First I'd like to say that I am a Personal Trainer and very active fitness wise. After running for several years, I began to feel a twinge in my knees. Okay, so my dad has suffered from arthritis in his back since his twenties (bad work accident plus genetics). And this is far from some miracle thing, because there are still times when he can't get out of bed because of the pain, but on a regular, day to day basis, he's able to work (on a factory line) with out much discomfort and he credits it to osteo bi flex (along with staying fit of course).
