Bob Barefoot's Coral Calcium has been a godsend. I had a hard time finding it in stores because it frequently sold out. I don't mess with the cheap coral calcium. It doesn't work for me. Barefoot's formula is undeniably the best on the market. It helped curb my appetite. I lost weight. It healed me of my back pain. I can tell if I forget to take my calcium because I am so much stiffer and in a lot more pain in the morning. I sleep much better when I take the calcium just before bed. It helps me sleep better and gives me more energy. My mother had arthritic pain in her foot. After taking two a day for three days, the pain cleared up and hasn't returned. I tried Barefoot Coral Calcium three years ago and my sciatica went into remission. My husband was impressed and took it and his sciatica also disappeared. Tried cheaper calcium and knockoffs and my sciatica reappears, only worse (not so for hubby). Been back on Barefoot's formula and already better after a week. Love this stuff!

After two weeks of taking two tablets per day I am really starting to feel better. I had started a workout routine on a exercise bike two weeks prior to this and when I finished my knees and ankles would hurt. Within the past week I have been able to do more and go greater amounts of time which is great. I should even be able to do 35 miles this week which is a great improvement, with no ill-effects or pain. This is great!

I have been using this product for about a month now and have not noticed any improvement in joint mobility. I have back and knee pain, and it has not improved. My main complaint though is the amount of calcium this product contains. The recommended serving size contains only 35% of RDA for calcium, which seems low to me considering this is a calcium supplement.

I have been taking Barefoot for over 3 months and the stuff really does work I am not lying and was very skeptical but after taking three daily for over 3 months my blood pressure has dropped (doctors have lowered my med in half) cholesterol dropped 50 points and my high triglyserides are now normal also had alsway had bad heartburn that disappreared with in the first month. I have not changed my diet, My doctor told me whatever I am doing to keep doing!
