I tried P90 in 2007 and I was impressed. This actually works, but you have to be committed and stay focused. I told friends about this and they tried this and love it! This was the best investment I ever made. Remember to just stay focesed and commit because you will see results.

I tried Power 90 way back in 2002. I weighted about 188 when I first started. I was 17 years old back then and I wanted to lose about 30 or 40 pounds for my senior prom and I only have 3 months to do it. The workouts can get real repetitive at times but I still stuck to it and forced myself to do the workouts anyway no matter how tired I am. By 90 days I lost over 30 pounds. I weighted 157. I reached my goal to lose over 30 lbs and I did.

P90 works! I did my first 3 month round of p90 back in. 2002??? Holy crap!!!! I'm old! Anyway, it worked so good I won a trip to Hawaii. whenever I fall off the wagon I get back on with this workout. If you stick with it and watch the sugar, fat and empty carb intake and drink a lot of water, it works! Adding a supplement doesn't hurt either. I'm starting another round this week!. nothing works better! orangebikini

P90 absolutely does what it says it will do in 90 days without a doubt. I did it a few years ago and felt great. Since then though Im ashamed to say I fell off the wagon and let myself go. Im going to hop back on the wagon this coming Monday though (new years resolution) I know I can do it and I know it works, it's just a matter of sticking with it and not making excuses not to do it. Wish me luck everyone! :-)

This product works if you are willing to commit the time and effort to do it. After a while it does get montonous, but you didnt pay for entertainment, you paid to get fit. All the people complaining about how boring it is werent in it for the right reasons. Tony is cheesy, but he knows what hes talking about and hes 50 years old and ripped, hes doing something right. Its only as hard as you make it. You can always go faster on the cardio to up the intensity if it gets to easy and increase the weight of the dumbells on the circut to get a better workout. 2 months into the program I have lost 25 pounds and almost 20 inches. Like others have said, this isnt for the already fit. Its for beginners or people who have a lot of weight to lose. If you want something harder and more intense try P90X. Its 12 workouts and hard as crap. I already have it and have watched some of the videos and its not for the faint or heart or unmotivated, but it will get results.

I've always wanted to look "buff" but couldn't get there on my own. I discovered Beachbody.com one day and saw P90X. Well, I certainly wasn't ready for THAT, thus I bought P90 instead. This was about 2 years ago. I started the program and got about 45 days into it. I got good results, but quit. Can't remember why exactly but I just lost the motivation. After that I really didn't workout much at all, eventually stopping completely. From than on I watched my arms deflate and gut enlarge and finally after Christmas of '07 I said to myself, "I'm not happy with who I've become and I MUST CHANGE." I whipped out the P90 DVDs, read through the manual again, put on my determined face and said "OK, let's do this!" I stuck with it the full 90 Days. It was NOT easy. The program itself is fairly simple. You do Phase 1-2 until it starts to feel "comfortable", than you turn it up a notch and move onto 3-4. Each phase consists of a Cardio/Abs and Sculpting Circuit. You're supposed to workout 6 days a week alternating between the two circuits, while the 7th day is a recovery day. I didn't follow let alone look at the nutrition guide it comes with. Bad move on my part. Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand. My diet wasn't terrible, but it wasn't really good either. Taking some sort of supplement is basically a requirement if you want the most out of this program. I started out with a tub of Whey Protein from GNC as an after workout drink. Once that was gone I bought some Muscle Milk which is what I should have gotten in the first place. Good stuff! Do the videos get boring? Yes. The music on them was not to my liking. As for Tony, love him or hate him, he knows his stuff and is a great instructor. At first I don't think I cared much for him, but as I progressed I started to understand him more and more to the point where I love him! Haha. Anyway, you can play the video w/ music On or Off. Once I was used to each phase I just kept the volume high enough to hear Tony's cues and had my favorite radio station going. Listening to my own music, focusing on form, and paying less attention to the video made them pretty easy to get through each day. Prior to starting I was at 155 lbs. and 12% body fat. After 90 days I'm at 140 lbs. and 6% body fat. Before I had virtually no muscle definition. After, I actually HAVE (very noticeable) muscle definition; all over, especially in my arms, legs, chest, and back. I'm so happy with my results but with only phase 3-4 to work from, I'm a bit bored. And you know what, this isn't enough, I want to be RIPPED, dammit! I could stick with P90 or go on to the P90 Master Series, but no, I'm taking it further... P90X. And so it begins. A week ago I bought the P90X System, P90X Chin-Up bar, B-Lines Super Kit, 60-day supply of the Recovery Formula, and 2 packs of the protein bars. I'm starting in 3 days and am going to follow the nutrition guide very closely. After thoroughly examining the whole program I can tell this is gonna be brutal... Time to "Bring It!".

I just starter the Power 90 system last week a friend let me borrow the DVD's. I have been struggling to find a work out schedule I could handle. I was going to the gym after work hitting the stepper, tread, etc for 40 mins then roam around and use some weights. I never seemed to really break a sweat or feel soar the next day. After just a few days on Power 90 I am soar all over. I don't think it;s boring at all the moves are simple and explained well. I agree the music is lame but I didn't start doing it to listen to music. I don't find Tony to be annoying (yet) he explains the moves well and demonstrates it perfectly. I can't wait to finish my 90 days and get on p90x.

I don't understand people who are saying that this product is boring!!! Maybe it is, but what exercise is??? If exercise was fun everyone would be in great shape. I believe that those that complain about it are just unmotivated and will find any excuse to stop trying. (Just my opinion) Anyway, I just started this program up, I did it about 6 years ago and lost about 20 pounds and felt great. Well since then, I have had every excuse in the book not to work out, but finally said no more, and I'm back at it, and I know that in 90 days I'll be where I want to be. Sure it may not be "fun" but it does work! Good luck.

