My mom purchased the Fluidity program and I saw it sitting in her room and didn't think twice about it. Then, I saw the infomercial on TV and it made me want to get up of my lazy bum and try it. It looked moderately simple with amazing results. I did the workout today for the first time, so I can't tell yet if it's giving results, but it sure feels like it will. I will be eager to update in a month or so.

After two children (two c-sections), years off the dance floor and an increase in pant-size, when I saw the Fluidity bar advertisement I went for it. This purchase just seemed to make sense. I received the bar just one week ago and have been hooked since the first exercise on the beginner DVD. I love the stretching and quivering of my muscles, the lack of stress on my joints, and the quickness of the workout. I can't wait to see the results. I can definitely feel them! As a former dancer and busy working mother and wife, I needed something to hook me and boy have I found it! If you perform the movements as instructed, you will achieve the results. The Fluidity workouts have made me believe in my ability to transform my body and re-gain what I thought I had certainly lost... my strength. I can't praise it enough!!

As an advanced mat Pilates teacher, I was looking for something to spice up my workout. I was attracted to Fluidity because it resembled Pilates, while offering something completely different. Fluidity arrived very fast, and completely assembled. The bar is very sturdy and of high quality. Even though I am very advanced at mat Pilates, I found the beginner workout to be VERY challenging, and engaged muscles that Pilates does not. The instructions were clear and well demonstrated, and the video flowed at a great pace. I will be trying the intermediate level video tonight. This workout seems like it will compliment a regular cardio workout (I run) wonderfully. It's not fair to compare it to Pilates, as the two are completely different. I'm going to use both methods in my workouts, they seem like they will work together well to achieve a long, lean, and well-stretched body. I HIGHLY recommend FLUIDITY- it's well worth the money.

I thought about purchaing Fuidity for months! Reading this review site lead me to Lotte Berk and the Bar Method DVDs. I bought them (much cheaper than Fuidity), AND I loved them. They were easy to stick with daily and WORKED!! I continued to really want the Fluidity Barre, so I caved and ordered. It is great. The DVDs and barre are worth the $$$, but I would encourage you to add the Lotte Berk and Bar Methods to your DVD workout collection. It will keep you working out with the barre. Absolutely LOVE Fluidity!

I have always been a fitness buff & in great shape, but since I moved in with my boyfriend earlier this year, I kind of let myself go.I got the Fluidity bar a couple weeks ago and the first time I tried it, I was so sore! After 4 days of working out on the Fluidity bar, my boyfriend was walking behind me and said that he could tell my behind looked more firm & he could see a difference. Thank you Fluidity!

I've been doing the Fluidity program for a month. It is actually getting more challenging, because I can do the exercises with even better form, and get more out of each one. It's awesome to get a total body workout with this kind of time efficiency. I love the results I've gotten; my legs and rear have improved more using this workout than when I did inline skating and weight-lifting all summer. The instructor is great, and the videos are high quality production. Even though I still like to do other forms of cardio, this workout gets your heart rate up. The bar looks kind of cool in my home office, so I leave it set up in the corner. The equipment is great quality; I've paid $25– a piece– for similar fitness bands, and ball, and those are included; so you get a lot of nice stuff with this system.

I purchased this off the infomercial due to its unique approach to changing your body - it just made sense...using your own body weight to stregthen and tone. I've tried everything to change the way my body looks like The Firm, Pilates, weights, running, yoga. Fluidity is the only thing I've found that actually changes the way your muscles appear and the way your body looks - I even walk with better posture, because I have more core strength. I've had the system for about a month now, and I initially saw results right away, but just tonight when I got out of the shower, I looked down at my legs and quads...woo hoo! I now see huge Definition! I'm sticking to this - it just feels really good. I will re-post after another month to share more insight with everybody, but Michelle Austin is a great teacher, motivater and pioneer in the fitness industry.

I heard about the Bar method from a friend. This same friend saw the fluidity website. I loved the bar workout but didn't have a barre. After a month of checking out the site, I ordered it. The workouts, WOW. They look so easy. But the next day I would be surprisingly sore. I love this workout. It's low-impact. Con's the barre was difficult to get out the box. It's heavy. At 1st I pulled it from room to room. But now I just keep it in one room. Each workout has 3 various intensities. I love it.

