I've tried a lot of pills and diets in the last few years. I've tried everything from the subway diet to Hydroxicut. Cortislim is the first thing I've done that doesn't make me crazy! No jitters! No shaking hands! No anxiety! I'm a college student and for the first time I can remember I don't feel as stressed which is huge for me. I've been on CortiSlim for less than a week now and I've already lost two pounds even after starting my period! Even if I never shed another pound I would recommend this to anyone who's sick of the weight loss hand shakes!

I have been on cortislim for 14 days and have gained poound and half with no inches loss. I am disappointed so far with the claim made by the seller. The operator told me to take 2 pill with each meal. I am exercising 45 minutes 5 day/week. I average between 1300- 1500 calories a day. I am a 46 year woman. I currently am at 33% body fat. I weight 161.5 as of today. The seller told me it could take up to 60 days to regulate the stress hormone. I still crave carbs/chocolate. I have not notice that much difference in my stress level. I am widowed raising 2 teenage sons and I am active duty military getting ready to retire. I have an appointment with a nutrientist next week to go over my diet plan.I glad I brought it with a credit card. I can't afford to be spending this amount of money on baseless claims.

I am a stress eater and turn to sweets and carbohydrates as comfort foods. Due to many things in my life stress has been out of control. I felt the immediate effects after one dosage of Cortislim. It calms almost immediately, enables clearer thinking, diminishes the desire for carbohydrates and enables me to sleep. I have been able to drastically reduce prescription medicines that are designed to do the same thing. I have lost weight as my clothes are loser, but that has become a secondary issue. I feel the biggest benefit is the health effects and how much better I feel. The weight loss comes from the diminished desire for carbs. I have been under constant, extreme stress from financial, marriage and medical problems and am overweight. Consequently this product has worked for me. This is the best natural supplement I have ever had. Even if there is no further weight loss, I intend to stay on it.

I felt calmer, had less hair loss,my hunger was satisfied faster.I felt clearer in my mind, had more energy, some improvement in a skin rash, and I lost an inch in my waist. However, I did not lose any weight. I answered yes to 9 out of 10 of the ?s. Is my level so high that it's going to take a long time? I've been taking it for 2 months.

I tried a bottle of this product and don't know about the weight loss claims but I find myself much less nervous than before. I don't worry about work as much. I was on perscription Xanax from my doctor for stress relief and have not taken it since I have been on Cortislim. I don't think I have lost weight yet but for the "calming" attributes alone I like the product.

I have been using cortislim for almost a week now, within three days I noticed positive results! I am a very stressed out emotional person, I am always dieting, and I am very in-tune with my body, noticing how every little thing effects me. Since taking this product I don't cry every day, I no longer experience road rage, and have a general happiness. I do not crave sugar and bad foods and I do feel cortislim does regulate blood sugar.I also have found that my sex drive is through the roof! I chalk this up to lack of stress (interferring with my natural impulses). I do not think this product is a magic pill that will make you loose weight, I think of it as an aide. If you overeat due to stress or depression, if you overeat due to uncontrollable cravings (blood sugar)then this product is great! To loose weight, you are still going to have to work out and eat well.

I have just about finished my first bottle of cortislim. In addition I am dieting (Atkins) The diet alone wasn't producing much weight lose, although in the past it did work better. Since I started taking Cortislim I have begun to take off the weight. 14 pounds in two weeks. I do feel less stress, but I think that is very subjective, person to person. I am not wearing 34 waist pants and if I was I would not be dieting. I know, as the product states, I have to watch what I am eating. It just seems with Cortislim it is easier and I have tried this diet before and it didn't work as well. It is true that I have noticed the most reduction around my middle and particularly my rear end. My wife is one of those skinny people who does not need it, like some who posted here. Those who run many miles every week. She has started taking it and is redicing carbs drastically. We'll see. Again, if I could run that many miles a week I would be happy and not on a diet like I am. When I lose some more weight I hope to be able to run like that again. I think the Cotislim will only help if you use it in conjuntion with either a reduced carb or calorie diet and you must cut out the caffine. I have noticed the difference between the times I drink coffee and when I don't and just drink a lot of cold water. Water wins.

