I should have known better! When the product finally arrived it did not work properly,the unit turned itself off after ten seconds. Changing the battery had no effect on the problem. During the ten seconds that it worked, the "workout" was like being ticked by a feather. When trying to get refund, well just lets say it required over 20 phone calls and the best part of a day chasing people before I got an answer. The product, the customer centre, the whole company are CHEAP AND AMATEUR!! If you want a flat tummy, eat sensibly and walk for 20 minutes 4-5 times a week, it's much cheaper!

I purchased Fast abs around 4-5 weeks ago. I am a 14 year old and I knew form the second of seeing the FAST ABS machine that it would not produce the results or body that they show on the programs showing it. But it does tighten ur chest and tone your muscles. I used it for about 3 weeks looking at my abs every night in the mirror. I thought to myself is it working? After a while I decided not to look at my abs for a weel or so, so I can actually see the progress before 2 weeks and after. After reading all the bad review on it it made me go and look at my abs a few minutes ago. I saw that after about 1 and a 1/2 weeks it has improved my muscles tremendously - meaning you can see the individual muscles now only after about 4 weeks (sounds a lot but really isn't). I can see this continuing to work and defining my abs more - just making them show. I have not lost any weight but I don't really mind about that. This does work and is definitely worth buying (especially if you're in demand by girls and need more defines ab muscles - like me) It's worth getting so if your like me - didn't believe much of what they said and are put off by the bad reviews don't be. It works for me - but don't expect fast results - it will take a few months to be good. I can already see muscles I couldn't before. A DEFINITELY WORTH GETITNG!

My parents brought me the Fast Abs back from the UK in September.  I have used it a few times but havent noticed anything major happening.   I am going to try and do it regularly now because I can see the muscles contracting which means that it must be working.  It is really easy to use and I have not experienced any burning or other harmful side effects only sometimes when you are trying to move it and there's not enough gel on but thats my fault.  Here's hoping it works!!!!

I bought the fast abs last Christmas ('01) and couldn't wait to try it. The first week I used it, I didn't notice any results, and it kinda hurt! But then I started working with the machine, tensing my abs everytime it shocked me,and it never hurt me since. And within days I could see my abs coming in. This was also a great treat to have during bikini time- for once I was flaunting my stomach. My little roll truly disappeared! Soon my family and friends started "borrowing it" and now I need new batteries and gel! It's a great product if you work with it, don't just let your organs get shocked.