For years I have struggled to find an exercise venue that is well suited to my circumstances. I have Fibro Myelgea and often find traditional workouts to be a difficult balance of strengthening muscles without causing undue pain, stress, and damage to my already weakend musculatory system. Fluidity has provided me with a powerful option. I have dropped 4 sizes and lost 15 lbs in the six weeks that I have been using the fluidity system. I definitely recommend this product to men and women in similar circumstances. I would also be very interested in seeing the fluidity method adapted to a pool setting. I believe this would open the doors wide for those who have Rheumatoid issues, Fibro Myelgea and even M.S. I am now able to walk 5 miles a day and do some circuit training, play tennis again and I am most importantly, DANCING again. Thanks so much, Marie

I just recieved my bar, and completed my first workout. Wow! What service. I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was. The bar is very sturdy, and easy to set up because it came fully assembled. The workout was working my whole body, so I know its going to be effective. This gets 10+ stars in my book..I'm excited to see results, and I really know I'll be able to stick with it.

I received my Fluidity bar last week. It was easy to put together, the DVD's were easy to follow. I thought ok not bad, the exercises felt easy, but what a workout. Loving it so far.

Due to asthma flare ups (previously did The Firm Transfirmmer workouts, which I still love), I was looking for a less aerobic exercise routine that would really work my body, especially the lower half. This fit the bill perfectly! My ENTIRE body is worked including those under worked stablizer muscles. Michelle Austin is motivating without being gushy. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced moves are demonstrated in each of the 3 videos before and during the exercises. Exercises are small moves, but incredible at working and building muscle. The best part: more than one muscle is worked in each exercise making this a very quick and effective workout. Afterwards, I feel as if I've worked out with weights, but have the refreshed, stretched feeling I get with pilates. The bar comes assembled and has wheels to slide along the floor. Even with the wheels it is still heavy and a little awkward to move, but totally worth it in my opinion.

I am very please with Fluidity. I told my husband for the first time I actually invested something that's worth it. I wish there's more Advance work out DVD. I wish they'll provide more advance work out.

I am really overweight and I don't have the ability to do a lot of jumping around. I thought Fluidity looked very low impact (easy). Plus, I want to have that long, lean look without looking like a female Lou Ferigno. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy this equipment is. Anyway, I tried the beginner DVD today. Even though the exercises look easy, they're challenging (which is good). I am glad that they show 3 levels to work at, and I really love the stretching. I only have one complaint, and that is that the DVD doesn't really explain good form. It's kind of hard to see exactly what position you're supposed to be in some of them, and it would be really nice if they took some time to show form for each of the 3 levels.

I have done Callanetics and Lotte Berk-inspired workouts since 1987. I had yet to find a stable portable barre. Granted this one is heavier than those sold without other fitness systems; but, that is because it is the real deal! The moves are obviously Pilates-inspired as one reviewer stated because that IS what those in ballet use, along with a variety of other unique movements. The barre IS utilized in all the workout, but it is NOT to be relied upon--your body is what does the work. Michelle is a more upbeat instructor than most in thie genre and she and her fellow exercisers demonstrate 3 levels for each workout so you can really grow with this system. Definitely worth the money.

This is the best workout that I have ever done. I am an infomercial fitness junkie. I have ordered just about everything out there. I was intrigued with the Fluidity bar when I saw the infomercial. I look at my daughters' dance teachers and I just admire their long lean bodies. I have always wanted a dancer's body so I tried Winsor Pilates. While I enjoy doing pilates, it has never really changed my body. I have been doing Fluidity for 2 weeks now and I can already see the changes in my body. This workout kicks my butt. This workout kicks my butt. My arms and my legs are more defined. I can't wait to see my results in a few more weeks. I am definitely hooked on Fluidity. I have at least 15 Winsor pilates videos and a Reformer and nothing works likes Fluidity.

My Fluidity bar arrived six days after I ordered it. The construction is superb and the exercises are a real workout. I have done Pilates for about 3 years but this program and exercises far excel anything I ever expierenced with Pilates. The lessons are remarkably clear and concise, but you need to pay attention. You can't just jerk around or have your mind elsewhere. The human body is a intricate piece of machinery and you can tell that the exercises were well designed and tested.Follow them and you will be amazed at the results. I have used the program for about 5 weeks and I have seen dramatic results. I was never able to remove my pouch on my stomach with Pilates but it is gone after just five weeks. The best money I ever spent.

I purchased the Fluidity system because I wanted a at home, dancer's workout. The bar is somewhat sturdy...however, it does slide forward and I'm only 115 pounds. I regularly do Pilates and thought this would be a nice alternate. However, I tried the beginner, intermediate and advanced and found the workouts to all pretty much be the same. The only difference is in the advanced you add the ball. I wanted a program that really emphasizes stretching. A large part of Fluidity does not even involve using the bar. It is a cumbersome piece of equipment to not be used more relevantly within the workouts. I decided to return mine. Also, Michelle's instruction are not clear. The movements are small and it is hard to tell if you have proper form. Mari Winsor with Winsor Pilates is definitely a much more clear and concise instructor.
