Product only lasted 5 months.  Chain broke in half during workout.  No help from manufacturer.  So if you have money to invest every 5-6 months, give it a try.

My boyfriend purchased the LTT for me this past Chrismas. I am hooked. I is so convenient. I use it four or five times a week for a 30 minute cardio routine. I am a single mom and have been pretty fit my entire life, but never seem to be able to find the time in the gym that I would like to.  The LTT serves as such a complete workout for me. I havent touched weights for two months, but with by just doing the workout suggested on the video, my arms are just as cut as ever. The biggest areas of impovement I have seen are my hips, my inner thighs, and my obliques. I highly recommend this product!

I have tried many other "infomercial exercise products" with unsatisfactory results. I'm only 28, but I have asthma & arthritis so it is hard for me to find a workout program that works, but isn't too intense. I ordered the lateral thigh trainer thinking I would probably end up sending it back like the other equipment I tried & couldn't use or was not satisfied with. I was so wrong! I love my lateral thigh trainer. It's compact, portable, easy to use, and best of all it is effective! I have lost 13lbs. and counting!  I started by using it for only 3 minutes at a time because I was so out of shape. Now I just hop on it during commercial breaks while watching my favorite shows! I've had neighbors, friends, family, and people at the bank & grocery store stop and ask me what my weight loss secret is! I recommend this to anyone!

I got this product about three weeks ago and I absolutely love it!  The first time I used it I worked up a sweat in about 3 minutes.  I still haven't been able to work up to 20 straight minutes yet but I am up to 15 and that feels awesome. The first time I used this machine I didn't last over 4.  I have never been this happy with any at home exercise equipment before.  I also have bad knees and haven't come across any problems yet. A++++

I have been using the lateral thigh trainer for a period of over a week and so far Ive been enjoying the low impact exercises that the system video provides. The menu guide also shows fit ways to eat heathy. And you could really feel the burn in the outer, inner thighs....I hope to get that toned shapely leg look and a leaner physique. WAY TO GO!

I recieved my LTT in the mail about 3-4 weeks ago.  I started using it right away, and I am overall pleased with it.   However, I am dissapointed that, atleast for me, the only area it seems to be working is the outter thighs.  I have more of a problem with my inner thighs.  I will keep using it, but it's not enough on it's own.  I pair it with 30 minutes on the treadmill, a walk or two outside, 100 crunches using an ab machine, Pilates, and yoga everyday.  The LTT has been a good addition to the routine, but I was expecting a little bit more.

Hello.  I received my LTT a wk & 3 days ago.  I just love it. I can really feel the workout in my legs, my tush, my waist, & not to mention my tummy.  I started with just 5 mins. & barley 100 strokes & slowly increased both time & strokes.  Today I did 1301 strokes & 20 mins.   I've already recommend this product to many people but I don't suggest you look at the calories.  If this means 8.0=8 calories that is a little sad. All that work for 8 cals.  but I hope with presistance I will be able to reshape my body.  So just kept with it. And don't bother with the power cords they sell with this, you can get some other brand that will do the same thing at your local retail store for 1/2 the cost or use free weights.  I love it.

This product is awsome! I love it! I have had it for only two days but as soon as you start, you feel the burn. It is small and storable. It is reasonably priced. It is easy to assemble. I really works. It is easy to use. I have not found one thing I don't like about it. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love this thing! It's slimmed my waist and when I do the tae-bo undercuts, or use 2lb weights, and do the tae-bo arm exercises from Billy Blanks while on it; it slims my tummy as well. This is the thinnest I've been in years. BUT - it's killing me knees. I wish there would be a forum or specific instructions from the makers on how to position your legs to reduce knee stress. I won't stop using it, but I can't do the 60 min a day that I'd like. I can only do maybe 40 min one day and 30 the next. More info please!

I purchased the lateral thigh trainer about two months ago.   Once I started it was an excellent workout and still is for me.  Most people think they can eat anything they want and the exercise machine just suppose to make them lose weight.  It's not like that.  It don't come that easy. If you really want to lose some weight you have to be on a diet and stop eating all of that junk food.   If you use any other exercise machine you are going to still have to be on a diet.   Cause the weight is going to stay on this goes for all exercise machines.  Buy the way the lateral thigh trainer works good.  I thought it was going to be real easy but its not but if you put some effort into it.  You will get the results you need.   Its a great machine to get beautiful thighs, legs, arms, and chest. and just do some situps with this machine and you will be looking good for the spring and summer.   Lateral thigh trainer is a good machine.

