I read your policies and can understand why you won't print certain things. I have been trying to order the gyrotonic since November. Evry time we call to check on the status, there is always something wrong. Today Feb. 8, our order was cancelled for no good reason. I know you print bad customer service, but what else can I print. I ordered the crossbow two weeks ago, and had last Wed. My wife wanted the gryotonic, I wanted the crossbow, so we thought we would compare the two and keep one. Well I can't, no gyrotonic. Thanks.
