I did not like this product. If you are used to a vigorous workout and are looking for something to supplement that, then this is not the product. I felt as if I was barely using any of the targeted muscles. After working out, I did not feel fulfilled, I felt like I still needed to run or do something to complement this. I would not recommend this product. There are not much repitions in the video, and in my opinion you're not doing enough repitions to make an impact.
