I purchased the Lateral Thigh Trainer about 3 weeks ago and I have built it into my aerobic/cardio cycle with my stationary bike and elliptical trainer. It is been great so far. I've had no issues and I get just as good a workout from it as I do from my more expensive machines. I started at 15 minutes and now I'm doing 40 (I just had to get the correct rhythm). the LTT is much better than cheapo traditional steppers, and I highly recommend it.

I just recieved this product the other day and wow...it really gives a good workout....I was looking for something to supplement my gym time when I just could not get it together to get out of the house and this does just that. 10 minutes of stepping and squat stepping and 10 with the arms exercises and even a relatively fit person is winded! Combine with 15-20 minutes of strength training (exercise ball is great) and you have a great combo for in-front-of-the-tv toning!

I love this exercise machine. I have been using it for about 2 months now. If you want to lose inches in your hips, butt and thighs this is the machine to buy. The advance video is great really gets your heart pumping.

got my lateral thigh trainer yesterday and love it. It does give a great cardio workout like it says. Your heart will be racing within minutes. You dont' have to workout that long, a good 10-20 minutes will give you a good cardio. The toning works very good too. You can feel it in your thighs especially when you do DEEP SQUATS ( which it shows you how to do in the booklet). As for the stomach toning workout I felt it mainly in lower abs and lower obliques but other than that no. . so i'm just going to do sit ups. Overall it's pretty good cardio/toning workout just incorporate some kidn of exercises for your stomach b/c it's not really the best for working out yoru tummy.

I just ordered the Lateral Thigh Trainer, out of curisoity. I wanted to tone down my thigh area and so far it has been working. I was alittle wary because I can not seem to find many reviews of the product. The product is best used in addition with another type of exercise, I usually strength train 2-3 days a week. Overall recent product and reliable.

I've had my machine for about a week. What a great cardio workout! I've been doing 30 minutes everyday. I use weights with it for about 15 minutes, then I'm completely winded. It doesn't do much for your abs, though. I've tried to do some twisting while I do a boxing-type of manuever to try to incorporate some ab work. The best thing about this thing is the size. I put it right in front of my TV so I never forget to do it. When I go out of town, I put it in my trunk and go! You can't do that with a treadmill or a eliptical machine! To build myself up, I'd get on it every commercial during a sitcom. Pretty soon, I could do 15 minutes easily.

I've had the thigh trainer for several months and it gives me a great workout. I'm quite fit anyway but it still works for me. If you don't think it is working then try increasing the resistance level - you'll start sweating in no time!