I purchased my LTT about a month ago. I use it 5 times a week for about 25 minutes. I am not over weight, I was looking into toning and firming my rear-end.  I have to say it has made a difference. (Even my boyfriend noticed after one week of using it) I have lost 7 pounds, and I can tell the body parts I was looking to tone up have defnitely tightened. I have worked out on many different types of work out equipment and I have found this one to give me great results in the least amount of time and it never gets boring.  One last comment: I noticed a few comments in the reviews about the abs not getting a workout; I found that when I set the resistence to the hardest level and tighten my abs with my movements I can feel a slight burn, also using hand weights, resting at my side moving from side to side added a little resistance. In a nutshell, I give it a thumbs up, it was worth the money!

I work a lot of night shifts so when I get home, I watch infromercials to put me to sleep. The lateral thigh trainer caught my eye and my husband purchased it for me as a gift. I'm really enjoying it but I'm having trouble with the tension. I'll put it on slow and tighten the knob, but within a few minutes it returns to the fastest tension. Any suggestions?  Otherwise I like the product!

I purchased the LTT about two months ago and I love it.   It is a great cardio workout and if you twist and bend side to side you can get some work on your waist/abs.  It was not hard on my joints and if you don't lock your knees it's no problem for the knees.  I have seen real results in my legs, hips and waist.  I use it 3 to 4 times a week and have built up to 25 minutes each time. I have never been bored using it and enjoy my workouts.  I fully intend on using it for a long time to come.  I believe people need to remember that to lose weight it is necessary to include a diet plan together with an exercise program. If you exercise only you will get the result of the cardio benefit and firming muscles and some weightloss but it you want to lose alot of weight you need to include a diet plan with your exercise program.

I've had my LTT for over 3 months and I'm very happy with the results. It was a pain to get those red caps off and it took awhile to get it going--but my butt and thighs are looking great and if you don't lock your knees- its really low impact on them. I also have a stair stepper which to me is harder on knees. The LTT has been a life saver on my knees plus you get an upper body workout. The video is good for starting out and learning how to use it correctly--Brenda does state that you should not lock your knees while using it. I also have an advanced video of hers that really makes you heart pump--Way to go Brenda!!!

I love my Lateral Thigh Trainer.  I got it over two months ago and have lost over 11 inches overall.  I am 48 years old and 50 lbs over weight.  But the Lateral Thigh Trainer is so encouraging because I could do the whole video, even though it was a challenge.  But that gave me the confidence to continue doing it.  Then I put the resistance higher and it was an even better work out.   But it does work out the whole body, especially with the power cords.  And what a cardio work out.  WOW...I have nothing but good to say about the Lateral Thigh Trainer.  And the best part of all is I love doing it, which is really what will keep me on it.  It's just so much fun...whether you are doing the video, or just putting on music and going for it, either way, you are getting a great work out.  Love it.

I received my Lateral thigh trainer about a month ago.   It is much harder than it looks, but a great workout.  I am using it about five times a week for two blocks of ten minutes.  I am hoping to get up to one block of 20 minutes.  I have started to have knee pain, so I am hoping my body will compensate, and I will be able to keep using it.  I am using it in the basment, and can hold on to something above my head, which is definetly working my abs.  Overall, the machine is well bulit, and I am hoping it will last a while.

I received this product after purchasing it [purchase location] about one week ago. You might be thinking that it is a bit too soon to be posting a review, but keep reading...  Assembling the LTT was a bit of a pain as the red plastic circles that you are supposed to remove after shipping were stuck inside.   After wasting so much time removing them, I finally used the LTT for about 5 minutes before going to bed.  Next day I got home late and decided to do another 5 minutes, both times at the lowest setting.  I didn't even break a sweat, but much to my surprise my butt muscles were hurting me the next day!  I got so excited about it, since I'm not in the greatest shape, but am not in too bad shape either (during the summer I ride my bike and swim for hours at a time).  I thought that if 5 minutes can make my butt muscles hurt, than even that little time is making a difference, so there are no more excuses to "I have no time to exercise!"  I have since been using!   it every day for the past week, some days for longer than others, obviously too soon to show a difference, but the "butt muscles in pain memory" keep me going!   It does not do anything for your abs or calves (I don't feel anything in them), but certainly great for your butt and thighs!  I recommend!

I love this machine!  It gives a great workout and it is fun. It took me a few days to be able to use it continuosly because it does give such a good workout.  I have a history of very bad knees and ankles, I cannot do regular lunges and squats.  I followed the instructions and did not lock my knees and have had NO problems with my knees and ankles.  This is much easier on my joints than a stair stepper. It is perfect for a small space, it can travel with you, stores under oneof my beds, and it is very well made and sturdy.  I love that it comes assembled. I have reccomended this to everyone and will continue to do so.
