Kevin Trudeau is fast becoming one of the nation's foremost consumer advocates, adopting, as both his personal and professional mission statement, a vow to "positively impact the whole person." In his revolutionary new book, Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You To Know About, Kevin Trudeau discusses what he calls the "nest of deception and double standard concerning general and individual health" and his beliefs that information about natural remedies and natural cures are being suppressed by pharmaceutical companies and various federal agencies. In addition, Natural Cures directs the reader to several alternative therapies, medical practices, philosophies, and potential cures that can help your body regain its natural state of health and vibrancy.

I read the book and was very disappointed with the lack of cures. They were alluded to but were not made available. His commercial was very misleading. To bad, what he says makes sense just wish he would of followed up on his promise of giving us the real cure. Lot of whining and mumbo jumbo from him in the book.

This book contains common sense and other info you can easily find on the Internet for free. When you call to place your order, they not only offer the book..... but so many other "Knowledge filled" things you must have...ie.. the Newsletter. It's costly and a waste of perfectly good money. Have 2 books to sell now....maybe get $1.00 at the next yard sale!

This book, and it's sequel, are a scam. The information in the book was not written by experts. Often the advice hasn't even been tested. Sure, a few of the things they talk about are good, but overall this is a pile of garbage. Run Run Run away from this book... Half the "cures" require you to join expensive websites or newsletters. SCAM Most of the information hasn't been checked by doctors, nurses or any health professional. SCAM Kevin Trudeau went to jail for scamming people through mail fraud. SCAM

I highly recommend this book to anyone tired of being handed more prescriptions every time you go to your doctor. Great ways to be cured of what's making you sick instead of taking more drugs that cause additional problems. Love it!

I got the book for free with a giftcard so I cannot complain about money spent. I have the second edition and I thought it was very interesting. I have always been into the "all natural" stuff so the book only affirms what I already believed. I enjoyed reading it. I think a lot of the information could be very helpful if it was actually put into practice. I did notice a lot of typos that would have bothered me a lot when I was younger and much more anal than I am now! ha. I have to agree with Kevin as far as medical doctors not knowing everything. Once they start doing something a certain way, they don't want to change. Remember the "Death House" in Vienna where poor mother's went to have their babies. They had two wards. One where the doctors delivered the babies and one where midwives delivered babies. Many of the women who had babies delived by the doctors died of "child bed fever" The babies delivered by the midwives lived. What was the difference? The midwives washed their hands. The doctors refused to wash their hands. They thought they were above washing their hands so thousands of women died needlessly because of arrogance. So, there you go. You should think that things have changed with the medical establishment just because it is the year 2006 and not1844. The above is all my own opinion.

In the stores the book is roughly 24.00. I was up one morning and saw the advertisement so i ordered thinking it was the same price as it said the cost of the book and shipping was the same about 21.00 so i bought. They said for this cost you must try the newletter at roughly 4.99 a month bit i could cancel at any time so i was OK with that. The next day they took the 21.00 out of my account and less than 24 hours latter took 72.00. This was the fee for the news letter. This is a joke. There is no 800 numbers for these matter you must call on your dime for this help and it will take more than 2 weeks to get the money put back. The person's i have spoke to are always so casual about this i am sure this is the norm for these crooks. If you bought from him i feel sorry for you. Also the book and news letter is a joke just wanting you to order more of his junky information in the form a of his web site. I have never been more dissatisfied with any thing i have purchased. I have never been so upset i have taken time to sit down and wite to warn others.

It's true. All of the info in the book can be found on the internet. He really should have had some professional typesetting as there are a lot of typos and mis-spelled words..gets annoying..Also at the end Suarez who wrote the piece on the bread atrocity, says to go to natural cures. com to get the recipe. When you go the site, there is NO mention of the recipe anywhere! There's only info about joining his website and paying $499 for a lifetime membership. The old "bait and switch" which is what is hypocritically warned about in his book is exactly what he does to customers! He's a scam artist, don't buy his books.

