Poor Customer support. machine does not work as advertised. The tension is very low and adjustment does not work. No fly wheek breeze felt as seen on TV.Poor work out intensity for those with any amount of conditioning. Spend more to buy a better machine.

I have used the Orbitrek Platinum for 1,5 year practically every day for 30 - 60 minutes. After about 7 months it started to make very much noise (shriek, rattle, etc.). I lubricated the machine regularly but this doesn't help at all. I do not thing this machine is suitable for intensive use.

The Orbitrek Platinum is so much better then the earlier version of this machine. It was easier to put together and it feels sturdy and is much quieter then the original Orbitrek. I love this new Orbitrek. If you are thinking of getting the Orbitrek make sure it's the Platinum and you won't be sorry.
