The orbitrek of course is not the most sophisticated of it type but for me it has been a God send. I hurt my back a while ago and was very wary about any excersise. the orbitrek has helped stopm me becoming sluggish and unhappy. I would recemmend it totally. yes i've had a few clunks here and there but notheing major and it is bearable.

Have had Orbitrek for over 2 years and used it between 3-5 times per week. I lost about 30 lbs, and have kept it off. The machine is a terrific workout, without seeming like it. I can read, dance, whatever I feel like that day. The big kick is that I don't even have to dig out my sweats to get in my 30 minutes. I even built a tall table to hold my book when I'm having a slow day.

My Wife bought our Orbitrek at a flea market about 6 months ago. We both use it at least 3 times a week and we love it. I gave my treadmill away because the workout on the Orbitrek is so much better. I did have to put the bolt back on the right side pedel one time but that is all I have had to do to it. I do expect to performe some maintenance on the Orbitrek but any excersise equipment with moving parts will have to be tweeked once and a while. It is by far one of the best workout accessories my Wife and I have used.
