i enjoyed these tapes alot ... easy moves, nice pre-workout explanations of the core moves. The lady teacher is very fit and seems to be an expert in dance. i really enjoy this program and would recommend it as an alternative option to traditional hard-core body conditioning. (One thing - I think this is better geared towards women - there aren't even any men in the video except one who I think is the brainchild)
