I bought this product some months ago, since I had a lot of pain in my wristles, due to the much typing for years. Before using it, I could not even open a jar or hardly make any rotation without feeling pain. I also had a sore neck for the same reason (typing). I suffer from fibromyalgia with overall pain so bad that I frequently have to take three extra strength Vicodin a day, so I'm always looking for natural pain relief. I used this religiously and finished an entire bottle but did not get one iota of relief from it. I have to wonder if this is nothing more than a placebo. Don't waste your money!

I was diagnosed with "frozen shoulder". The pain was terrible, I couldn't use my arm and I couldn't get any sleep. I was willing to try anything. Although it took about 2 weeks to arrive, once I tried it, it didn't take long to show noticable results. I can now do my physical therapy, the pain spray takes the edge off. I am also able to sleep through the night, and even sleep on my right side, where the shoulder was injured. It has a pleasant taste and is very easy to use. I recommend this product to anyone who has chronic pain. A also had a question and e-mailed Customer Service. After a few back-and-forth communications I was instructed to phone Dr. Frank directly. He answered the phone promptly and was very interested in my issue, giving me some good suggestions to overcome my issue. I never expected that kind of response to a question!
