I purchased the Fluidity system because I wanted a at home, dancer's workout. The bar is somewhat sturdy...however, it does slide forward and I'm only 115 pounds. I regularly do Pilates and thought this would be a nice alternate. However, I tried the beginner, intermediate and advanced and found the workouts to all pretty much be the same. The only difference is in the advanced you add the ball. I wanted a program that really emphasizes stretching. A large part of Fluidity does not even involve using the bar. It is a cumbersome piece of equipment to not be used more relevantly within the workouts. I decided to return mine. Also, Michelle's instruction are not clear. The movements are small and it is hard to tell if you have proper form. Mari Winsor with Winsor Pilates is definitely a much more clear and concise instructor.

I say the infomercial for the fluidity bar and was very intrigued. So I ordered it. I received it 5 days later, and it came fully assembled. All I had to do were to make some minor adjustments for my height. It seems very easy to adjust. I have done the beginners, intermediate and the butt and thighs DVD. I am really impressed. At first the exercises feel like you are not really doing anything, but then they start to burn. Then a day later, I was really sore. I have totally enjoyed this product, and it will take the place of my yoga classes, which cost $18 per session. This bar will pay for itelf in under 2 month. I love it. I am so glad I purchased this product. I can't wait to see what I look like in 2 months.

This is a great workout! I run triathlons and consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I used to be a dancer and remember how lean and flexible I used to be. I decided to give this a try. I started with the beginner video just to see what it was about and I could definitely feel it! I even was a bit sore as it worked some muscles that you really don't use regularly! I love it!

I work out at home so I buy everything on infomercial and consider myself pretty knowledgeable. When I saw Fluidity it intrigued me and since I already do Pilates I thought this would be a good variation to what I do. The Fluidity Bar and DVD’s came in the mail and I was totally impressed. The bar is beautiful. It is way better quality than what you expect. Then I did the workouts – amazing! I can honestly say I am addicted. Fluidity delivers big time. My body is changing rapidly and I am truly blown away!!! Fluidity is the real deal.

I was able to try this and I loved the workout. If you like Lotte Berk, The Bar Method, or Callanetics, you will love this. I decided to exchange it due to wobbling, but the exchange arrived with surprises. More significantly, it was missing an extension leg. More surprisingly, the original had what appeared to be a very nice oak barre, but the second looked more like cheap white pine. I’m not a wood expert, but the first looked like those in the infomercial and the second wasn't even close. I am very upset that people paying the same price are being sold two aesthetically different products (seemed just as sturdy, but obviously I wasn't able to test it). As furious as I am, IF I could guarantee that a third attempt would result in a non-defective Fluidity like those in the infomercial, I would still go for it in a second, but I’m done gambling.

Fluidity came as a pleasant surprise. The Fluidity bar, from the critique of an ex-dancer, is extremely stable for a "portable" barre. An added bonus--it required no "assembly"! I started with the beginner level DVD just to "familiarize" myself with the movements, assuming that I'd rapidly move on to the "advanced" series as I already do FIRM workouts six times a week. The moves looked, at first glance, a bit unchallenging. Believe me, appearances, in this case are very deceiving! This workout worked me in ways I haven't been worked since my six hour ballet lessons on Saturdays when I was a teen. I feel stretched, trembly and absolutely spent! I was sweating hard at the end of the introductory DVD, and if you watch "form", the ab series is killer.

I have to say that i was a bit reluctant to try this product because it seemed like only women were using it. I decided to buy one for myself and I knew my wife would love it being a former ballet dancer. It was the best exerercise equipment buy i have made. I thought I would not like it but after trying just the beginner DVD and how good the workout was I was very happy with my Fluidity Bar. Was also very impressed with the fact that it could hold my weight (200lbs) with barely any movement at all. I can't wait to compare my before and afters over the coming months. A GREAT BUY!!!!

I've tried everything out there-yoga, pilates, aerobics, kick boxing, weights-you name it. Nothing gives me a workout like Fluidity-I am totally in the Fluidity camp! Even after having done it for over a year now, I am still challenged each time I do it. The bar is sturdy and doensn't take up much room at home. The bands and ball are great and make the workout even harder! To each their own, but I don't understand the [] at all - first of all, the bar doesn't even come in pieces, it comes already assembled so that can't be right. Secondly, the shipping is not $100 and only takes 5-7 business days to receive it at home. I would and have recommended it to all my friends and family. It makes you feel so good about yourself when you feel your muscles working and see the results in your body. Everyone should try it!!!

I received my Fluidity Bar COMPLETE as described a little over a week after I ordered it. I LOVE IT! The bar is sturdy and the mat is comfortable. The DVD is well done with good directions from Michelle and three levels of "expertise" to follow. She reminds you to keep in proper form as well as to keep the moves SMALL (both are keys to success with this type of exercise). I can use my Lotte Berk, Callanetics, and Barr Method workouts as well, so I now have 11 ways to work out with ONE piece of equipment! I have priced free standing ballet bars in the past-all I can say is OUCH$$$. For what you get this is a great deal. the cons are: it is a bit heavy and can be a little cumbersome to move around if you need to. But for the stability and workout it offers, it is well worth it.

The Fluidity system arrived 8 days after I ordered it. It is very sturdy and stable. The stability of the barre allows you to do Lotte Berk type exercises with excellent form-- such as deeply bending your knees while maintaining a deep pelvic tuck. The bar is also used in ingenious ways for arm and ab work (pull-ups underneath the bar and leg lifts). The DVDs are excellent workouts. But I will also use my Fluidity bar with workouts I already have (Lotte Berk and Callanetics). I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The Fluidity Bar workout is a joke. First of all, you barely use the bar itself. The majority of the workout is focused on using the ball and resistance bands. Most of the exercises are stolen from Windsor Pilates and a few yoga stretches. The Fluidity bar is cumbersome to use and it is very heavy. Lastly, the company had major issues with shipping the items, they sent parts and pieces of the products and forgot to ship instructions and the beginner DVD. The customer service department was awful at handling the return. I basically lost almost $100 just on shipping. This exercise does not deliver what it promises and cost a lot of money. Windsor Pilates will give you a better workout.
