I use this machine several times a week and it is an effective workout. (I've owned it for over two years w/ no problems so far.) I am in very good shape (I work out pretty intensely six to seven days a week), and I am telling you, this machine makes my muscles burn. (Especially the inner and outer thighs/hips.) Of course, I do it slowly w/ lots of reps.) Yes, It is towards the spendy side, but I've easily gotten my money's worth compared to how much I've used it. (I especially appreciate this machine when I can't get to my gym-I have a "mini gym" in my home.) To me, this was a good investment. I, like a lot of people, have been "duped" by false advertising for exercise equipment. This is litterally the first time that I have not been misled like that!

I purchased this machine determined that it had better match the claims of the infomercial, or it was going back--that day. I was actually surprised when it did. The exercises are straight forward and easy to do, the machine is small enough to handle, well constructed, and I've seen (measured) significant results in a short period of time.

I just received the Hip & Thigh sculptor from [] today. The main things I liked about this machine was that it seemed sturdy, easy to use and not time consuming. Three exercises and my whole lower body would be worked out for the day while I watched TV or worked on my laptop! Although the workout only takes 10 minutes at the most, I found myself using it longer because it felt good and I was able to multi-task at the same time. Out of the box, it was very easy to assemble. I weigh 115lbs and I'm 5'2", so I just want to sculpt my thighs and butt in time for summer (bikini season). I am not an active person...I mostly walk or dance for 30 minutes every other day. I can really feel it working! I also got it for $250 with free shipping instead of the $450 it costs directly from Body by Jake. I'm happy so far.

I got the Hip and Thigh Sculptor yesterday, I assembeled it myself, which is really not that hard. I tried it, and the only thing I have to say is that this product is for very short people. I am 5'1" and fit exactly into it. If a were taller, I definitly would be thinking about returning it. It des not adjust to size, so I would really say if you are over 5'5" don't buy it. I'll post back later this month to comment on results.

The hip and thigh sculptor is made out of cheap parts that do not last. I've had mine for 2 weeks and it's already falling a part. The quality is terrible. I can't believe I paid almost 400$ for a piece of cramp

i tried this product because i really wanted to work my inner thighs and my buttock. when i first received the product i thought it was way to lite in weight for the price. i would have had to pay 450.00 for a product that felt like it should have cost under 275.00 the most. my husband put all the parts together and i was ready to go. but when i put my legs in the little leg holders my legs could barely fit and i am only 5'5 weighting 144 lbs. also when i was pushing down with my legs to work my buttock and my thighs i could only feel the pain in my thighs and nothing in my buttock area and i really focused because that's what i wanted the equipment for. i sent the product back.
