I purchased the core sculptor after watching the infomercial for about 2 months. It arrived on time and the DVD and the execise manual that comes with it are AWESOME! It does everything it says it does in the informercial. I used it 3 times a week for the first week and the next day after my first workout I immediately felt the difference, after 2 weeks along with eating a balanced diet I lost 8lbs. that's 4lbs in one week! I would recommend all the buy this product you can even do reverse crunches on the core sculptor, thats a big plus for we women who have that little pouch to get rid of.
