I love the Easy Shaper.  Finally I can work out and not have to worry about my back hurting.  Putting the equipment together was a bit time consuming, but it was very easy to do.  My only complaint is about the DVD it came with.  I was very disapointed to see an unqualified women trying to instruct me.   She was poorly spoken, unfexable, and didn't even complete all of the workout routines.  I think for as much money as I spent on this terrific product there would at least be a decent workout instructor on the DVD. Sometihng needs to be done about that and a new DVD should be sent out to all that has purchased   the Easy Shaper!

I have only had my Easy Shaper for about a week now, and I love it.  The work out is fast and  easy.  Actually when I first used it, it didn't feel like I was getting anything out of it, but after the work out, I could really feel it.  The only thing I found is that the material on the machine can be slippery, so you have to find clothing that keeps you from slipping.  It's a good product for the price.

I just received my Easy Shaper last week, and I absolutely love this machine!  I have fibromyalgia, and it's hard for me to get a good workout without causing a 'fibro flare.'  But this machine is so awesome, it doesn't hurt my neck or upper back, which is major for me.  I'm thankful to have found it.

I submitted my review of the Easy Shaper the 2nd day I worked out on it, and for anyone who is still undecided, here's an update.  I've used it 16 of the last 27 days and the results are already VISUAL. My husband can see it too.  I no longer have to lay down to zip my jeans.  My lower abdominal region is flattening, and I can see my waistline beginning to curve in again.  My scales only show about a two pound loss, but I know that at this point I'm building muscle, so the scales won't be changing much, yet, and I haven't dieted. But my jeans do not lie!  I gained 40 pounds after getting married and changing jobs, but this is a very motivating machine, and I'm sticking with it.  I'm also ordering the 10 and 15 pound bands to go with mine because it only came with the 20 and 30 pound bands.  I love the 20, but the 30 is still to much for me.  They are $9.95 a piece through Fitness Quest if anyone else is interested. I hope this helped someone.  I love the Easy Shaper and I'd buy it again!

I saw the infomercial and was a little skeptical but decided to try this product out.  I am very out of shape at 5' 1" and 250lbs but this product has been wonderful!  I struggled to find some kind of exercise that I could do and I have found it.  With the easy shaper, the exercises are simple and effective and its so easy to use since there are no adjustments to be made between exercises.   I absolutely love this piece of equipment.  In my opinion its worth every penny!!

Intense. That is how I would describe the Easy Shaper. I was given the Easy Shaper as a gift from my sister. I have been using the Easy Shaper a few times per week and my husband and I can already feel a distinct difference in the way my arms feel. I love the Easy Shaper. Working out with the tape is the best way to get the most out of the machine. I have not yet built up enough strength to do the whole workout, but that is okay. I am getting stronger everytime I use it.

I have been using Easy Shaper for about a month and a half and it's great! My thighs are slownly slimming down. I have already lost about an inch on each on each thigh. I measured 3 times just to make sure I was getting an accurate measurement and I'm lucky to use it 2 to 3 times a week. The person that said this product was not designed for short people is inaccurate. I am 5'3 1/2 and I do not have a problem using the Easy Shaper. Now I do tend to slip back slightly but that maybe because of what I am wearing. I just push scoot myself slightly back up and continue working out. My Easy Shaper did not come with the Workout for Women so I can't wait to order that one. I love that it was designed by a woman as she knows what areas to target and most of all I love that there is no adjusting of equipment, you just turn around from one side to the other and workout.  Thanks Kim for a great product!

I bought an Easy Shaper, although the product I got says Simple Shaper by Fitness Quest. I'm assuming Fitness Quest makes both products. It looks identical to the Easy Shaper, except the product is green instead of maroon. I received one set of resistance bands and a video. I tried it last night and I loved it! I could barely keep up the instructor and actually had to take off the resistance bands for a while. I used my own body weight for resistance. When I get leaner and stronger I'll put the bands back on. The video was great! There are three sections; an Upper Body, Lower Body and All About Abs workouts. There are also warm up exercises and stretches at the beginning. There are more exercises to practice in the manual and a separate nutrition guide. I am very satisfied with the product and highly recommend everyone to try it. I give the product an A+.

This is a great little machine!  I have used my easyshaper since the end of December and my thighs and arms are looking so much better.   I was so surprised the first time I used it, I was actually a little skeptical whether it would work or not. After the first workout, I knew I had made a good purchase! You can feel your legs and arms burning! And that is exactly what you need to build and tone muscle. I recommend this machine to anyone who wants to add strength training to their routine. It will get you results!

I received the Easy Shaper last week.  Although I think it's a good product and unique in design, I returned mine today for one major reason....I feel it is designed for taller people.  I am barely 5'3" tall and could not seem to position myself correctly on the machine.  When I got the bottom half of me where it should be, the top half was not in the right spot anymore and vise versa, which caused me to have neck and back pain when I used it.  I think the "lifting" motion of the Easy Shaper is great, but that seemed to be the biggest problem for me.  Being short, it "lifted" me in the wrong part of my back and was very uncomfortable and if I scooted up farther to get my back in the right place, then my legs weren't long enough to get the full "throw" of the leg bar.  This was a big disappointment to me as I feel the Easy Shaper does give a good, easy toning workout, or would if I were taller.  The workout video is precise and easy to follow and the lady leading it is very personable.  I just wish I were taller.  Just thought I'd post this for any other "height challenged" would-be exercisers out there.   If you are "short", I really think you may be disappointed in this product as I was.  Hopefully, one day someone will design a piece of exercise equipment for we short folk.

I love this machine. It really gives a great work out and is portable. My daughter is a personal trainer and she likes also. I only got one set of bands with mine. Was I suppose to receive another set of bands?

I recieved my Easy Shaper yesterday.  I had planned to use it every other day and use my Gazelle for cardio on the in between days, but I enjoyed my workout on the Easy Shaper so much, I just had to get back on it for the 2nd day in a row.  The motion really is fluid and smooth as advertised.  The bench is comfortable.  The Bun and Ab lift workout is fine, but I really liked the Super Toning workout the best (For Women Only Workout).  I definately broke a sweat with that one.  Do start out with the 2.0 band first and work up to the 2.0 + the 3.0.   It's very doable and still fluid with both, but more enjoyable with the 2.0 until you build strength.  I really feel that I've worked out, and can't wait to see the results I'm feeling.  I have about 40 pounds to lose, and I know this will speed up the process.  Definately a purchase I would make again.  The movement really is unique.  Resembles some of the Pilates moves I've done with other programs, but 10 times more effective and motivating because of the resistance.  It's a smart peice of equipment.

I'm on my second day of workout and can already feel the muscles tightening and burning. This is an awesome machine for working thighs, abs, back fat, and upper arms. The two videos will make you break a sweat. I give it two thumbs up *Only draw back is low back pain while doing pushup exercise. Avoid this exercise if you have any back problems.

I've had the easy shaper about a year now.  It's a really great workout & doesn't take a long time.  You really feel it the next day!  I'd recommend this as it folds up & doesn't cost a lot.
