This product blows. I followed instructions, lost about one pound, and then gained 5 times back because it slowed my metabolism. I would be better off drinking my own crap than spending 25 dollars on this product. Spend your money on REAL FOOD! Like pizza or fruits. This product is a joke.

SCAM! That pretty much sums this whole concept up. I drank the required water, I finished the bottle, I didn't cheat (it was easy not to cheat b/c the disgusting taste spoiled my appetite) and I didn't lose an ounce. I am only 15 and twenty dollars is like my life savings but regardless whether $20 is like the lottery to you or pocket change it's not worth the try. Make your own with concentrated fruit juice.

I tried the Hollywood diet twice. Both times I am pleased with the results. I lost 6lbs each time. (The lost weight I know now consist of about 1lb of fat, 1lb muscle, and 4lbs water and fecal matter). I plan do fast every two weeks. Of course, provided you purchase a juicer and use the same juices listed on the bottle and buy some high-potent vitamins/mineral supplements you can make the juice yourself. I am to lazy and don't have the time. The cost and time to make it would equate to same amount. I am lucky in that I can buy in my local drugstore. It is a good way to clean your system and give you a jump start on an on-going diet plan. I am currently on a weight loss diet, as an assist I find it boost my metabolism not to mention my ego! Words of advice, after going on the fast don't consume too much too soon you will gain back the weight as with any other diet. The juice is a cleanser- you may experience headaches as your body gets rid of the toxins in your system. I had no side effects. The first day is tough but after that if you are committed the second will be easier. Study up on fasting and the effects. Man has been doing this since the beginning of time.

Both my wife and I have tried this product last weekend, and neither of us lost an ounce. This product definitely does not work.

I took this diet since I needed to shed a few pounds before joining the Army. I needed to be at 185 lbs in three days and I weighed in at 194 lbs. I took this product and ran on my treadmill (with a sweat jacket) for three consecutive days. It worked, I didn't get as hungry, I felt energetic and I weighed in at 182 less then what was required of me. I diluted the solution to last three days and a ate little bit of chicken soup during the day. Wow I was impressed. It gave me an energy boost and made me feel great. Everybody has a different body type, so I guess you have to find what works. This did the trick.

Well well well... I guess we all thought you could probably do this with your own juice. I have tried this product and my own juice. They both work the same... When you do not eat for 48 hours you are going to lose weight. Duh. Each time I lost about 6 lbs, while my husband gained 4. It depends on your metabolism I think. All in all I would not waste my money on this product again.

This product CAN work, it worked for me. A few things though I should say about other reviews. Migraines are genetic, you get them from your family. If you've never had one before this product doesn't give you your first. And headaches are caused by dehydration, people. So follow the directions on the label, down 8 8 ounce glasses of water with the product. Keeping hydrated helps energy and your metabolism. I lost about nine pounds and I didn't gain it back. Simply because I worked up to food slowly, after the diet building up from about 800 calories a day back to my normal 1500. I went from 204 to 195 and on my own regimen I'm down to 188. H48HD was a great jump start, but only for a dedicated, informed, and prepared dieter.

I tried this product to lose a few lbs before my wedding, and wanted to lose my weight fast. I did manage to lose 5 lbs. On the third day when I was finally able to eat, I got so busy shopping for last minute wedding stuff that I did not eat that morning. Early that afternoon I fainted and my body went into convulsions. Luckily my mom was there to help me as I fell to the floor, and she did CPR on me! Shortly after I went to the Dr. for an MRI and they found nothing. I know that the cause was this Hollywood Diet. I do not recommend this diet for everyone!

Great Product! Have used it twice and both times lost 7lbs. If your use to consuming a lot of caffeine then you will probably get a headache from caffeine withdrawals while on this diet. Take some Excedrin at the beginning and towards the end of the diet. That should take care of your headache. Make sure you drink plenty of water and don't be a whimp and you should be fine. I've fasted for a week before and only the first couple of days are hard after that it's easy.

This product is a joke! This is no more than a simple bottle of juice, heavily overpriced only because of the label attached, paired up with starvation - expensive and worthless! Sure, you'll probably lose some weight, but it would just be water weight and muscle mass as your body attempts to recover from having necessary calories withheld. All the while, you'll be short on energy, even shaky, and just plain hungry! The point of a diet should be to alter your eating to a healthier plan, not to starve yourself - you'll only lose "good weight" not fat, then re-gain more when you resume eating!

This product is not working! The worst $40 I ever spent in my life! I did not cheat at all and stick onto 2 days hollywood juic diet. My mom was so worried about me when I was on it, because I was so dizzy and my heart was pounding so fast. My mom would follow me around with a piece of bread stick so that I would stop. But I wanted to try and get the result as I seen on TV. I did lose about 3-4 pounds, but I almost faint and I thought I was going to get an heart attack. Dont waste your money and save your LIFE!

This product is a waste of your money! DON'T use it! I stopped after about 36 hours of using this diet because I woke up so hungry the next day that I decided it was not worth it. Ok, all this is is juice, which you could spend much less than $30 on in the store. Guess what? If you don't eat for 48 hours, and drink TONS of fluids, the scale will go down a little bit. Didn't you ever have the flu when you were a kid? I lost 12lbs with a bad flu once, but only 2 in one day of using this product. If you're still planning on using it, it DOES taste alright though... Kind of like V8 Splash.

This product didnt work at all!! Did I lose weight?? Nooooo the only thing I lost was $25. I followed the directions but nothing happend. I only got headaches and fely dizzy, I was about to faint. This juice only takes your energy away. I decided to weigh me self about 40 hours later just to see if it was working I found out that I didnt lose a pound. I was so mad that I wasted my money on something that doesnt work. This is the worst diet ever, this juice should be illegal. If your smart you wont buy it.

I hated this SCAM!!! It was like a juice laxative. The taste became unbarable after 24 hours because It left me so hungry. I spent most of my time on the toliet. I guess i could have spent money at walgreens for laxative and get the same results, And all you could drink was water with this. I lost maybe 5 lbs that was probably all the water i had to drink. They always say you loose water weight first! BIG SCAM!!!