I was fortunate enough to have had this book given to me rather than spend $30 on it. It is a great conspiracy theory book but I have a hard time believing any government agencies could be as coordinated as he alleges- I work for the federal government. Most of his ideas for living healthy naturally make sense but even in the one chapter of the book titled natural cures there are little to none. He says he can not sell products or services on tv but can sell his book- but his book is just and advertisement for his web-site. Any info in the book can be gotten relatively easily on the internet. And, if you're really interested in his natural cures, use the $30 on the web-site membership instead of the book.

This book is a joke.... Natural cures, where are they. Totally misleading title. Total waste of money unless you want to read someones opinion of an industry. You can get that for free on the internet.

This book is on of the cleverest scams I've seen! After watching the info-commercial on T.V. and being impressed with what Kevin Trudeau had to offer in this book, I decided to order it. As indicated on TV, I expected to read about "natural cures" for various illness and ailments (IE; taking vinegar for acid reflux disease as state in the info-commercial) but when I read the book I found NONE! All I found was mostly conspiracy theories, and referrals to other references pertaining to the information I was seeking and expecting to find in Kevin's book; There was even a referral to a web site and news letters, which or course, are both available at a price. In Kevin Trudeau's book he indicates that he can not list natural cures to specific dieses because he would be violating the "law", however if you SUBSCRIBE to his web site you then become a private member and this supposedly allows him to exercise his First Amendment right to free speech and he could then give you this information. But wait it gets even better! Now Kevin Trudeau has come out with a second edition which now allegedly, (and I say allegedly because I haven't read his second book) but allegedly list specific dieses and natural cures for them; (as I understand in his latest info-commercial.) Why wasn't this information published in his first edition? What laws have been relaxed that would now allow him to publish these "cures", when he could not publish them in his first book? Well, maybe like the drug companies as he describes, Kevin Trudeau wants you to continue to buy his products by not providing you with the cure but only a taste so you become hooked and will pay more to receive little in return.

You know what, I haven't yet read this book in it's entirety but I have read bits and pieces. I myself and very grateful that Kevin Trudeau had enough courage to stand up to these companies and all these people who are shunning him and trying to make him look bad. What he says in this book is very useful, convicted felon or not this man knows what he is talking about and he is not lying about a bit of it. Thank you Mr. Trudeau for your wisdom and best wishes from Kay in NC

I bought this book from TV. Having been into Chinese Medicine, nutritional, Qigong and Martial Arts for over twenty-one years I was glad to see that someone was talking against the crooks at the FDA, the Pharmecutical and Medical communities. The book was very informative and accurate because I already practive 99% of what he's talking about, have been in great health my whole life. I'm 37 and people think I'm 25. I've helped hundreds of people get healthier and cure themselves of all kinds of "Incurable" ailments. But the problem with the book is while he TALKS ABOUT natural cures it is a Midleading title and he doesn't actually GIVE you any specific cures in the book as he said he would in the infomercial. That's why he just came out with a second book which he says has 50 specific cures, which SHOULD have been in the first book. Yes, he is a convicted felon, but that doesn't mean that what he's saying in this book is not true, because I know from MANY other sources that it's true. But he does make himself look bad by not giving the cures he promised in his first book, then also adding that in order to get the cures you have to join his website for $9.95 per month or $400 for a lifetime membership...come on!!!. That just makes many of us in the Natural Health field look bad by doing junk like that. If you can borrow a copy from a friend or purchase one used on [] or [], then that would be best, but if your interested in learning the truth about healing, medicine and health, then it's a good place to start. Still a recommended read for sure.

I feel someone is telling me what others don't want us to know. What an eye opener. I wish he had never been in jail, but I still believe what he is saying is true. Natural ways are better.

Kevin Trudeau is a crook and a con-artist himself. His infomercial is quite decieving. I purchased this book at []. I was grateful they gave me my money back! Do the research yourself on this convicted felon!!!

I have been intriqued by this infomerial even when our scientist friend said NOT TO purchase. There are a few good health tips. However, it seems like a venue to have people pay for a book that will allow Mr. Trudeau to vent his anger toward the FDA vs. giving the audience "Natural Cures". We were disappointed with this purchase. Our friend was right!

"Absolutely Excellent!" This book is so informative that it almost makes no sense not to have it. I've learned so much about my body and the effects of everyday foods that I've almost completely turned my diet around and I can already feel the efffects. A must buy!"
