This is a very simple machine. It took me a day or 2 of getting use to the motion, but after that I fell in love with it. This thing really works the abs hard. After only a few days I could see a difference. So stick with it, do it every day and you WILL NOT be dissapointed.

This is definately worth the money! I use mine almost every day.  It is a total body workout and a very intense workout.  The only bad thing at first seemed to be no neck support, but if you do the exercises correctly it doesn't hurt your neck at all like regular floor crunches.

Do not bother with this product.  The individual pads on the back support get in the way of smooth operation.  It would be better with a one piece smooth back.  In my mind, just not worth the money.  I am sending mine back.
