We bought this piece of junk on the internet - got special deal 2 for the price of one. Know why now - not worth the money. Used it for about 2 weeks then the 75# bands broke on both units. Have my doubts about the 75# of resistance also

I found this on clearance in a store, but the in-store version does not come with a DVD. I am unsure of how to use it as the brochure pictures show it held both perpendiclar to the thighs and parallel to them, and sometimes placed by the hips, sometimes mid-thigh. Watching the website's video is of little help as they show it in various positions as well. I feel like I am working my shoulders/arms more than my abs when I use it regardless of which way or where I place it.

Ok. SO I just got this Cross Crunch today and I have done it 3 times since like 1 this afternoon hopefully to help with the process. I have to use the 75lbs resistance since I have already been doing crunches the 50lbs did nothing for me. I had no trouble what so ever inserting the tubes. So far my abs feel great. The last time I did it I did 15.

the power band ratings are very wrong, the 75# band is actually 30 pounds at best .... i actually had a rubber engineer check the actually pull of the bands and at the the best the 75# was doing was 31 pounds. now if you're thinking it was just my model? i ordered two at the same time and the second one did the same thing. also it took forever to get the cross crunch ....more than 3 weeks

I ordered this product and to my surprise I am very happy with it. I'm the type that watch infomercials over and over again before ordering. But this one is Awesome. I recomend it highly. I am very pleased with the results and so far i have only used the lowest resistant. Just follow the nice fellows directions on the DVD and you will be happy!

Came ready assembled. Leaving you only to install the resistance band of your choice. I work out 6 days a week doing at least 100 sit-ups on alternating days, but the lowest resistance is tough! The crunch is extremely intense when done as directed. My abs are just on fire right now & I have prexisting back and neck problems but this was no posed no problem. I mistakenly thought this product was the same as the "6 Second Abs", but the "Cross Crunch" is far more sturdy and intense. I'm very pleased with this product!

I just recieved this product and was excited to try it. It comes with 2 resistance bands. I started with the 75lb. band, the larger of the two. I did 12 repetitions per side as directed and the claim is that it is equal to 100 crunches. Although i was hightly skeptical my abs are actually feeling quite fatigued, as if I actually did 100 crunches. Hopefully the rest of the claims are true.
