I am really disappointed in my bun & thigh master. I thought it was just me being out of shape. I wish I would have found this site before I bought one. Now I will have to go see if I can buy a mat which really should come with the machine since it seems like everyone has the same problem.

I have just began using the bun and thigh roller and in fact have only used it twice now but so far I like it except for like others it rolls across the floor when using. I bought a yoga mat and it made it worse. Is anyone using anything besides the yoga mat to keep it in place?

i just got mine yesterday and after assembling it, i couldnt wait to try it out. as i was using it i couldnt help but be annoyed at the fact that it kept sliding across the floor. after reading the suggestion to get a non-slip mat, hopefully that problem will go away. i do feel tenderness in my outer and inner thighs so i think that it is working.. im not sure exactly how far down to the floor you should go or how far from you your legs should be, the video said nothing about it and i just did what the people using it did, though some of them did touch the floor with thier butts and others didnt. im curiouse, however, as to whether or not anyone has really lost wait by using this, inches yes, but what about pounds?

Roller is the right word! This could be a good workout but the thing never stops rolling across the floor. I can't get a continuous workout because I have to keep stopping to bring it back to my starting point. I even have commercial quality mats in my gym and it rolled back on that! They must have the ones in the video glued to the floor! I called the company to ask for advice and they acted like I was crazy because no one else had ever had this problem. But clearly from this site everyone is having the same problem.

I love this machine. When I first bought my Bun & Thigh Roller, I was frustrated because it kept rolling across my carpet. Instead of finding another excuse not to workout and putting the blame on the equipment, I decided to find a solution to the sliding problem. Wouldn't you know it, while watching the workout video, I noticed that they had yoga mats. So, I went out and bought a NON-SKID YOGA MAT and haven't had any problems what-so-ever with scooting across the floor. They should include this in their accessories. I started noticing a difference in my legs and butt after about 10 workouts. I even take it with me on weekend get aways. By the way, my rear end looks better then women 10 years younger then me.

I receivd the bun thigh roller within weeks stated, put it together and ryed it. I kike it, but it does roll alot a bit. i wonder will the mat help at all. But like any and all diets and exercises program one has to be consistent to make it work. There is nothing that works along, it's a twosome. Think I'll keep mine. Give me some input on the mat---feedback!!

I have been using this product almost two months as of this posting, and I am thrilled with it. I started out with the recommended 5 minutes a day and have now worked up to 30 minutes every day or every other day. I have had problems with low back pain and must be careful with any exercise program. As long as I keep the proper posture and body placement on this equipment, Ihave no trouble at all. Just like the advertising states, my buns and legs are much firmer. I have the upper arm extension and am noticing firming in my arms, chest and shoulders. I highly recommend this product.

I have had the bun and thigh roller for about 3 months. However, I have only used it for a few workouts. Although, the workout seemed to be effective, I was a little frustrated because the roller kept rolling across the room, causing me to be less motivated. If anyone has some suggestions on how to keep the roller from rolling too much, please share your successes with the rest of us that have experienced this problem.

I was really disappointed with this product and returned it for a refund. I have purchased many infomercial products in my time but I have to say that this was a massive failure for me. It does nothing for the thighs or buns, as it is advertised to do. Waste of money, instead I would strongly recommend people to invest in the Lateral thigh trainer which is a fantastic piece of equipment !! Bun & thigh roller- do not waste your time.

I wasn't pleased at all with this product.I watched the video while using the roller and the whole time I was having to get up and move the roller back where I started.I will be half way across the room before I'm through.I think that they should have called it the Thigh Roller instead because I didn't feel it in my butt at all.

Just got it assembled in less than 15 minutes! The person who said 1 hour must have almost never assembled anything before. The only things I found negative was I did not receive the arm attachment instructions and the exercise guide is missing two key elements! The workout is great, if you know how to work out! Key things are to tighten your glutes (buttocks) & tummy as you push upwards with your legs & you will be bound to see results ladies & gents. For ALL exercises illustrated in teh exercise guide tighten the glutes & tummy and then afterwards put you feedback on the web! Needless to say they omitted to state these keypoints in the workout manual! They should pay me a commission! Kind regards, Arlene de Castro

I cannot tell you how great this product is! I never would have believed that it would work so well or so fast had I not tried it myself. I have used it only for two weeks - it is so easy and fun, and already my rear-end has changed shape dramatically! (Husband even noticed - and he doesn't know I am working out!) I have significant medical restrictions due to old car accident injuries, and this product causes no strain or pain at all. Wish I would have ordered it much sooner - I highly recommend it.

I purchased this product with high hopes after watching the infomercial. I am not pleased with it at all. The machine was easy to put together, but it is heavy to lug around and doesn't store well because the handles stick out so far. I never felt much of a burn while using it and it keeps moving across the floor as you use it. I feel like I'm always having to move to keep up with it as is travels. It is also boring to use and if you order it online the video doesn't come included in the price.

My lower body has never been my biggest problem, but the Bun and Thigh Roller looked easy to use and sturdy -- minimal moving parts -- and I figured building the big muscles of my lower body would increase my metabolism. I am so glad I ordered this machine! My legs are now *great* -- I actually have a space between my thighs when my knees are touching. Better, I feel really strong -- I bounce up stairs and hills. I started with 5 minutes on the toughest setting, and now do 10 minutes every other day, while watching The Daily Show at night, and that's enough to feel I've really burned out my legs. The arm attachment is no big deal; it only works the triceps so far as I can tell, but if your tri's are your problem, go ahead. I do wish a larger band was available; I may look at a sporting goods store. But overall I am *very* pleased with my Bun and Thigh Roller.

I have been using the bun and thigh roller for 2 1/2 weeks now, I have mixed feelings about it. First of all it took over 14 weeks to deliver, which I thought was ridiculous. While I love the work out and feel good doing the exercises, and feel it works in the areas its suppossed too, my back and knees always seem to ache afterwards. It is not unbearable but I am active in exercise and have never had problems with my back and knees before. So I would advise those with prior back or knee problems to hold off on this product. Otherwise I am happy with the results of this product.

This product is awful. I received it Monday and shipped it back Tuesday. It looks great on TV, but they negect to mention in the infomercial that you need to stop and readjust after every few reps because the machine keeps scooting back on the floor. My lower back really started to hurt after just a few minutes. That is the primary reason I sent it back so soon. Hopefully, I will receive a refund; however, I still wasted the $19.95 the company charged me for shipping and $16.00 to ship it back!

This is probably the worst product I have ever used. It is not a good leg workout, I even have it at the highest resistance setting and it's still too easy! They also didn't listen to my order correctly so I had to pay additional. Save your money and buy something that will work.

I bought the bun thigh roller thinking that it looked easy enough and the three right knee surgeries that I have had wouldn't be bothered. Plus what is 5 mins a day? I work full time, have a three year old, and am a full time college student. I love the bun thigh roller. I put my son in the bath and while he is playing I am rolling, I have done it every night since I got it for 30 min or until my sons ready to get out of the tub. I flip on the tube and really enjoy MY time stretching and tensing my bum. I have found if you do it on your toes you can really work your calves as well and when I roll back I really tighten my bum so I feel the burn. It has really been a great buy for me. I have no time for the gym and this has just fit perfect into my life. I feel that if you have pretty strong legs to start go ahead and buy the other set of tension bands, I need to buy them now just so I feel more tension. I love it..A++
