If you want a good product for your money then I will be glad to tell you that this is worth it. It difined my abs in just one month and now i'm shooting for the 8 pack. One thing though, never eat while your fast abs is on because you'll be having to clean up a mess. I was using it and me being an idot was eating and the first bite was the last time I ever ate and used this product. Great product, I would recromend it to anyone.

I use this product on my knees after a long run or a hard workout. It does a pretty good job a massaging my knees especially while I am at work. I recover a lot faster and I have less down time from workouts. It has been a lifesaver.

Ok, lets get serious here. I bought the product about 3 years ago(2002) I used it for about 6-7 months and it doesn't do what it says it does on the television. It is impossible to sit on the couch,not workout and get six pack abs from this device. But if you work out 4-5 times a week and eat a sensible diet and use the fast abs, it does work! It will tone and strengthen your core. The only draw backs are that mine basically was useless after 6-7 months and it does not tell you how long to use it for.

I have been using this system for 3 years and it makes all the difference in my life. I am not overweight and keeps my abs strong. I don't do sit ups, I hate it. I train but I use fats abs to complement my training. Great Product!

I must say, being skeptical about this in the first place, and even more so after seeing such diverse opinion of it, I was surprised at how well it works WHEN USED CORRECTLY. At first, the buttons are confusing, and original battery poor. Lithium works fine. NEVER fold pad or peel the sticker off. Without enough moisture coverage on the skin, pain and shocks happen at level needed for contractions, but wet paper towel allows MUCH BETTER muscle work, without skin zapping. So does proper placement on the muscle. As for the workout, I often have to turn unit down due to it being too MUCH contraction, causing cramps! P.S.- got mine [] for $5 +S&H.

A big disappointment from the start. I was supposed to get extra items for calling quickly, got the standard package. It worked 1 time, haven't been able to get it to work since. No contact info with package to try to return, distributed by United Fitness of America who is not listed with Directory assistance at the shipping address that was on the box it was sent in. 800# I tracked down through my credit card is continually busy.

Product simply did not work, i.e. it never operated properly. Couldn't even turn it on! And distributor (United Fitness of America) didn't include ANY information regarding how to contact them with complaints or questions. If I hadn't saved the return address off the shipping envelope, I wouldn't even know their name (if indeed that is their name). I intend to attempt to contact them to request reimbursement. Wish me luck!

I've been using Fast Abs for about 3 weeks and I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love the tone and strength it gives me. I hate the fact that the batteries only last about 8 to 12 sessions, each one being 10 minutes. The fact that it only uses a 3V CR2032 battery is the main reason for this. I'm a 33 year old male with a slight gut and just wanted to firm up over all. I use the belt at full strength on my abs and most other muscles on my body. I don't recommend using it at full strength on your upper legs since it is just a bit too much. A wet paper towel is cleaner and easier and cleaner than using the gel it comes with. You will absolutely feel the burn the next day after using it. I really love the tightness I feel and although the results are not instant I have noticed increased size and strength over the last couple of weeks. It's not painless but it's no more painful than working out for a half hour, which is what it feels like after 10min with it on. I just got my second one this week so I can exercise two muscles at once. It beats working out with weights and for me I get the results in less time.

This is a piece of junk. First you never receive what is promised to you and when you finally get the product it will not work. It does absolutely nothing when pushing the on button or any other button for that fact. I have tried both batteries that came with it and I have had no luck. This is is the worse case of false advertisement I have ever seen or heard of. What ever happened to making a good product and giving the consumer what they were told they were getting? It seems to me it is just another person trying to make a quick buck from those that put their trust in them and their product. I will try and contact the company and get my 30 day money back refund. If I should have a hard time getting a hold of customer service as I have one time before and have no luck in obtaining my money back I will then get a hold of the better business bureau. I called once before and their customer service reps said that they have had many calls about the same thing I have stated here in my letter. A word to the wise. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS NOT A PRODUCT TO BUY!

I have only had the system for three days but I love it. I can feel my muscles working and they are tired after the workout. I hope to see results soon. I don't really like the gel that needs to be used with it because it makes a mess. The gels makes the system hard to use when you are on the go but if you are going to be at home cleaning or making dinner it can easily be used while you are doing other things.

This product is a piece of junk. The quality and workmanship is substandard. I used it once and it stopped working. The instruction manual does not contain enough information and there's not one phone number to call with questions. More disconcerting is that there is no address to return defective equipment. It's a good thing I still had the box it came in with a return address on it. I returned mine the day after I received it for a refund. To date, no refund or any response whatsoever.

It really makes the muscles contract. I don't know about the reports that they don't work. Mine did after tinkering with it just a bit. Wet paper towels do work better than the gel though and is a lot less messy. Can't wait to have firm abs.

I recently purchased this product and found it not very effective. I plan on returning it for a refund, however, the distributor did not include a packing slip/invoice. This should be interesting to see how upstanding this company is regarding refunds. Luckily I used a credit card and will file a grievance if necessary. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

I currently own both the Fast Abs and the Ab Energizer products. I must say that the Fast Abs did absolutely nothing for my abs, the electronic unit is very weak and did not contract my abs at all even on the highest level. In addition, the velcro on the adjustable belt is very uncomfortable as parts of it rests on your mid section when the belt is attached. This is very scratchy and itches too. With the shorter belt it does work very well on some of the smaller muscles such as the biceps, triceps and gastrocnemius groups. If you want a device strictly for the abs, then you should consider the Ab Energizer as it is larger, more comfortable and has stronger electrical charges that will indeed contract the abdominal muscles.
