I bought 6 bottles of Cortislim for my hubby and I to try and they had a money back guarantee well we took them faithfully and no results. I asked for advice from them on how many bottles or pills I would need to take to see results ( 3 bottles each later)no response from the company email address provided and no results and no refund. However, I do a man it has worked great for. I must say though if it is stress relieving and cortisal is a cause of weight gain and this helps get rid of it.... Well I am as stressed as one could be (having hard times) and I did not lose a pound as a matter of fact we both gained weight. Good Luck to you all!!

Cortislim is a waste of money!! I have lost 45 days and $60 and NO weight at all! I am eating a healthy diet, but have very little time to exercise, although I do a lot of walking! Good luck! Hope that you find an eating plan that works!

I purchased Cortislim about one week ago. I happen to be a nurse and own a wellness testing company so I was very skeptical. I was really having trouble loosing on my own as I have done in the past. I was amazed at how calm I felt, after taking Cortislim for only one day. I went to dinner with my dad and had no desire to eat more than half of my meal. I slept like a baby, which is rare for me, and I am no longer running to the refridgerator to satisfy my cravings because I don't have any. I'm about 10 pounds away from my ideal weight and have lost 1 1/2 pounds. This is great!!!

I bought and have taken, as directed, two bottles of Cortislim. I have gained 7 lbs., and began walking 2-3 miles each evening when I started taking the capsules. I am very disappointed. Also, I can tell no "calming effects" as others have claimed. I will try to get a refund, but serously doubt I will receive it from reading the comments of others.

I have used Cortislim for a month now. No results other than tighter fitting clothes and slight weight gain. I also noticed a incidence of spotting during this time period also that has not occured since I stopped taking the product. I will not buy any more or recommend this to anyone.

I am a 25 year old woman. I am 5'11 in height and I weigh 152 pounds. I have used cortislim for 1 week. Was taking 3 tablets a day but then switched to 2 because I felt like I was sleep walking literally! I have not lost weight but I do crave sweets a little less. I am afraid to take any more because of the majorly reduced energy I have. I cannot study my college books because I feel like falling asleep when I go to read them. This product doesn't feel safe in my opinion. If any of you out there want to relax just boil some hot water and stick a chamomile tea bag in a cup. This really works, it's been used for hundreds of years, and it's only $3.00 per box.

My wife and I are going on our third day with Cortislim, so far it has caused to feel uneasy, headaches and muscle aches. We don't know if this is the norm, but have written Cortislim and asked their advise, as it's 1:20AM right now as I'm writting this review, when I should be sleeping. We used our credit card just incase they don't honor their guarantee.

I tried CortiSlim because I thought the radio spot sounded quite convincing. I was exercising moderately and eating better, but I experienced absolutely no weight loss. I am embarrassed that I fell for this.

I have been taking Cortislim for 2 months and I love the product. I do not diet (but i have always avoided fast foods and sweets) and I have lost 10 pounds, feel calmer and my stomache is flat. I did not have any results, except being tired the first week, until week 6 and 7 but the instructions warn you of this stall perios due to your body readjusting itself. So, if you cant give yourself 2 to 3 months to loose weight then nothing will work for you-not even liposuction becuase that takes 3 to 6 months to settle into the final form.

I have lost 85 pounds!!! But not because this product worked.I saw absolutely no change while taking the pills. Save your money. The key to losing weight is diet and exercise and drinking tons of water to keep your system flushed out. It's that simple. Good Luck!!

I strongly suggest that before anyone takes this suppliment that you contact a Dr. I was taking it for about a month, and the first couple of weeks were great. I did notice an almost immediate reduction of stress. However, after about three weeks I started to get very emotional. I can't say that I had a nervouse break down, but it was close. After doing some research I found that lowering your cortisol level can lead to severe emotional/mental problems. It can lead to depression, self injury (cutting yourself) and even suicidal thoughts. If your cortisol levels are normal or below normal, lowering them even more with this product or those similar can have very bad effects. You can get your cortisol level checked by having blood work done through your doctor. I know that most suppliments that you can get have a warning on them that says to consult a physician before using their product, but rarely does anyone actually do this. I would highly recommend that anyone considering taking this product check with a Dr. first.

Well, I tried cortislim because I had about 10-15 nagging pounds to shed. At the same time I also picked up my exercies routine and watched my diet. In one month I lost about 4-5 pounds. I don't know if its because of the cortislim or my efforts. But the biggest difference was how good I felt. I was happy, not stressed. Anyway, I did not reorder coritslim when I ran out. Now, a week after being without it, I can really tell the difference. I am crankier, more stressed, and I have little desire to work out. You can bet I got on the phone to reorder this morning. I think that whether I lose the weight or not, the calming effects are more than worth it.

I have tried cortilim for 2 months and it did nothing for me. the last bottle is going back for refund. I substitute cereals and milk for 2 of my meals now and went from 235 to 212 lbs in 4 weeks. cut down on animal fats and your body eats your own fat, that simple. Don't bother with cortislim its another rippoff!

This diet aid made me feel terrible. I had cramps in the middle of my upper spine, pains in my legs and was very tired while I was taking this. It did not agree with me at all. I even went to the doctor and she told me not to take this anymore. She even ran test for my liver. All my test came back fine but I did not feel well for about 2 weeks after just taking a few pills. I don't know if I am an isolated case but it certainly is not worth finding out. I was very unhappy with this product and have thrown it away.

I have tried this product for one week so far and have noticed less cravings for sweets and a calmer disposition with my children. This product does not keep me from being hungry, rev my heart up, or make me never crave, but it has helped. I am an emotional eater and a carb addict. I also need to lose about 80 pounds, so I have felt this product helps somewhat with my morning/afternoon cravings. In some of the negative reviews, it seems that people are disappointed with their inability to lose weight, even after dieting and exercising so strictly, but if you read all of the information with this product, you'll see that their strict dieting and exercise might have been what hurt their weight loss efforts. The information clearly states that you should follow a reasonable, healthy diet with 3 meals + 2 snacks per day (no way you could be hungry if you do this), drink 8 glasses of water per day, avoid caffiene, and just do a brisk walk for 20 minutes each day with light toning. Any more than this and they say you will raise your stress hormone and actually fight the effects of the cortislim. The whole point is to avoid stressing your body out and live a moderately healthy lifestyle.

Sorry, but this product as done nothing for me in the past 6 weeks i've been taking it. In fact I even gained a little. I too was taken in by the radio adds. But, it was the cortisol hormone mentioned in the book, "Eat Right for Your Bloodtype" that convinced me. I thought if another, unrelated source confirmed the existence of this hormone and it's effect on weight, then maybe this product would actually work. Not so. I haven't noticed any chance in stress levels or clear-mindedness or desire to eat carbs, etc. Maybe this product can work for some, but it didn't for me. Luckily, I only ordered 2 months worth (plus one month free). I'll probably take all of them, but at this point my expectations are very low.

I started my second bottle of Cortislim last week. In the first month I noted that I seemed to have lost inches around my arms, midriff and waist because my clothes fit somewhat looser. When I am good and remember to take the product as directed, I can feel the calming benefits and notice a reduction in both my appetite and cravings. These effects are all subtle -- nothing greatly obvious. During the time I've been taking this product, I have not attempted to diet or exercise more than usual (which is light to begin with). I'm still evaluating Cortislim, but am not disappointed with my purchase at this point.

My husband, my sister and I started Cortislim at the same time. Both my sister and I didn't have that much positive result, but my husband has had GREAT results. He's lost inches and weight. Enough so that my sister and I are rethinking starting it again for another try. We also have other friends who, because of my husband's results, want to try it.
