if you are sliding around then you aren't using your muscles and will not see any results. It is very easy on your knees. I love it!

I just started using the Bun and Thigh roller 1 week ago. At first I was upset that I couldn't get it to stay in place.  I only used one resistant band (I'm about 100 pounds) and then it worked fine. I can tell after a week that by buns are already lifting and my quads are killing me.  I do mostly one legged ones. I think after a week and doing about 100 reps a day I'm seeing results already!

This machine was given to me and from my experience, it works well for me.  At first the machine kept rolling back, then I knew that I was doing something wrong, so I focused on not pushing too hard and then I tightened my thigh muscles (not that there were any muscles there) while I pushed with my legs towards the ceiling then IT WORKED!!! I felt my muscles working and I've been doing it since then.   I would recommend this to anyone who wants to work on their buns and thighs.

I just got the bun and thigh roller tonight. I did not really slide on the floor much like I have read in other reviews. I really feel my buns and thighs working when I use this! I also have the arm attachment and it works pretty good too. I would recommend this. I wanted to write this review because after reading all the bad reviews I wasn't sure I wanted it. Now that I have it, I think it works pretty good.

3 Jun 2005 - Amy of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

I just purchased the thigh and bun roller, I really feel that it will work provided I do the excersize the way that is shown and stay away from starches and sugars. I do not feel I am overweight, but in need of tighting up after a c-section, however, even if I was overweight, and having any type of sucess with the product would enhance the way I felt about myself and give me more confidence to continue, regardless of what other people have to say about it only working if you are under 20lbs. Contrary to other peoples problems, I do not have trouble with it slipping across the floor.  If you are lifting with muscles in your legs upward instead of pushing backward there is minimual slipage, not any more than you should expect from something not anchored to the floor.  The video isn't all that grand, some of the outfits are too revealing and could be considered offensive but it is good to watch at least once to get the different positions and then roll away watching your favorite TV show.  I am thrilled with the product!!

24 May 2005 - Brittney of California, USA writes:

I thought this looked like a good product to try, since my problem areas seem to be my buns and thighs. I ordered it from TV and tried it as soon as I received it. I did not like this product at all. It didn't even stay in place! On the videos they stay in place but when you are actually doing the exercise it rolls to the other side of the room! You can't even get a workout from it because you are constantly getting up and moving it back to where you started! I am very unsatisfied with this product, I do not reccommend it and I think it's a waste of time and money.

I have been using my bun and thigh roller everyday since I got it a week ago.  I think the product has the potential to work if it didn't slide across the floor.  Tonight I will follow the advice of others and try focusing more on lifting up with my legs and not pushing back.  All in all I doubt I will lose the 2 pants sizes in 10 uses that the infomercial promised, but maybe I will at least tone up a little.