If I could say one good thing about Power90 it would be that it's quick and simple. Unfortunatly, I think that's the only good thing about this program. Watching this DVD almost puts you to sleep. The music sounds like something you would hear in an elevator, and Tony offers no motivation. He is a lifeless figure on the screen just talking you through the moves in a monotone voice. The video is depressing. I would tell anyone who is thinking about purchasing this video to PASS!!

I started using this product in March of 2005, I didn't work out the recommended 6 days a week, but did it religiously Mon through Friday. I also cut my calories and watched what I ate everyday. I also walked my local track on weekends. I started out at 185 lbs, when 90 days were up, I was 146 and went from a tight fitting 14 to a nice fitting 10, and a couple of 8's. In the past year I had a back injury and gained it all back! but I have to say I kept it off for 2 yrs. I am getting ready to try it again. I agree Tony is a cheeseball, but I'm not doing this for any other reason but for ME. I can use my own music and turn down the volume on the DVD if I want. I sort of understand the repetition thing, but isn't that was exercise is all about? repetition? hmm

ok, I haven't actually used this product for a while. I bought it about 2 yrs ago and used it for 60 days. I took the start/30 day and 60 day photos. I will say I was so suprised by the results. I wasn't losing much in the way of weight, but I sure had toned ALOT. It's hard to tell on yourself if you've changed. I stopped at 60 days due to falling off the P90 wagon, and just never really got back on. I recently started a weight loss program and pulled out the DVD's again. Ok, so the music stinks, and the girl in the background of 3/4 sweat looks like she is boxing with a noodle. But man it sure works. Tony is funny in a weird way, and sure makes you sweat. I highly recommend it, as with anything you just have to stick with it. Good Luck!

I tried the various videos for a month, but was they so boring without fun music, it almost made me vow off exercise forever. I still do the ab ripper. It takes only 5 mins and is thankfully over fast.

I purchased this program and let me tell you one thing: it is BORING! I'm not someone who enjoys exercise. These routines are boring and not motivating. The music is boring and Tony is in great shape, but not motivating, in fact he is slightly annoying. I stopped using the program because I was so bored with it. I also didn't care for the stretching section or the power yoga.

I first started the Power 90 program in January 2006 but had to stop due to a car accident injury. I started the program again in late 2006 and in 90 days I have lost 40lbs and I feel great. I receive comments daily on my weight loss and new body. It is a great program which I highly recommend. I didn’t get on any special food diet but I did keep track and monitor what I ate. I eliminated sodas, fried fast food and junk food from my diet. I purchased the program off of eBay and saved quite a bit of money. I plan to start the P90X program in February so I can achieve my goal of being in the best shape of my life before I’m 40 this year.

This product is GREAT. I first tried it 2 years ago. I lost only 8 pounds but went from a 12 to an 8. I was really bored with it by the end and moved on to other workouts. i just started again and in 28 days have lost 5 pounds and 3 inches. I noticed results the 2nd week. i've tried other workouts but never saw results this quickly. I did go straight to 3/4 tapes, but I'm still modifying some of the moves. Tony is great, he's a total cheeseball but knows what he's doing. The routines are basic and easy to follow and laid out really well. It's hard work, but it's only 40 min a day each day--that's MUCH less than what i was doing before and you're attacking your TOTAL body on both cardio and sculpting days. I definitely suggest you get this system, you WON'T be disappointed.

As most said, this program works but his narrative and the music both get extremely boring and annoying after the first few workouts. The program does exactly what he says it does. I was able to rip his audio track from the DVD, edit out the jokes, put my own music mix behind it, and then make an MP3 so I could do it without the TV and on the road if I want. If you have the means to do this I highly recommend it, the program gets VERY repetitive.

I followed the exercise program to the letter. At the end of 90 days my chest, waist and hips were the exact same size. My arms and thighs increased by less than one inch. My resting heart rate did not change at all. Very disappointing.

Power 90 works! The music is a little boring, but what matters most is the determination and the mindset before every workout that matters most. I love it, have been using it for about 8 years now, on and off, and I got a 6 pack from it. It has helped me in so many ways, and should help you too. TOny is the man, and I wish I can meat him someday to workout with him, he's such an inspiration to me. Well, good luck in your success.

I followed the program to a 'T' and lost 51 lbs. in 90 days!! I'm still going and have lost another 10 lbs. I'm 5'9" and have gone from 215 to 154 (so far!) It's a no-nonsense approach to weight loss. Everyone keeps asking me "what are you doing?" When I tell them diet and exercise, they look disappointed that it wasn't a magic pill that transformed me. Yes, Tony is a dork, but he's harmless and the workout is very effective. I don't have to follow the DVD on my sculpt days because I use a list of the exercises. I do use the DVD on cardio days because of the timer. I love the count down timer. Each exercise is only 30 seconds! Anyone can push it for 30 seconds!! This is a no excuses workout. If you want to lose weight stop complaining and making excuses! Do P90 the way you're supposed to and you WILL see results!!

I purchased this product about 2 years ago, used it about 1 week, would continue but it was very boring, the music stinks, tho looking at Tony and his body, do want to make you get up and do it, I did sweat and it felt really good after the exercise even tho it only last for a week but I do like the fact I have the choice between two DVDs instead of looking at one DVD and do the same thing over and over again. So out of 5 stars I give it a 2.5. The exercise movement was good but the music stinks and its boring even w/ the Ipod, I need to here the instructions which is hard to follow while losing my mind from the music he give us. Then again I noticed a lot of exercising video have the most annoying music you can think of. Hint hint, play some more up- to-date music PLEASE
