this product is a phony. it gives you absolutly no results. its just a strap you tie around ur waist. and it sits there, and sits there. do NOT buy this product, it was just an easy way for the company to make extra money.

The product is somewhat effective though has poor battery life.

This is the worst product I have ever bought. First off the design is poor. There is a sticker on the inside of the belt that is supposed to cover 2 buttons this sticker is not to be removed yet when the unit is used you have to use water or a water based lotion. As you can guess the sticker stays on for about 3 minutes. Without this sticker there it feels like you are being poked with a lit cigarette repeatedly. Second the unit doesn't come with all of the belts it is supposed to on the box it says you get 3 you really only get 2. Third the unit doesn't put out a strong enough wave to be useful you can barely feel it on the highest intensity. Fourth the battery is dead after 5 days of use, no more than half an hour a day. Fifth the unit has completely died after 1 week. Sixth your muscles will not contract like in the commercials. Seventh the price $90 Canadian for this piece of crap. Well I hope I have warned you enough.

The sticker on the inside has fallen off and I barely feel any intensity when I have it on full. If I had read these comments first I could have saved myself 45 whereas it now stays in the box because it is a waste of money.

This product is brilliant. Tried it for a week and it really does give a good work out. The belt is strong, and is like anything if you take care of it. This is probably the best out there because it tells you which program is set and what intensity is set through the display of the number of led lights lit. People got to realize you got to use Gym fitness with a healthy eating plan. It's no good using it and eating junk food afterwards. It's common sense there is no miracle product out there and effort is required on your part.

What a waste of money. Very poorly made, batteries don't last, and the insulated tag covering the electrodes on the inside of the belt came off after 2 uses from the water based gel. Now I feel like I'm getting zapped. It does not contract the muscles "as seen on TV". I imagine this is worth about $5 and I paid $70. Don't waste your money.

Fairly decent device. Take care of it and it can go a long way. Works better in combination with a good diet and exercise routine.

I bought this product two weeks ago. The insulated tag fell off after 1 day. Without this tag you get high electric shocks - don't use it without! Instead, before using this product make sure the insulated tag is manually placed over the two pins. When the machine is positioned on the right place, this product is a wonder - The muscles are moving up and down, and if you get the absolute right place, it works! It's strong enough to contract your whole hand. It's a cool feeling. Try it!The battery (3V): if you have 2 Mignon cells (AA) - try connecting them with the unit! Long battery life guaranteed :-)Attention: After using the unit 2 hours - the next day i had a strong Charley horse - be careful....So in my opinion it actually works.
