This diet is a big waste of money. I did everything the instructions recommended, and all that happened was I was extremely hungry, and I urinated very frequently. I was actually looking forward to pouring the extra juice down the drain! I lost 1 pound (water weight). Woo hooo... Save your money!

I tried the Hollywood Diet this weekend and I am feeling awful. I am feeling weak, headaches, excelerated heartrate and panicky. This is a scary product and should not be used for any reason, weightloss or otherwise.

I have tried this product a few times. The first time, I made it though the 48 hours. It's a bit hard to stop eating, but if you're busy and very motivated, you should be okay. I felt a lot skinnier around my waist (didn't really weigh myself), so I could wear tight clothes and look good that night, but of course the results faded the next couple of days when I went back to eating. Use this if you have a special night that you want to look really good for, but don't expect it to last more than a couple of days (and the more times I have used it, the less effective it has been, but I think that's because I'm less enthusiastic about using it). I thought it tasted really good - kind of like a lilac flavor.

I did lose 4 pounds with the Hollywood Diet and that was with a little cheating, but it gave me a tremendous headache. I tried it twice and both times it did. The weight came back on as fast as I took in off in the 48 hours, so really not worth the effort to starve yourself for two days.

I first saw the product on TV so I looked it up on Leonard Fitness Infomercial Reviews and they rated as a 6. So I decided to try it. The first day was kinda hard but I stayed busy and the second day was easy. The juice is good. I thought it would taste like medicine but it didn't. I know one thing, I feel great. If you think you can't use it because your used to eating, then just think of how great you'll feel when your done.

I tried this stuff a couple times and each time lost 4% of my body weight, which was between 4 and 6 pounds for me. The taste isn't delicious to me. It's like that 5-Alive juice to me. It's a sacrifice not to eat for 2 days, but the juice did fill me enough not to feel like I was starving. By the end of day two, I was clean and light feeling. And the morning when I weighed myself was like a miracle. I've worked for weeks and not lost that fast. But, once I came off and ate normal, actually light the first day off and normal the next, I gained a pound back - so it's a three step forward, one step back kinda diet. But still, those 2 steps I made in losing were enough to make me do this diet again. It's not fun, it doesn't taste wonderful, but it works. How, I don't know, but it works.

I bought this because I stopped working out and figured I would try this to kick off a new start. We all need that initial push. As you know the first week is the worst when first starting back up on any fitness endeavor. I liked the idea of getting some type of nutrients I needed plus losing weight. It was not bad at first. After a couple of minutes I had a terrible aftertaste. I think it may have been whatever vitamins they added. It almost tasted liked a chewable vitamin C, with a bad taste to it. I can't describe it. So I unfortunately could not finish the whole bottle.

I tried this product on two different occasions. It didn't work for me. I didn't lose one ounce.

I've tried this diet. I did it 2 days before my daughter's weddiing and believe me you do loose the weight, however for me there was just one draw back. As your body is detoxing the second day, I developed a massive migrain that I could not get rid of for the entire day. Those who suffer from this knows how horrid they can be. And on top of that you must realize that when you come off of this diet you cannot resume your eating habits right away. You must start with clear liquids the first whole day and very slowly build back to eating regular foods. Otherwise you really do make yourself sick. But believe me when I say, You Do Drop the Weight. I lost 9lbs.

I tried this product on two separate occasions. You will obviously lose at least a couple pounds by not eating any food for 24 hours, however you may not feel well enough to do much that weekend. I was sick sick sick for the entire second day. The juice tasted okay for the first few servings and then it was a struggle to choke it down. I would recommend doing this with V-8 or some other kind of juice you like before ever suggesting you pay for this concoction. I got the most incredible headache while doing this juice diet.

Like some of the others have mentioned I also tried it and had a huge (migraine like) headache both times I tried it. I didn't go on to the next day and didn't even make it past the first serving the second time without being sick. I bought two bottles each for me and my hubby. We have three bottles left and I don't see me doing it again. We'll have to see about the hubby...he hasn't done it yet.

IT SUCKS! I was very dizzy the first day and the second day, dizzier. (I decided to eat at the end of the second day.) I will never try a product like this again. I hope everyone will save their money... FOR FOOD!!

Tried it and it worked somewhat. I did the same thing with water, grape juice, and some detox tablets (all cost about $5.00) about a month later and got exactly the same results.

I bought this product from a local GNC store. I wish I found Justin Leonard's Information Review before I tried it. I was very sick the second day with an extreme headache. I had to eat food on the second day and I did not measure more than 2-3 pounds of weight loss, and this could be attributed to the lack of food and not the effectiveness of the product. I know that weight loss will come through dedication and exercise, and I think I have given up on the "quick fix." The next attempt at weight loss will involve an educational diet/exercise program.

I decided to give it try based on the cleansing aspect that was part of the advertising. I didn't even last a day! By 4pm on Saturday, I had a big migraine and couldn't function. What I did find was that it curbed my appetite BIG TIME! So what I do is sip some in the morning before I get to work, sip all morning, eat lunch (which is light because I can't eat that much anymore) and sip all afternoon and have a snack like yogurt or fruit. So far in 4 days, I think I've lost about 3-4 lbs. I don't use scales, but I've noticed my clothes fitting better and people are asking if I lost some weight or something!

I have used this product several times and have always been happy with the results. I am a migraine sufferer but this product has never given me any kind of headache. It is difficult, but if you keep busy and drink at least 64 oz. of water in addition to the juice you will really shed some weight. A few pounds do come back the next day, but it's a small price to pay. I have taken off as much as eight pounds in two days. It's good motivation when starting a diet or to help get back on track after "cheating".

This product does not work! I tried it and I lost about 3 lbs but it was muscle that I lost not fat. I also went out on a date with the guy that does their website and he knows the maker of this product. The maker even said that his product is just concentrated juice. How about that?

I pondered hard about trying a diet that would require me not to eat for 2 days, but I finally decided to cough up the money and give it a try. It really wasn't that hard either. I did cheat the first night because my wife had something to eat and it was too hard to watch someone else eat and not me. I still lost 7 pounds. It was a week ago since I quit taking it and I have gained a whopping 1/2 pound back. I was very pleased with it, it tasted good, and I may try it again someday.

Just tried this on the weeked - lost 4 pounds, small headache (no major migraine). My opinion? Not worth the results - I've lost as much weight on a regular juice fast and drank juices I liked. Wouldn't recommend it, but hey, it's your money!

Mistake #1 -- I forked out $20 for a little bottle of concentrated juice. Mistake #2 -- I actually believed this stuff would work. Mistake #3 -- I starved myself for 2 whole days.Mistake #4 -- I had an unmistakable migraine headache. Mistake #5 -- I had made 4 mistakes in a row. Don't make the same mistakes I did, PLEASE.
