I was looking for an way to gradually ease back into exercise and decided to start by walking first, then getting into a more strenuous videos later. I decided to try this and have enjoyed it tremendously!! George is very likeable and down-to-earth and wisely allows another instructor handle most of the cueing. She is very upbeat and encouraging--the whole gang seems to be enjoying themselves. Remember, this is a walk video--if you want extreme cardio, this is not for you. The moves are simple walking, shuffles, side steps etc. in various combinations. Arms can be added for extra intensity. The videos become increasing longer and slightly more intense, with the 4th one incorporating some very basic "boxing" moves. Nothing fancy, just a fun walking video that is great to start exercising with or light day workouts.
