I use the Gymform 8 as a tens unit. It does what I need it to do quite well. I haven't had any luck in finding replacement pads for my unit. My pads got so they wouldn't stick, then they got corroded and turned a nasty black and green color. They won't conduct electricity any more so I can't even glue them on with something else. I really need to find new pads.otherwise I say it is a wonderful product. It did tone me up as it helped with the pain.

This product works great for parts of the body you don't already work often (for some people I suppose that would be their entire body). You can feel it working and you'll feel the lactic acid the day after just like any other work out. The only problem I can see is having to buy replacement pads. They don't seem to last too long and are kind of pricey to replace. But other than that it's great.

I feel that it is a good product, as I am physically challenged on excreting. But, the pads seem to wear out very quickly. So far about 4 lead wires have pulled away from the pads, and finding a place that sells replacement pads is difficult.

Well, I wouldn't say the "after 4 weeks you'll have the body you always dreamed of" thing is true, but after some weeks or a month of using the Gymform Plus you definitely get results. I always use it at full intensity, and like that it really does replace an average workout. I've been using it for 2 months straight now, and I'm definitely starting to see some good results. Just make sure to always clean the pads with a wet towel or something similar before usage, that way they'll hold much better & longer.