I am 57 years old and am about 25 pounds overweight. I bought three bottles of Cortislim and used it for about six weeks. During that same time, I went on the South Beach Diet and exercised about 45 minutes three times a week. My total weight loss has been about 3 pounds. I am very disappointed. In six weeks, with exercise, diet and Cortislim, I expected more. No, not the whole 25 pounds but maybe 7-10 pounds. I am not sure what is wrong. I even kept a log to make sure I wasn't eating too much. I don't eat a lot but I am an evening nosher. That has been my problem all along. I hoped the Cortislim would curb the evening cravings. It didn't. I took two capsules twice a day. I tried to remember to take them with my food but often forgot to so I just took them whenever I remembered to. But, I took no more than 4 a day. Please let me know if there is something I did wrong. I am not inclined to order the Cortislim again unless I have a good reason to try it again.

My husband was impressed by the commercial and bought me three bottles. He also bought me Body Solutions a couple of years ago. Neither performed as promised. I know how to lose weight-it's diet and exercise, nothing more and nothing less. Save your money, this is just another rip-off!

My husband insisted we try this product as we saw several commercials. At first I said it was just like every other product. That was until one 30 infomercial during the day. I was so pumped up about the one last diet line, I called my husband and my order went in. I bought two and got one free. We have both been taking 4 tablets a day for three weeks now (since we have trouble losing weight). Neither of us has seen a single thing. I take OPC's for stress, etc, so I really didn't notice a difference on that. I was on looking today to purchase more (since it is much more cheaper), but after reading these complaints I think I will pass. I thought if we did it for a while longer, things would start to look up. I think that I will save my money and start on Weight Watcher (sensible eating is the key). I have one question for myself and everyone else... why would you fall for the line 'try this one last diet'... Don't do it! Save your money.

I was so glad to find this website! I have been taking Cortislim for 5 weeks and the only results I have seen is that I am sleepier and have gained weight. What a waste of money and time!

I have read so many complaints, that I'm glad I started taking the product before I read reviews. For me the product is working. I craved sweets and starches all the time, now I'm not really interested. I still have cravings, but now it's for fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I'm calmer, have fewer cravings, and I sleep so much better at night, that I have no problems waking in the morning anymore. I think it's great.

I started taking cortislim one week ago today. They have helped relieve tension. I do sleep better and I have more energy since it is warming up here I have started walking 20min a night which I could not do before. I just wanted to stay inside and try to relax. I am not sure about the weight since I do not have a scale, but my cloths are not a tight as they were one week ago. They have helped curb my appetite. My family has noticed a difference in my attitude and my size. My husband had a really bad day at work the other night I let him vent for 20min. then gave him two of the cortislims less then an hour later the tension in his face was gone he was relaxed and laughing. He asked for two in the morning before leaving. So Bless those responsiable for bringing this to my life.

I have been taking Cortislim for about 3 1/2 weeks and have taken off 13.5 pounds so far. I have also switched to basically vegetarian diet with broiled skinless chicken for lunch with salad and occasional white tuna for supper. I think cortislim may be one step above a placebo but used in conjunction with 35 miles jogging/walking weekly, biking and stair climbing it seems to be working. I have 118 total to lose as a diabetic so is it worth paying $300 if I can get even half it off. Definitely but the key is probably into healthy diet and heavy duty exercise and perhaps a 'magic' pill that may or may not work. However, stress level does seem much smoother.

I am on my second bottle of Cortislim, taking 4 pills a day, walking 20+ miles a week and doing cardio 5 days a week. I have seen no positive results from this product other than tighter clothing and major frustration on my part. I walk around half asleep most of the day and seem to have a bigger appetite. I thought the problem was me until I read the other reviews of this product. I have one bottle left but it's going back and I'm asking for a refund.

I have tried this product for 2 weeks now and have noticed a great difference in my stress level-I am a lot calmer, I sleep better, and my appetite has actually decreased without any side effects-I feel fuller sooner, I don't crave carbs/sweets and I have more energy, and I have lost 4 lbs-my stress has been caused by 2 deaths and breast cancer/treatments-so far so good - will continue to take and see what happens!

I took Cortislim for three months, 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 capsule with lunch, and 2 capsules with dinner. At best, it may have had a placebo effect at the beginning. I saw absolutely no results even though I was on a stringent low cal, low glycemic diet and was working out 5 to 6 times a week. In fact, my results have been better since I quit taking this product. I think it is a total farce and expensive at that. There is no substitute for healthy eating and exercise. Cortislim doesn't work.

I have tried cortislim for about 5 months now on the highest of reccomended doses. However, after spending a lot of money to have my corisol levels tested by a lab, it is still very high, and I have not lost one pound. (I also run 4.5 miles a day, six days a week)
