I used this product with another product called "Fat Magnet." I was on a diet, and exercised regularly. I used this product whenever I "cheated" or ate out, and found that I continued to lose at the same rate on my cheat days as my good days. Did this product have anything to do with that? I can't say for sure, but I was very pleased overall with the results of my plan, and this pill was part of that plan and used often.

I took Carb Fighter for 2 years, ate out at least 3 times a week, exercised occasionally, and I lost weight and kept it off. The only drawback is that once I stopped taking it, my body absorbed the fat and carbohydrates in the food I ate and I gained about 50 lbs.

This item really helped me keep from gaining weight back after I had went on a low carb diet as for the others that I see posting that it didn't help them loose weight well the product does not claim to help u loose weight but helps u keep from gaining weight.
