Not bad for 75.00 dollars

I purchase the Weider flex machine with bows at a garage sale for 75.00 dollars. It is not to bad for working out. I get a good pump, However I would never pay mote then a hundred dollars for the machine. The lady I bought it from only used it three times and it was brand new. I cannot believe folks are paying five hundred dollars for this machine. To me it is worth the 75 bucks and only that!!! Go online and you can get this machine for 75 to 100 bucks. At that price it is worth every penny.

After having a new baby and opening a new office, I needed to consolidate my time at the gym and try to keep in shape at the same time.   Impossible.  Now I can arise in the morning and get a complete workout and stay in good shape without the worries of driving back and fourth to the gym, or awakening and not feeling like going.  The power flex is not if your a big weightlifter, it's more for a athlete who likes a good burn on his muscles and go's right into cardio without hesitation.  So I give it a thumbs up on a good workout if you give it the time to learn the movements.

I have been very pleased with the Power Flex.  At first I was concerned about the amount of resistance that it would provide, but that is not a problem.  There is also an upgrade to add almost twice the resistance which is supposed to be up to 400 lbs.  Overall I have been able to get a really nice workout in all muscle groups.  The only disappointment that I have is the difficulty in doing squats.  It is difficult to get in the proper position if you are using much weight.   However, this is the only drawback that I have found.  I have used the Bow Flex before and feel that this is just as good if not better and it takes up a lot less room.
