didnt seem to help with my tummy flab, seems i achieved better results from good old fashioned cardio workouts. did it help me sleep better, no, I have had trouble sleeping on and off for years, didnt really seem to give me any better overall feeling either, I also now find the product available in storesat a much lower price. all in all i wouldnt spend the money for myself again, although it may help some people, i did not see the results as promised on the infomercial

I began taking Cortislim about 2 weeks ago when I saw a bottle on vacation and decided to try it. I've been on Weight Watchers for 5 weeks and up to that point I had lost 11 pounds. The first week of taking cortislim and eating less (didn't do any exercise) I only lost 0.6 pounds. However, I also ate at Taco Bell continuously over the weekend so I chalk it up to that). However, I doubled my dosage of Cortislim and a week later I had lost 3.4 pounds. I can't say that I'd chalk it up totally to Cortislim but I do believe it has helped. Until I stop getting results or end up gaining fat as some have, I will continue to take Cortislim until it is done. If I continue to lose weight, I may buy another bottle. Part of me questions what some of these people who've gained 6-12 pounds are doing as far as diet and exercise goes. Often times we blame the product when it is our own habits that do us in. Nothing is a miracle cure. Even eating garbage, I wouldn't gain that weight in such a short period of time, supplements or not, and I gain weight easy. Anyway, I guess it isn't for everybody and our body chemistry and reactions are different. That doesn't mean that it doesn't work.

I have been doing the very low carb dieting but my tummy area was not shrinking and my weight loss seemed to stall. I've been taking this for 1 week and already noticed my tummy getting smaller and I've love 4 pounds. I don't really feel different mentally but so far, I'm happy with the product.

I tried CortiSlim for a month and I gained about 12 pounds of pure fat. I felt ill all the time, could't stay alert but did not sleep well either. Maybe this stuff works for some people, but it has caused me to have to work even harder to reach my original weight goal because I have 12 additional pounds to lose. Why did I keep taking it, because they said NOT to look at the scale! My pants are tight!

*sigh* I gained weight using this product. I was very very sleepy too. I thought this product would help with stress, but it does not, for me that is. I have a newborn to take care of so I decided to quit. As soon as I stopped using it, I no longer have cravings for food out of the blues! Don't waste your money on just another fad. Good luck ya'll!

I have tried this product for 2 months and have noticed that my appetite has increased. I have even lost my day time energy. When I skip a couple of days I seem to wake up and shed a pound or two. I am off the pills for good now!!

I have been on cortislim for over 2 weeks & appetite has increased, cannot stay awake, and still stressed. I only have one bottle & know it may take time to work, but will not waste my money on another bottle. My husband says I'm "zoned out" most of the time. Time to hit the gym & cook the right foods!

I am 20 years old and took Cortislim for 2 months. I have lost 15 pounds but I don't think it was Cortislim. I have been off of it for 2 weeks now and I have actually lost more in the last two weeks than two weeks on Cortislim. I was on a low calorie diet while taking the medication and believe it was the only reason I even lost any weight at all. This is not a quick fix. I think you're better off just taking your time with diet and excercise. Save your money and buy some vegetables.

I am not very overweight but carry flab on my tummy and arms and my face! i was suffering from depression and exhustion, to the point that i slept all day and couldnt be bothered to do anything, i cried all the time and ate for comfort, BUT after just 3 days of cortislim my mood completely changed, suddenly i am up managing my house and kids with a hop and a skip and a smile, i sleep well and i dont shout and have tantrums any more, my skin looks great too, i have even now got energy to go to a gym, and i go everyday, i have lost fat in my face first, its odd, i have had many comments from my husband about having a boney face not a watery bloated one, i guess we store fat in odd areas?? i recommned this, i have not noticed any weight loss, but i do notice i can see definiton in my bones, i guess i have been stresssed overweight and unfit for nearly 9 years, this then must take a while to get in my systmn. its great, i can live my life again!

I have used cortislim for 4 months and have liked it and will still keep using it. I have lost 36 pounds but I dont atribute it totally to cortislim. What cortislim does do for me is to make me less emotional and stressed so that I can stick to my new lifestyle of exercising and low carb eating. I can tell a difference in my stomache size when I have went out of town and have forgotten my cortislim. I dont think this alone makes a weight loss differnce but it helps those of us with fat stomaches to not crave and stick with our personal program. I have gone from a size20 to a size 14....thanks cortislim!

I tried Cortislim for one month. I took the maximum dosage recommended and I saw no results whatsoever. My stress level did not decrease, nor did my appetite. Instead of having more energy, I felt more tired during the day than usual. I have wasted my money on yet another weight loss product.

This is my review of the product Cortislim. I purchased it two months ago and have been taking it with my wife. We take 6 tablets a day and have noticed a wide range of things ranging from loss craving for sweets. A high craving for fruits and water. Energy level is a constant level and less stress moments. I am on a physical fitness program taking MetRx and it never settled my cravings for sweets. When I purchased the Cortislim I purposely hid all literature except for the dosage. 3 weeks later the body is online and less fatigue when working out plus higher endurance. I later read the books and all changes were listed. The FTC may be on a witch hunt but I will keep purchasing it until it is taken of the market or Dr. Talbot makes another solution. For the record I took MetRx from day one when it use to be a two part mix and costed 75.00 for the a&b mix. It gave the same claims and it is still on the market being used by me daily. Cortislim keep up the good work!!!!

I am 5'4" and 150lbs. I am interested in losing 10-20 lbs. I am seeing results from Cortislim after about 3 weeks (though sometimes I admittedly forget a dose or two). I have lost more in inches (dropped pants 2 sizes) than I have in pounds (lost 6 lbs in one week). I have not changed my diet at all or my level of activity. I eat a lot of sugars, carbs and processed foods, but plenty of veggies too and I very rarely have fast food. I am basically sedentary, though I walk a few minutes in the morning and evening, and swim once or twice a week for 20-30 mins. As far as a "calming effect," I have noticed I feel less angry and less frustrated by little things. The huge plus is that I am not experiencing any side effects. All of the other products I have tried have either made me too shaky/nervous or sick to my stomach, but neither has been an issue so far with Cortislim. Remember, there's no miracle to weightloss and different things work for different people. It's all trial and error, depending on your lifestyle and body chemistry. So far, this has worked for me- gradually.

I was taking Cortislim for 3 days (twice a day). On the forth day, I took my first pill in the morning, but noticed a problem a few hours later that I will not describe in detail -- but needless to say I knew immediately that I had a problem with my potassium count. I stopped taking the Cortislim immediately and within 24 hours I noticed the potassium problem had gone away.

This product, like many is not for everyone. I for one became a medical mystery! I did everything possible to lose weight, I ran and ran and ran, I tried every diet known, and still I would gain. over the years, 2, 5, 10 pounds. It was maddening. I had no explaination and neither did any of the dozen's of doctors I consulted. (most of which just thought I was lying). I lead a very stressful like, always have. My trainer told me about the effects of cortisol on the body maintaining weight and told me to get the stress out of my life and I would lose weight - how to do that was impossible. I tried Cortislim and immediately 8 pounds came off. I believe whole heartly in this - but, this is not for those of you looking for a quick fix. This is not a cure all for the obese. It is for a very specific few of us who sincerely work hard at diet and exercise and still have no results. I am in extremely good shape. I've done dozens of 10k's and in the last 4 years, 1/2 marathon, 3 triathalons, months of personal trainers, and nothing I mean nothing worked - my friends, my trainers, my doctors were stumped. If and only if you fall into the category will this work for you. But you still have to do the exercise and you still have to commit your life to healthy eating.
