It does mildly aid in digestion if you're a little lactose intolerant and is cheaper or similar price to a lactase-only product for the amount you get. What I don't like is the inclusion of Cellulase. It doesn't need it and neither do you. In fact, you shouldn't be digesting any amount of cellulose. That's what farm animals digest and you are certainly not a farm animal. Worst of all, if you take something like a cellulose fiber supplement, Nu-zymes will attempt to digest it, giving you farm animal diarrhea. Not a pleasant experience. If they removed that it would still be a useful aid against mild heartburn and gas, especially to those who are mildly lactose intolerant. The other ingredients shouldn't hurt you, regardless of whether they do anything beneficial or not.

I have been using the Nu-Zymes for 6 months to a year. I try to take 4 a day, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way my digestion works, less heart-burn, less indigestion, more regular. I have slacked off on using them for the last month or so, and noticed I am less regular and have more indigestion. When my kids complain of a stomach ache, I give them one and in about 10-15 mins. they say they feel better. I have opened the capsule and put the powder on grass stains that wouldn't come out any other way. I highly recommend Nu-Zymes and am about to re-order.

I was having trouble with my digestive system (IBC). Since taking Dr. Pinkus Nu-Zymes it has improved a great deal. It has helped me live a more normal life. It is avery helpful product. My doctor said if it works keep using them.

I have been taking NuZymes for two years. I have a little pressure at a vertebrae that controls digestion owing to an accident and now that I don't exercise much, food just sits there and festers at 98.6 degrees. I take one for snacks or meds, as many as four for huge pasta or Turkey dinners and I enjoy a complaint-free digestion cycle. I have used Nu-Zymes for about 6 weeks now and they are a very great product. I have Fibromylsia and my Cholesteral had been over between 385 and 335 for years. I had it checked 2 weeks ago and it was 198. I have tried to take the medicines for this problem but they made me hurt. I tried four different ones. The thing that caught my husbands attention on this commercial was the fact of the Fibro. No one seems to understand it and this was the first commercial I have ever saw for it. I do not hurt as bad and over all feel better than I have in years. I will continue to take the product as long as it is available. Thank you very much.

I've had NuZymes in the house for over 2 years now. My husband has frequent indigestion and they help him. I use them when I eat a large meal or a large meat meal and I had almost stopped eating beef and pork because I was so miserable afterwards. Neither of us take them daily but as needed but I use 2 capsules twice a day on my diabetic dogs home made meals and he has no gastric upsets in over a year since using it. Very safe, very good product. Buy in quantity to save money. Once you have them you will use them.
